Airtel Broadband — Bill issue
Hi,My telephone no.[protected]. I had given shift request on 21/01/2011. Before giving shift request I had cleared all by dues (outstanding bill). On 08/02/2011 Airtel customer care called up and told shifting in new premises is not possible and I had given cancel request on the same day (08/02/2011) req no: 447143. After this airtel person named Krishna called me and he had conferenced with his manager Prem ( mob no: [protected]) and they asked me to wait for 10 days and asked me to continue. In the mean time Airtel genererated monthly bill and for cancellation of this bill I had given complaint no: 43225494 and pickup instrument: 43225664. Nothing happened I gave one more calcel request on 03/03/2011 and complaint no: 452187. Airtel keep generating bill for the same. I gave one more request for bill cancellation on 30/03/2011 and request no: 44706284. One more bill complaint request no: 44946342 on 06/04/2011.
Airtel people simply generates new complaint no. My connection is not in use since 22/01/2011. Before giving shift request I paid all my dues. Then why should I pay all newly negerated bill. It's Airtel fault and they delayed my connection.
Please help me in this.

I already deposit Rs.680 vide receipt no.3540 at Dream Communication 1-D BRS Nagar ludhiana of my telephone no [protected].But wrongly credited to [protected] so rectify the same at your end.And not disturbe me. From the last 12 days i have received so many calls for non payment.Airtel Broadband — Billing Issue...
Without any information airtel charges us more than 2 years for PC Secure and then they tell us that we can waive of only Rs. 250, i think airtel consumers are getting reduced so they need to make money by thefting...Airtel Broadband — Payment problem
Dear Sir,My land line number of the broadband connection is[protected].
I had paid the settlement amount of Rs. 5404 to Bharti Airtel and the same sent to [protected]@airtel.in.
I was promised by paying the same amount my balance will be nil and I will get my connection activated with in an hour.
Now, I am getting calls from Airtel customer care that I have to pay Rs. 2000 extra.
It has been two weeks and no response from Airtel office, Hyderabad.
Actually, payment problem started when I paid an amount of Rs. 1500 for my router through cheque which was deducted from my bank account and the same amount was added to my bill again.
No proper response from Airtel customer care till now
I trust the brand and I have mobile connection, DTH, landline and broadband with Airtel.
Please reactivate my account and respond me ASAP.

I had taken the airtail broadband wifi [protected] connection 9 month before, I paid the payment of 6 month during connection installation. Before completing six month, I stopped the modem and not used internet. Even though airtail company force me to pay 4000 Rs for next six month with discount 50% without usage.
They are forced me and given legal notice for the payment.
Airtail company cheating to other customers and forcing people to make payment once you take connection.
I again getting message for the remaing payment as tax on Rs 4000.
Please support or guide me where I have to complaint.
I want to go in consumer court.

I have cancelled Broadband connection on month of November. I have paid Dues when the cancellation made. Reason for cancellation is shifted to hometown where Aritel Service is not present. After listening to the reason they claimed it is possible to shift the connection, if it is not possible to shift it then it will be cancelled. Now shifting not happened but the bill got generated. Explaining different agents the complete story problem is not getting solved.
