I am using prepaid connection and my no is [protected]. Earlier i was using 51 Rs easy recharges scheme but now i am not able to do that. i have made several complaints in you customer care. According to them i have activated Rs62 easy recharge for ISD & STD on 15.11.2007 and i cant take any other scheme till it get de-activated and this whole procedure will take 1 month, but i have not activated any such scheme. They have given me complaint id[protected] but for no use. i am facing problem because of that and pls try to sort my problem.

I took a new sim card ..which should have been activated in 4 hrs, as per info given them only..but they took so long to activate..and now it is been activated..still I am not able to make out calls ..cant receive calls..though I have sufficient about balance...the customer service ppl dont knw how to resolve the issue..they are asking me to contact the shopee from where I issued the sim...they have no co-ordination with each other..When I tried to contact the airtel office from where I issued the card..they are not ready to listen to you..they simply cut the call..this kind of service we get from Airtel..
Airtel service is really patethic..

    I am a ratilar of airtel hutch bsnl any i sall a nokia set 1600 offer with airtel sim after two days airtel company reject sim and i talk custumer care but not responce and say change the sim care becouse 9784 this series have problem but custumer not anderstand this matter why company start this series you are doing totaly frod and your company and send sms this serives have problem why start new sim care this series i will go court my sim start any two days

    I have taken new prepaid connection with Nokia 1200 set which can only use with that set.Just 10 minutes before i have lost my mobile, but its very urgent to get back that number since i have a last HR Interview round.How can i manage to do so.     • 3) I also have got a complaint number 16203346 dated 7th April’08 against which no ation has been taken.

      i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

      Dear Air Tel Service Providers,
      I regret to write as following:
      I have contacted an Air Tel agent to provide internet through broad band service in my PC. It was very easy because my building is well connected with broad band cable at Indra puri colony Near Bhawarkunwa and earlier connection was given to some one. Sales officer Mr. Suresh Bhagat responded very soon on 21st August 07. We completed all paper formalities & I paid Rs. 600/- . I asked when I can get the service. I hoped on 23rd but he promised by 24th positively. August 23rd I got cable connection up to PC and phone (instrument) connection. The person who connected the line told that tomorrow morning you will get modem connection and your PC will regularize the internet facility. Modem provider is separate staff. Next day I was waiting and nobody came. When I telephoned to air tel. office, Mr. Shri Ram telling him staff told that today he is on leave and tomorrow he will attend you surely. I informed that I will be out of station from 25th to 29th. Again he promised that before you leaving by noon, modem must be installed but he was failed. During my leave he telephoned 2-3 times asking that when I will return? I told to return on 30th and came back on 30th. Again I was promised that 31st modem will be installed but by evening 19.00 hrs. While writing this mail nobody came.. I also contacted to Bhopal office and they replied that by evening the person will connect the modem. Now every concerned are not picking up the phone
      I surprise and wonder such behavior from Air Tel service provider employs in this competitive age. I get hurt ten days, felt very sad and decided not to obtain any service from Air Tel. Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal who built this great empire will also feel very shame hearing customer dissatisfaction.
      I was very happy if I was told that I will get service after one month but this type communication gap and falls talking I have seen first time in my life.

      i have a problem with the connection of airtel. They discunnected my no. without any reason and ui am not able touse my GPRS network through this no ([protected]). I did contact tto nearer dealer but there response was not goood enough to satisfy me and my netwok is bard from last three days so pls do helpn me to get myb network get connected.

      We posses airtel corporate connection and running a big business, here in our area (hootagalli industrial Area mysore) since last few days we are not able to communicate any thing properly. there is very poor network signals available.
      we complained this matter to the customer care also but some how we didn't get any response in this regards.

      coz for a single complaint they did nt give any status details wid in 24 hrs n some of them tuk a gud class to xplain the logic of 24 hrs means nt the continuous hrs and those r their 24 working hrs n my pb 'll solve on their 24 working hrs nt in 24 hrs.
      and one of the team leader also did nt give the proper xplanation to the faults done by his subordinate executives.
      i think u may give gud xplanation n i hope that u may do the favour to me after listing the internal voice recorders.

      Airtel India — New connection not activated for long time

      I have submitted a request at Airtel Customer Care Centre at Vikrampuri, Secunderabad on 14.11.2007 for migration from postpaid to prepaid. Till date i.e.18.11.2007 it is not activated. my mobile no. [protected] and landline no.40192734.

      i had given request for activation of roaming and i got sms on cell phone that my roaming is activated
      from 14th of Nov 2007.my postpaid co-operate connection of Bhopal and presently i am at punjab but still my roaming is not activated till today Dated
      19/11/2007.even after launching my complain at customer care of Madhya Pardesh.please look in this matter and try to activate my roaming as soon as posssible.

      AirTel — CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT

      Hi All,

      I want to make a complaint regarding a false promise made to me regarding change in bill plan by one of Airtel's customer care representative I called up Airtel on 16-10-06 and adviced the customer care exc to unbar my service as I had already paid the bill. And also adviced him to change the bill plan as the bill was reaching a hieght. So he suggested that I should go for celebration 296 or something similar to it ,in which I will pay one time Rs 998 in my Dec bill and it will be 50paise calling to landline & to any other cell phone(or service) and the tariff will start from 18-10-07 as the bill was already genrated for oct.But the bill/statement I have recieved this month shows no changes I was expecting some cut down on my phone expenses.I called Airtel told them about the same on 28-11-07 after recieving the bill but the customer service representative claims that there is no documentation regarding any bill plan change.I adviced to listen to the voice files of the calls made to them for Cell phone #[protected] but they refused.

      I have been using Airtel since years now and that to the same number this is a case of false & misleading representation made to a customer by Airtel.I want Airtel to investigate the same as its hard for me to pay this Bill.I will not pay this bill.

      Today I received a phone call from [protected] stating that I am advocate calling from delhi court & case is being filed against you for non payment of mobile [protected].
      I am feeling frustated due to this act of airtel ,please inform me whether this was a true call , accordingly I shall decide my line of action,also disconnect this number with immediate effect.

Apart from this the customer support team has also denied the complaints send by me as a result of which even after sending the messages to 121 i didnot recieved any of the messages regarding my complaint and the executives disconnect the phone in between the talk or dont come back after they go on hold.Such type of service is never expected from airtel. Therefore, I want to get the service actived within a day for which the amount has been deducted.

      I am retailor of air-tel in Panagudi of Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu. Since last March 2007 not got any activation charges, in our village distibutor name is Mr.Lingam,who expressing that he is not getting anything properly from airtel, and also he told me that i am getting 30 rs o 40 rs only for each activation, even he does not allow us to activate from our easy sim charges, simply telling us to send & he will activate all sim cards from my easycharge then only you will get more activation charges, we are not getting commission proberly, he may have some problem. Airtel office thats what he does not give any activation cahrges to us, once i have activated 3 sim cards from koodankulam, near by area there i got 80 rs for each activation then only i cameto and get good commission for for services.

      I am having three connections of Airtel mobile all are postpaid.Now while I am applying for a new connection completing all parafonia got the simcard,but from 15 days my new connection mobile outgoing is not activated.When I contact with the agent (Dillip Kumar Nayak),he says I have to contact Mrs Mitra but she is not attending the call.her No is ([protected]).When I visited the website there is no mail id of any one to lodge complain.

      Airtel India — High unbilled amount

      Pl.send the duplicate copy of bill for the month of March.08. My mobile no.is [protected].
      My avrage billing amount is Rs.1500/month in post paid mobile connection of [protected] of Airtel.
      Till yesterday, my unbill amount was Rs.1100 without rental & other service charge.Now i got my last month billing amount Rs.1578.88.But this month amount is showing Rs.1150 in one day whereas i have used three local calls of one minute avrage.

      Customercare is sayoing, i do not have any information in this regard.I will be able to say after the month is over.How can i wait so long being they can increase my unbill amount upto the creadit limit Rs3800/- may be in next two days.

      Please advise.

      Airtel India — Bad Mobile office service and unsatisfactory customer care

      ive been having some problems with my gprs lately...im always on the move so i use lot of mobile office. but lately its is giving very bad service. the speed goes extremely low and keeps getting disconnected. and some times it doesnt work at all, and the surprising thing is it happens only at my place. if i take my cell anywhere else it works just fine. ive lodged complain over this many times to customer care. but i dont think they are hardly bothered about it.

      Airtel India — Disability of Incoming calls from BSNL Landline

      I have been user of Airtel Postpaid card since a while.
      But from last 45 days I have been facing problem i.e I am not able to get calls from BSNL landline.

      So many time I have lodged a complaint about to So called "CUSTOMER CARE" also I personally visited to Airtel Customer office.

      But Asusual I got no progress on it, So finally I had to take help of this stupidity.

      Belive me I am not exaggearting the things I am talking sense.
      I got lot of commitments from Sweet voices behind the call..

      I got a new Airtel prepaid mobile connection for my daughter in Bangalore on June 30. I can connect to her number from my BSNL mobile.
      However, I can not connect to the number through BSNL landline.

      Airtel India — Poor Network and service

      Hello,

      I am a new customer of Airtel. I have started using Airtel since last 2-2 weeks but very much disappointed with their network.

      regarding same, I have called customer case 121 on 2nd July 2008 and they have told me that their Network Department will contact me on 7th July 2008. till date, no one has contacted me.

      I want to disconnect Airtel Connection and regarding same I have sent email at [protected]@airtelindia.com but I am getting
      message that they are unable to process my request due to wrong subject format. Correct subject format must have
      mobile number startuing from 98 or 99. My mobile number starts from 97. How am I supposed to email them? I have sent them email atleast 5-6 times and everytime it failed to reach.

      Probably I have to visit their office personally and disconnect the service. This is simply pathetic.

      Airtel India — Network Problems

      1. Non-delivery of SMS while on roaming.
      2. Unable to make / receive calls while on roaming despite full network (signal)
      3. Hopeless Customer Support, they do not know anything about what COULD be the problem. They give me hopeless suggestion when I ask a solution to my problem, which in no way is related to my problem or even the vaguest of the solutions to my problem.
      4. And a whole N/W that only has an excellent mechanism of accepting complaints and do NOTHING at all about ANY of them!!!

      Airtel India — ROTTEN SERVICE & CALLOUS APPROACH TO COMPLAINTS

      I am an airtel prepaid user and my cell number is [protected]. I just met with an accident on my way home on the motorcycle & tried to reach my family to inform them so that they do not get worried if I reach home late. Guess what?? I get a message whenever I tried calling any phone number that "MY AIRTEL OUTGOING FACILITY IS TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED & THAT I SHOULD CALL 121 AT CUSTOMER CARE FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE" I have sufficient balance in my account but still my outgoing facility is barred & when I try calling 121 customer care & I am informed that the NETWORK IS BUSY. This is the sort of service I get from a company who is supposed to be one of the largest or best in the world???? Absolute and HOGWASH. Airtel is only interested in increasing its customer base without developing proper infrastructure to cater to such high volumes of traffic & in the process it is only filling its pockets with more and more cash so that their executives enjoy a flamboyant lifestyle and appear in the glossy magazines as the leading lights of INDIAN INDUSTRY. So who cares if some common man meets with an accident and is left to die on the road, just because he cant make the most important call of his life and even call for an ambulance. SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL. SHAME ON YOU FOR EARNING FROM THE VERY CUSTOMERS WHOM YOU LET DOWN SO EASILY EACH TIME. I am so sorry that I trusted a brand name like AIRTEL & decided to use your mobile service. I am so sorry. I am now going to file a case in the consumer courts & also file for INFORMATION UNDER THE RTI ACT & I also urge all fellow users of this hopeless & shoddy service provider to take up the matters they face with AIRTEL to the highest authorities & not to give up until our need of proper service is delivered by such uncouth & DIRTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.

      Airtel — Ineligible Customer

      My postpaid account number is XXXXXXXXXX

      I have two cell phones on this account and have been a customer of Airtel for 8 years. I have never even so much as delayed a single payment in all these years.

      Today, I went to an Airtel office on Cunningham Road to get another number added on to my account and was told that they could not do so.

      I called customer care only to be told that I was "INELIGIBLE".

      I explained to your service rep and to the floor supervisor that I was willing to pay for the connection and was not asking for anything free of cost. I was still "INELIGIBLE". They could not say why I was "INELIGIBLE", just that I was. They took a "request" and told me that in 6 days, your sales department would call me or call on me.

      They even double checked my address so that their sales department could visit me. Makes me feel privileged. I may one day in the near future be visited by an Airtel sales rep, who will no doubt want to meet my family, check out my house, talk to my neighbours about my character and then perhaps offer his daughter in marriage to my son - or better still - offer me an AIRTEL add on card.

      Reminds me of the good old days of public sector phone companies. Atleast, things were simpler then. One was always "INELIGIBLE". But this impeding visit of the Airtel sales rep has me on tenterhooks. Will I or wont I pass the ELIGIBILITY test? Will I or wont I have the honour of having another Airtel connection? Oh how proud I will be to sign my name as "X Reddy, B.E., M.S., M.B.A. and Airtel ELIGIBLE".

      I'm so exited. I'm blind copying this email to everyone I know and will post it on every public website. I hope everyone prays for me to become Airtel "ELIGIBLE".

      Airtel Postpaid Connection — Lack of support from customer care people

      I had applied for a new connection of airtel after recieving a call from one of its dealer who told me the benefits of switching from my then current service provider to airtel. As postpaid connection is conducive i had sumbitted all the documents. After few days my outgoing connection was barred on account of non verification of address proof. After repeatedly requesting them to arrange for an address proof a representative from airtel came and did all the formalities required. On the very same day i called Customer Care people requesting them to resume my outgoing it was causing me a lot of inconvenience. They told me by next morning it will be done. After that i made umpteen calls to customer care asking them the status all i got in response was reference numbers and even after speaking to manager the response was far from satisfactory, as he told we have not recieved any intimation yet . Afterwards i recieved a message from airtel stating that in case my number is permanently disconnected please visit the nearest airtel outlet for processing THE REFUND OF YOUR SECURITY AMOUNT. After that i again called up airtel and spoke to floor manager asking that why exactly my outgoing has been barred even though address verification has been done and i had sumbitted all the documents. The response i got was she is not having the reason in her system and asked me to contact some dealer. Then asked her help to locate some dealer in BTM or JP Nagar as these areas are conducive for me to visit, she told there are no dealers in those areas!
      As my outgoing has been barred its causing me a lot of inconvenience and i am not getting to know the correct reason on what basis have they barred it!
      When dialing to the number to [protected] from my house mobile no-[protected], it is observe that the link was not established to me but with others and amount is debited from my account many a times. Pl. correct them and credited in my account.

      I am a Post-paid mobile connection holder of Airtel for the last five years. But since last one & half year. I am confronted with the above mentioned problem which I never expected from such a esteemed service provider.
      No incoming/outgoing call is matured inside/Outside of my house & every time I have to go about 100 yards away from my house or to the top-floor to get matured my calls during my tenure of stay at home.
      Time & again I brought this problem to the notice of your Customer care center but all in vain, every time I have to repeat my entire matter to your service center officials, but their ready-made replies are as under:-

      i) I have up-dated your complaint.
      ii) Sorry sir, not hearing well, giving an impression that I am being ignored intentionally.
      iii) Generally, they say that some technical up gradation problem is there.

      In the light of above facts I feel harassed by them since last 15 months. Though during this period your technical engineers visited my house twice & found the problem genuine one, but they too could not find any solution of this realistic difficulty .
      As I am working in corporate sector, my mobile no is used through out the country & I am not in a position to change my said number at present. More over, I remain busy in my official work & I do not find enough time to lodge my complaint time and again or pursue the same thoroughly.
      Besides I always make payments of bills through chq or by credit cards but your franchisee offices do not update the same in time, Occasionally they put me in trouble to give receipt to them to up-date my payments. Earlier, they credited the proceeds of my cheque to some other customer's a/c, which creates harassment to me. There are others several such minor incidents which I do not want to quote here.
      So, your kind attention is drawn to-wards my above cited genuine problems for an early solution with in a specific time frame under intimation to me.

      Airtel GPRS services — New Connection being sold but services not available

      Hi,

      I wish to raise a complaint against Airtel GPRS Data Services. I have purchased a GPRS Modem and a connection on Thurday, January 25th from Airtel Customer Services Center in Residency Road Bangalore. At the time of purchase i told the sales eecutive that i am buying it only for data services and not to for voice. I was informed that the Data Services will be activated 24 hours from the time of purchase.

      Even till now after 4 days from the date of purchase the Data Services are not been activated. I have also registered a complaint with their call center via complaint number : 20376058, and now they are saying that all the Data Servers are down and they will not be able to activate the services.

      I feel i have been cheated, Airtel should have been transparent to the customers at the time of sales and should not give any false commitments. Also, incase they can not provide services they should not have sold me the connection.

      I want a full refund of the money paid to them for the Data Card and the security deposit paid for the new connection via bill number : 2154 Dated 22/01/2009 and security deposit receipt number : 1046, Dated 22/01/2009, TouchTone Cellular, Residency Road, opp Nagarjuna Hotel, Bangalore - 560038.

      Airtel India — No Refund of Security Deposit

      Respected Sir,

      I Omkar Chandrakant Kulkarni was Postpaid Subscriber of Airtel under the mobile number +91-[protected] from 07/04/2008. Due to dissatisfied service by airtel network and poor customer service I had requested the company for permanent disconnection of my number, in writing on 08/11/2008. I have stamped receipt of my application for permanent disconnection. At time of applying for permanent disconnection I have settled all outstanding amount on my account for which I have stamped receipt of company. Thereafter I had told by company's executive that I will get my deposit refunded within 45 days by account payee cheque. Meanwhile the company's executives called frequently on my alternate number and requested me not to disconnect the number, when I was busy in my office work. Further in addition to this kind of mental harrasement, I have received the bills for the month of 23/10/2008 to 22/11/2008 and also for 23/11/2008 to 22/12/2008. However today it is more than 100 days I have not received my Security Deposit Refunded yet. I hereby request you kindly to consider my mental harrassemant by Airtel by calling during Office Working Hours, by delibarate delay in refund of Security Deposit and Harrassemant by sending bills for the number which I have already applied for disconnection in writing under stamped receipt by the company.

      Airtel Mobile Services, India — Debiting amount without providing bill

      I have opted for Airtel ECS facility for easy payment of the bills.

      But now I am in a very big problem. Airtel is debiting the amount from my bank, WITHOUT providing the bill .

      When I contact Airtel, they give a stupid answer, "Server problem, you shall get it within 2 weeks" . Withing the 2 weeks the money shall be debited from the bank and if you are LUCKY enough, you shall get the bill.

      Its funny to note, that the CEO gets business awards for a company, which functions like a cheater .

      I had got a handwell of Airtel corporate plan which is applicable only for Ammunition Factory Employees, and i read out tarriff & all the terms and i decided to take that plan. For that i made contact to that agency. Agency name was not mentioned there only the name of team leader and executive's name are mentioned on that handwell. And I spoke with Abhijeet ( [protected] ) and I told him about that plan. On 26th February 2009 I have taken the sim card. After taking all the documents and refundable deposit Abhijeet told me sim card will start after 4/5 hrs, but it wasn't started. And i spoke with them when will it start they told to wait for next day, but next also it was not started Finally it started after 3 days.
      I was taking experience with airtel service and i made some outgoing calls. after second day Abhijeet called me and told me that your company ID is not valid then he told me give me latest salary slip. And in the evening my outgoing service had been barred. Then i called them and ask about service interruption. Then they told me your company ID is not valid therefore service has barred. then within two days i submitted salary slip. then they gave assuarance it will start in the evening and i was waiting for that. After submitting salary slip still my service is barred I spoke with Team Leader Sheetal Kumar ( [protected] ) he told me give me 1 photo ID then it will start but that time i was irrated on him because they should check all the documents first then service should be provided. Agin after two days in the morning Sheetal called me that time he told me no need to submit another photo ID we will adjust with previous documents. In the evening he again called me and he was teeling in your residential proof your name is incorrect then give me any other document. then I spoke with their manager Mr Vishal Sharma ([protected] ) And I told him about all this. Finally I told him I don't want your service because since last 1 week my service has barred. And I dont want your service give me all my documents and refundable deposit.
      I am requesting to Bharati Cellular Ltd, Pune Please take action on them otherwise, unfortunately I assist consumer forum against them.

      Because they don't need customers, And before provide the service they should check all the documents because after providing the service they are checking the documents.

      I recently talked to TM, Mr. Digvijay Singh (+91 [protected]), he disturbed me much more.
      I think no body is really concerned and i am wasting my time but anyways, i will at least do my part.

      I am Praveen Kumar Singh, Marketing Executive in a public sector company in jaipur.

      I bought airtel prepaid sim from "Bharat Shopping Centre, B-30 Chitrakoot Stadium, Vaisahli Nagar, Jaipur" on 10 April 2009 . Sim was activated within 10 minutes. I was told that i'll get call from verification authority within 7 days, but i did not know when i got the call and somehow i missed it.

      On 23rd April 2009 I got the sms that my details are not verified on local reference contact number. And my connection was terminated. I was out of state that time. I came back on 29th April morning and immediately contacted my retailer as suggested in sms. I gave all verification IDs, my photos and every other necessary things demanded in sms as well by retailer.

      Retailer said - it'll be activated within 24 hours. Since then ( 29th April 2009 ) i am daily going to meet the retailer and he keeps on saying within 24 hours it'll be activated but it seems his 24 hours means more than a week.


      I am unable to make calls or receive calls. I am Marketing executive and had given the contact no. to almost 200 of my dealers and colleagues. Now, none of them is able to contact me and i am occurring great loss from dealer side and high pressure from higher authority.


      I have contacted customer care centre (unsatisfactory and uninterested), their nodal officer (no response-phone+91 [protected], mail), Team Manager of area and so many, but none of them seem to be interested. I recently talked to TM of area - Mr. Digvijay (+91 [protected]) and he disturbed me much more.


      I request you to please take a necessary action if you can to help me out the problem. I have nearly Rs. 130.00 balance in this sim which i don't want anymore, neither the service. I just want to tell them that a customer cost something and they shouldn't avoid answering them. I want the retailer to understand how to talk to customer and should not commit for something he can't do.

      I am Praveen Kumar Singh, Marketing Executive in a public sector company in jaipur.

      I bought airtel prepaid sim from "Bharat Shopping Centre, B-30 Chitrakoot Stadium, Vaisahli Nagar, Jaipur" on 10 April 2009 . Sim was activated within 10 minutes. I was told that i'll get call from verification authority within 7 days, but i did not know when i got the call and somehow i missed it.

      On 23rd April 2009 I got the sms that my details are not verified on local reference contact number. And my connection was terminated. I was out of state that time. I came back on 29th April morning and immediately contacted my retailer as suggested in sms. I gave all verification IDs, my photos and every other necessary things demanded in sms as well by retailer.

      Retailer said - it'll be activated within 24 hours. Since then ( 29th April 2009 ) i am daily going to meet the retailer and he keeps on saying within 24 hours it'll be activated but it seems his 24 hours means more than a week.


      I am unable to make calls or receive calls. I am Marketing executive and had given the contact no. to almost 200 of my dealers and colleagues. Now, none of them is able to contact me and i am occurring great loss from dealer side and high pressure from higher authority.


      I have contacted customer care centre (unsatisfactory and uninterested), there nodal officer (no response-phone+91 [protected], mail), Team Manager of area and so many, but none of them seem to be interested. I recently talked to TM of area - Mr. Digvijay (+91 [protected]) and he disturbed me much more.


      I request you to please take a necessary action if you can to help me out the problem. I have nearly Rs. 130.00 balance in this sim which i don't want anymore, neither the service. I just want to tell them that a customer cost something and they shouldn't avoid answering them. I want the retailer to understand how to talk to customer and should not commit for something he can't do.

      HE IS MR JOHNSON BEC OF THE CONVERSATION WHICH I HAD WITH HIM I LOST THE FAITH I HAD ON AIRTEL, IN OTHER WORDS TO MAKE IT SHORT AND SIMPLE HE WAS DEAF, DUMB AND BLIND . HE WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFULL, HE HAD GOT A BAD ATTIDUDE PROB, WHEN I ASKED A QUEST TO HIM HE NEVER USE TO ANSWER INSPITE OF THAT HE USE TO ASK ME A PARALLEL QUEST . HE WAS RUDE . HE WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO SPEAK HE USE TO OVER SPEAK WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING THE INCON CAUSED, WHEN I TOLD ABT THE PREVIOUS CALL WHICH IS SPOKE WITH PRADEEP HE TOLD ME THAT THIER IS NO NOTES ON THE PREVIOUS CALL THAT WAS THE REASON I CALLED HIM BLIND BEC PRIOR TO THIS ADVISOR PROACTIVELY GAVE THE INFO AND THE TIMINGS WHICH I HAD FIXED WITH PRADEEP TO SEND A VERIFICATION EXE, BUT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THAT, THAT MADE ME CLEAR THAT THE MANAGERS ALSO LIE ON THE CALLS .       Dear All,

      Last week i made trascation in www.zoomin.com site for setup photo, For this they are given payment option [both credit and debit card option], but they dont redirecdt to specific bank sites, just they are getting our credit/debit card details from their own site. I think its not trustable. So i tried for another option - thtat is pay to mobile shop. Am in Madurai, they gave nearly 10 mobile store address. I selected P.S.G. Communications, 10, Green park, P.T.Rajan Road, Visalakshipuram, Madurai - 14. And i went to the store to pay .. but they replied that, as of now there is no option here, I was disappointed... So either the www.zoomin.com should integrate any payment gateway [like payapl, ICICI online banking] OR need to imporve the mobile store facitities. Othere wise they may loss some valid customers.

      I had taken connection of airtel mobile postpaid for numbers [protected]/ 51/ 52 and [protected] also [protected].I am feeling frustated due to service.I had activated my GPRS service a few months ago, but immediately de-activated it a few days later.Even then i am recieving GPRS bill till date and said so to ur manager from Vega Centre, Pune, Mr.Satish Matani/Mr.Manish/Mr, Prarag Sathe also knew my case very well.U are requested to disconnect these number with immediate effect.My billing cycle is from 26th to 25th.Therefore i request you to stop my service from tomorrow and send me the updated bill.

      air tel gprs — bill of airtel gprs charges after every 5 minute gap

      I have recd a bill after activation of gprs . I have rarely used the services of the gprs. now i have recd the bill and shocked to see the charges rs. 1025 plust taxes. while checking the details i have found that after every 5 minute there is charge of ps. 30 and it has accumulted to rs. 1025/-. please check the same and get it rectified in this bill itself so that there should be no scope for afterward chasing with no results .It is very difficult to spk with the officer of the co. Customer compaint no. is useless.

      I received a message today [protected]. The message says:

      “Congratulations on subscribing to the On Demand Service. You can now enjoy 30mins of your favourite music for 30 days at just Rs30.To unsubscribe, call 54321300”

      I did not subscribe to any ‘Demand Service’. It is nothing but unfair practice.

      Similiarly, I am receiving messages like “Thanks for using (AirtelMatrimony, WAP Page Display) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 20. http://gofun.in”. You are deducting Rs 20/- every week although I did not subscribe to any of the services.

      I complained earlier and there was no ‘action’.

        Purchased USB DATA CARD at GURGAON AIRTEL DLF CENTRE.
        SIM CARD NO:[protected] purchased in Oct Middle.
        Complaint No:14566775 DT16.11.2007
        The product is not working in Roaming.It works at Gurgaon but not at Chennai.Reported Customer Service complaint did not give correct and factual position.
        Finally Airtel Service Centre ADONIS Electronics Chennai returned the USB Data Card saying that the Data Card will not function outside of Gurgaon/Delhi.
        DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT.
        I feel I am not benefitted by the purchase and AIRTEL Have duped the me.

          I had purchased a nokia 1600 a month ago along with which i got a prepaid sim card free. I have already activated it and also recharged it but i still do not have the service. All the outgoing and incoming calls are barred. The sim card had the offer of being a card that has incoming facility free if i recharged it with 110. I did that but till date no incoming and outgoing!

            This is one of very much unhappy customers of so called Airtel... I've been trying to download the stuff from net for which i got the broadband fixed at my home... For first 2 months download speed was cool enough according the way promised but, since 16th dec. 06' the speed has lowed down 5 times... from 25 - 28 kbps it's came. Down to 3 - 5 kbps which is like trying to on a cell phone with battery out..

            My name is Ankush Mahendra and i ain't got no idea abt how others users are experiencing but i was told they got this issue cos the quake came in taiwan and So the under sea cable got issues so the problems gonna be fixed by 3rd Jan... how come i got this issue 10 days before the quake...

            Today the techy came home N he says sir the downloading problem doesn't seem to be with the intel site but it seems to be with P2P sites, no problems, so i opened another site that's not P2P but the speed didn't cross 4 kbps... I've been asked to wait for few more days but AIRTEL u know what i can't cos my things run on net and moreover i pay for it it's not free so i believe when you've given an e-mail id i should e-mail what i feel being your unfortunately caught customer.

            I'll mail again if i don't get a reply from your organization... as I've been told that the techy could not find the solution and he said we'll get the SWITCh checked for jaipur site and will contact again.

            Hi all Airtel broadband users,

            This is really bad about airtel, so be careful while taking a new connection.

            I got a new broadband connection yesterday. I was promised to get speed around 256kbps in the day and 512kbps in the night. But when i did the speed tests several time in the day and night, my speed was always been 70 kbps to 120 kpbs. I was surprised as i heard that airtel is the best provider. How can they tell a lie? at least i should get 200 kps if not 256 or 512. No ? please reply if you have similar experience. I am based in Noida.

            I am frustrated airtel broadband customer. I have turbo256 plan and i was promised 256kbps but the download speed what i get is 20 - 23 kbps and i had complained about this to the customer service agents, supervisor and no [censored]s seems to rectify this problem. Its slower than BSNL's dialup.

            I am based in bangalore and have Airtel Broadband connection. I have shifted my place and asked for transfer for the same. First day Airtel people told me it will not take more than 1 week for transfer as they have looked at new place. They told me it is feasible and can be done within 1 week.

            However Shifting was not done in 1 week, after 1 week I asked them they said it will be done within next week. This one week next week has become now more than 2 month and from airtel anyone xyz calling me and asking (threating) me to cancel the line. I feel Airtel people has hires GOONDA like banks to talk to customer and when one asked them about these GOONDA, they say they do not know about them.
            It is sort state of of a company rum by a Good business man called Mr Mittal.

            Please be careful if you want to go for airtel connection in near future
            There is something wrong with the way Airtel calculates bytes uploaded and downloaded. I have observed that although I am just doing casual browsing or checking e-mail and "NOT" doing
            any big file downloads, the self care website shows pretty high usage of Internet. For example on 24th October it is showing 29 MB. I did not download any big files. The only thing I can tell you is that DSL router was on for 10-12 hours.

            When I contacted the engineer who installed the DSL, he told me that I should power off the DSL router when not in use.

            But this is not the solution. If I am not using Internet and router is just on, it should not count any bytes downloaded or uploaded.

            Airtel is cheating.

            I applied for a broadband connection.
            While filling form that airtel agent told will get connection in 3 days.
            If it is Reliance or Tata will get connection in a day.
            hmm... ok... 3days...
            After 3days also there is no response from Airtel.
            I called my agent to ask about its atatus.
            He was not picking my call.
            Then i wrote a letter to care.[protected]@airtel.in & nodel officer
            I wait for their response.
            But there was no use of that.
            Next day many times i called my agent to get connection...
            He picked up my call and said some problems...
            Connection will give on tomarrow...
            I told no! i want today itself or cancel my request...
            He told ill give you manager mobile number.
            ok...
            I called his manager..
            And started a conferrence with manager and agent.
            Finally they told please wait for a day also.
            hmmmm... I told ok.
            Next day...
            I started calling that agent...
            Same response...
            Not picking my call...
            I have tried arround 6 hours...
            He picked one of my call and talked me roughly...
            That was 'Today also cant give connection'
            I called his manager... he told wait..
            let me check with him
            i told ...ok
            after 30 minutes i have tried to reach that manager...
            he switched off his mobile...

            This is the current status of Airtel broadband connection...
            No Time sense...

            with due respect i want to bring to your notice that i have been using airtel gprs since last two months.and it gives a speed of 115.2kbps which is very slow and its downloading speed is worse than it.its downloading speed is 3-4kbps.it unables me two download more than 5 mb.so give suggestion inorder to improve it.

            I got a broadband connection 4 months ago and the speeds that i get are really slow i have a 256 kbps unlimited one and the rental they charge is 899 with tax but the way they r giving the service doesn't make them even a single coin worth.

            Airtel — Speed so down

            Sir i use my Airtel datacard by recharging it for Rs-450 on my desktop as well as on laptop.My Airtel speed is so down i.e 2Kbps or sometimes it is 900bytes and its speed booster dont works.I went for this complaint to Airtel Distributer as well as to Zonal office and called to Airtel coustmer care they said to replace the datacard from manufacture BEETEL thus i replaced it so but problem is still same.I purchased this Airtel pendrive 5months before and from starting this problem is With me.

            the downloading speed being told in my plan was 512kb/sec upto 8 gb and 256kb/sec from thereafter.....but since starting only i hav'nt received the transfer rates above 70 kb/sec...i have been complaining to customer care since past 2 weeks and regularly from past 5 days but no action has been taken yet although during each of my complaint enquiries i have promised that the the problem will be solved within a day..

            As i have always been a loyal airtel customer in cellular network, satellite tv connection ever since the start, i thought of taking airtel broadband too since it was offering me an attractive plan of 2mbps @Rs.1299.
            first 2 months were fine but after that the speed kept falling from 2mbps to 1mbps to 200kbps and now at present 35 kbps !
            Last month my homepage was showing that i have crossed my fair usage policy and they were claiming that i have downloaded over 64 GB in a month (at this speed, do you think i am a fool?), it is even practically impossible.!
            and now again, 25th january 2011 our new billing cycle started and today is 2nd February 2011 and according to them i have again crossed 20 gb already ! airtel people have gone nuts and so is there system. the executives are as good as illiterate, they dont even know how to answer, all they have to say is"madam, if you go out for dinner, do you realize how much you eat ?? then how can you be so sure of your usage?" are you kidding me ? was that the best answer he could possibly think of ?
            that doesnt let me speak and he keeps going on with his for 15mins without once giving a satisfactory answer. is his dad gonna pay for my phone bill?
            i am seriously fed up of slow speed, ADSL down and all that crap.
            i want my problem to be solved ASAP with an itemized bill.!

              Due following approximate reasons pending at your end since more then Two months :

              Apart form above complaints I had several discussion reminder to solve the problems. The following response and aadvise given by customer care.


              1. First of all I was told by Air tell Customer Care that your current mobile set is creating problem, So I was asked to change the mobile Set. Accordingly I changed my Mobile Set and purchased New set “ NOKIA 3310-C “

              2. Problem yet not solved by customer care and now they told me to get your set checked form “NOKIA Services Centre” I approached “NOKIA Service center and get my hand set checked after waiting two days they return my set back. They show me that by using other “ SIM “ in this hand set SMS service is working properly. So they advised me that there is problems from “AIR TEL” Or with your SIM card.


              3. I agains approached to customer care on 4.10.2007 they told me that your problems will to remove with in 72 hours. But after that no body responded and again when I contact to coustomer care on 19/11/2007 (complaint no, 14558589 – KONIKA ) told me that kindly change the service provide nos and I will back you within 5 minuts. I changed the service provide No. 3rd time (as customers care persons told me to change) . Now she call me and told me that this problems with your “SIM CARD” you please contact again to customer care for replacing defective SIM free of Cost.


              4. I once again contact to customer care on 19/11/2007 ( Mr. Uppal ) told me that let me do one more efferte to solve your problems and give me complaint no. 14589312


              5. But on 22/11/2007 I receive one more SMS form customer care that you problems under cmplaints ghas resovled. Kinldly contact at 121. While I tried to send SMS (on moble no, [protected] ) after confirmation form customer care my mobile set agains showing same problems.

              6. I again contact at customer care ( Mr. Ajaz Unbi attend the call ) told me that “The messessgae box on which you are sendig SMS is full. So you try to send SMS on other Mobile No. I told him that the above Mobile No. [protected] is with me and I am using presently & mail box is empty, Yet I am unable to aviale the service of SMS. He told me that your problems now sold and we can not help you.

              So I am facing above problems since long time and no bother to attend me properly. You are hereby requested to solve the probloems with in two days or Discountinue my moble no.

                Airtel Mobile Service — Discontinuance of service

                I purchased a NOKIA mobile phone instrument in the month of December 2008 on which a Air Tell SIM Card was free . The SIM Card MB No. [protected] of Air Tell Mobile Service in the Prepaid Scheme was availed after filling of the form aling with necessary documents and recharged for Rs. 100/- (Talk time of Rs 86/- approximate ) and activated after one Month (Condition of Life Time Validity Scheme) for Rs. 195/ for Life Time ? i.e. upto 2012 and got talk time of Rs. 10/- only. Now from the last 10 days suddenly the service has been suspended without any reason. When contacted on the service No. [protected] there is no responce. when contacted at Air Tell Galary housed at Hutatma Chowk in Mumbai on 27 /01/2009 there system was failed so I was advised to contact from hot line No 999, on the line I was advised that within the 24 Hrs.My mobile No will be activated. However, the same has not been resumed. Again I contacted through the Service No. I was told that since it is a prepaid service, I should contact on [protected] but after pressing this that numbers the same number was asked to get checked. Now I am fed up with the such instructions from the Air Tell Service. I have a balance of Rs. 42/- and validity till 2012 However, I am not getting the proper service from the Air Tell company.

                  HI All,

                  Please be aware payment made for Airtel through online and through an ECS (Electronic credit system).

                  I am keying in the two incidents which happened with me and my colleague.



                  I am sending this mail to Airtel customer care also, so that at least they will realize and try to correct it.

                  I know by seeing this mail, they may block my number or do some other thing because they have money power.

                  But at least other customers should understand the pain before opting these facilities.

                  So, I spent so much of time and keying in the entire incident of 37 days.



                  Online Payment:
                  Payment was made on 8th Nov 2006 and with in a second amount got deducted from my account.

                  But it got updated/credited to Airtel account after 37 days 15th of Dec 2006.

                  This online payment was made using the Airtel provided online link only.

                  In spite of started explaining the problem from 10th Nov 2006 and also providing the online payment

                  details to Airtel Customer care. I had faced problem for 37 days like incoming calls /out going calls bar

                  every now and then.



                  I had explained my problem to around 35 Customer care executives and talked manager 7 level persons

                  (ManXXX, SarXXX, KavXXX, SentXXX etc). But still every 3rd or fourth day my connection used to be barred.



                  Finally some two managers told that they cannot do anything because it’s an online system fault.

                  Even Airtel system is not in there control.



                  But my concern is the online payment link is given by the Airtel site and it’s the responsibility of Airtel to sure

                  that customer does not face the problem in case of these type of incidents.



                  I also understand that No Software is this world is bug free.



                  But at least once the Customer sends the “Payment details copy either through mail or through FAX,

                  It should be made sure from the service provider that customer will not face any problem for no mistake of him”.



                  Till the investigation is completed it’s the responsibility of the Airtel to provide a fool proof service to the customer.



                  I am attaching the image which confirm when the payment was made and when it got updated in Airtel.

                  I am also copying a few of the written communications I had with Airtel [protected]@airtelindia.com.



                  Flaw in ECS facility of Bharathi Airtel :
                  My friend called for the Airtel customer number in which they come and collect the Airtel due amount.

                  In one of such incident, an employee from Bharti Airtel Limited with valid identity card came to my friends company and asked that

                  to take the ECS (Electronic credit system). He took the front and back of credit card and gave a valid collection receipt of

                  Bhrathi Tele-ventures Limited

                  Regd. Office : H-5/12, Qutub Ambience, Mahrauil Road, New Delhi- 110 030

                  But after some days he also faced the problem of barring outgoing and incoming calls. If we call to Airtel Customer care they

                  Saw they have no idea of who took his credit card Xerox copy. They also told that they will investigate but nothing happened

                  Other than barring of out coming and incoming calls.



                  He handled it by not paying the balance to Airtel.



                  But one main concern is in this advance technological world “There can be use of credit card for some anti social elements because they have both front and back of

                  Card. For which Airtel customer care does not give any solution other than saying nothing will happen sir”



                  Ex:

                  If some anti social elements get the credit card front and back Xerox copy and “He books a flight ticket using the credit card in his names” forget about they flying.

                  If by bad luck it becomes police issue. Police will not be in a position to listen your story first they will punish very badly.

                  So, be careful before opting for Airtel online or ECS facility. If Airtel only does not give any response then where the common man

                  like you and me will go for help.

                  But the fun thing is that nights incoming as well as my out going calls were blocked.



                  Provided outgoing, But with in 6 hours both outgoing as well as incoming calls were barred.



                  15th night I had talk with one manager for around 1 hour expressing my concern over this system,

                  for which he told they cannot do anything system is automated.

                  Saturday morning again my outgoing and as well as incoming as incoming calls

                  were blocked. I was not having any other Airtel number to contact number, I spent almost

                  3 hours to get the customer care number from land line and explain my problem to Customer care executive what is problem

                  I am facing from past 37 days.



                  For which her reply was: Its automated system and there people has tried maximum and they cannot do anything.



                  I told them if everything is automated why the hell they are sitting there and fooling the customers.



                  There managers and executives are so adamant that they are ready to agree that a bug exists in the

                  software and will try to correct it even after 37 days.

                  They say sometimes it happen.

                  I feel they know some diplomatic statements:

                  We understand sir, this will not happen again, will rectify it sir, and will arrange a call back.



                  So, please be aware of the Airtel payment services.



                  Airtel: These are incidents which had happened with me and the same thing I am communicating to

                  All my friends and in turn they will communicate to there friends. I have also attached some of the

                  Reference numbers given by you for your perusal.

                  I had spent time explaining my problem through mails and talks.



                  To executives : 20 * 15 minutes = 5 hours

                  To managers : 07 * 20 minutes = 1.40 minutes

                  Writing 6 mails: 5 * 60 Minutes = 5 hours

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is to bring to your notice that i have activated my ECS service last to last month from your Airtel counter at Yousuf Sarai Market. i have received a call from your customer care that your amount has been deducted from your bank ref no[protected]. I was rest assured that my ECS facility is activated. now when i have checked my amount i was surprised that last month bill money has not been deducted from my bank. When i have checked with your customer care today dated-070812, they told me my check has been declined(refnoF[protected]) and they don't know the reason. When i have told them same could have been informed to me, they said they tried but your number was busy. How can it be possible that whole day whole night my number was busy. Now pls tell me do i have to pay the penality amount as well, as when last time i have checked with your customer care they told me you dont have to pay the penality. Today i will pay the last month bill through cash./

                    yesterday my outgoing calls got barred since i have reached my credit limit and the pre-recorded message said that i goto call the customer care and talk to an executive regarding this. But whenever i try to connect to the customer care the call gets disconnected and i tried the same with other's mobiles too. It was the same in all the cases... have they closed their customer care department??? or the number got changed...??? does anyone know ???

                    I had recived a call from Airtel on 11/02/08 informing me ," my number [protected] has been selected as a previlage number. So, if I recharge my number with an easy recharge of Rs. 110/-( Rupees One hundred ten) only then I will get Rs. 98/-( Rupees ninety eight) only as a top-up with one year validity ".
                    In order to double-check the information I contacted the Customer Care two times on 12/02/08 and after their confirmation of the scheme I got recharged my number.
                    But to my surprise I got a recharge of Rs.10/-( Rupees ten) only with extension of vaildity from 21/02/08 to 26/02/08.
                    Under the circumstances I request you to get me the offered top-up value of Rs. 98/- only with one year validity as well as suitable actions against persons harrassing me.
                    I hope an immediate favourable action.

                    We requested for 3K/SIM as a credit limit for al SIM on the name of Marquis Technologies Pvt Ltd .

                      Ia ma highly dis satisfied customer of Airtel. After I took up their post paid connection, my life has become miserable.

                      Firstly I was corned into buying the connection and that too I was sold a diff plan to what they offered. It took more than a month to set thing ok an dget it to the plan that i desired.

                      After that I have been having continuous billing issues and I never get the bills on time. I tried making online payment which does not show up on their records. I receive several harassing calls from their call centre's collection agents who are goons rather than service agents.

                      I have paid another bill and inspite of it my outgoing is cancelled and now my SIM is inactive. I am apregnant woman and have a family menber who is suffering from brain tumor. The only way that I can cntact them or be contacted is thru my mobile which is ofcourse useless now.

                      The customer centre staff are of no help instead they add to our wooes. Such a sad level of service from a big provider like Airtel is pathetic. Gone are the days when the customer was the King. Now the customer and his complaints are brushed under the carpet.

                      I have raised online complaints too but the status shows cancelled when they have not resolved it.
                      I plan to approach the Consumer Forum and I am sure I will find many who have suffered similarly.

                      AIRTEL Chennai is disgusting ... No Customer service .. None is ready to speak .. They always give wrong information and I have wasted 2 months from september trying to get the name changed from my mother's name to my name .

                      I have submitted the name change through the executive who came home to collect payments and also through customer care number post which i came to know that you have to go and make the request in the customer care center .


                      customer representative name: NesaKumar- Floor Supervisor.

                      I went to from place to place from santhome (bharathi towers) to alwarpet in rain to do the name change and the request was made on 18/10/08 .The lady executive there just gave the recept of billpayment and then said the name change will be taken care and no acknowledgment is required.

                      Finally when I got another bill in my mom's name . I called the customer care and they see that the request is still not updated on 25/10/2008 and say that another bill of 925 is generated in my mom's name and this has to be closed first . This is thesecond month that they have been giving the same story . The representative called him floor supervisor and said that there is no manager available to speak to. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE . THE MOTIVE OF BROAD BAND itself is lost ... Why i am getting to loose so much of my presious time .. We dont have time to run behind.. and nobody cares .. IS this the situation that he have to live after giving them our Money ...

                      HORRIBLE!!! Whats the action Plan ...

                      I have made a mistake of availing your service by taking a postpaid connection - [protected]

                      I have been trying to register for an online account since the last six months but it has not happened.

                      I was asked to go to www.airtel.in and use the register option there, which I did. But your website just refreshes after I enter all the details and does not give me any confirmation whether my account has been created or not.
                      I then called up your customer care. The customer care executive told me that I need to try again or send a SMS "REGISTERED" to 121. I sent the SMS, but there was no response, so I called up your customer care again. This time I was told that my compliant is being registered and will be solved in 24 hrs.

                      These sequence of events have been repeating in the last six months. I call up your customer care and am told that the compliant is being registered and then nothing happens.

                      Fed up with this service, I called up the nodal officer at +91 [protected]. No one picked up the call

                      I tried this many times but the result was the same.

                      Then I called up the appellate officer at +91 [protected] and still no one picked up.

                      I guess yor inefficiency boils down the hierarchy chain with no one caring about customers - from appellate officer to nodal officer to customer care executive.

                      If you just want to your customers then put that on your lovely website which is good for nothing. Atleast the customers would know what to expect when they call up customer care or go to your website.

                      I purchased my bundle of worries on 18th Mar 2011 (CUST id: [protected]). Since then i've never heaved a sigh of relief. The services provided are so worst that i am cursing myself for the decision made. I was given 2 months of subscription free, but my TV didn't work normally for more than few days.
                      I have to call them every alternate day with complaints. The people i bought my connection from have already stopped taking my calls, theose rascals simply disconnect my phone since they dont have any solution.
                      Customer care drops my calls 90% of times again because of same reason.
                      I know several reasons now:
                      1. Satellite connection is not available
                      2. Dish's direction is not right
                      3. Cable is not connected to dish's amplifier so on and so forth.

                      Engg will be sent to my place by tomorrow is the only solution they have. Engg comes, gives a temporary solution and goes. The problem recurs as soon as they leave.
                      Error codes B001, B004, SM1, i've seen them all.
                      Just want to trash the piece of i bought for Rs 3650.
                      MY RECOMMENDATION TO ALL....NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AIRTEL PRODUCTS. THEY WASTE MARE MONEY IN PAYING SAIF & KAREENA TO PROMOTE THEIR DAMN PRODUCTS RATHER THAN KEEPING THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

                        I was trying to download a song thrice using airtel live.but the songs didnt download instead me account got deducted by Rs 45.this had happened many times earlier also.Its not a matter of amount but of bad service.I want my money to be refunded immediately...

                        My Mobile No. is [protected] there was 10Rs. deduction everday from past 15days and we complained to customer service and they gave us a reason saying that there was a special offer activited and that is why that deducation had taken. And I told the customer care to cancel the that activition but still they contineoued deducting the amount. Next time when I called they said the amount would be refunded.
                        Still now amount has not refunded I am not in a position to recharge. It is purely by the negeligence of the custmer service. I want the amont to be refunded if not I will be taking reacting regarding this. Kindly do the need the full as early as possible.

                          don’t believe in airtel customer care people and the rate plans they offer.
                          I am a airtel customer from past 6 years and postpaid customer from past 3 years. Till October 2007 I was satisfied with airtel service and network. Till September 2007 I was in 449TKT plan. On 11th September 2007 I interacted with Mr. Manjunath K (Airtel customer care) regarding new airtel plans and he told about 349 TKT in that no clip charges, monthly 600 minutes free local cals to any mobile, 200 sms free and other details. Then I thought this rate plan is OK compared to 449 TKT and I send sms to change the rate plan. And this plan is activated on October 2007 and in October bill I came to know monthly free calls is only 450 minutes. When I visited to nearest airtel office in Bangalore they told that is a mistake done by customer care and they cannot give 600 minutes free calls as the plan is chaged.
                          If this mistake is from customer care people, who is suffering, then what is the use of customer care when we cannot get the correct information and details.
                          So don’t believe in airtel customer care people and the rate plans they offer.

                          This is to bring to your notice regarding the Airtel post paid connection card.I have opted for this plan on Jan 27,2008 (post Paid no - [protected]) .But after two days my card was blocked(the facility was stopped).Even though i have saubmitted all the documents required by the company and also completed all the formalities.But when i went to the nearby Airtel Customer care office (which is located at Tilak Rd,Pune), the executive head who was incharge of theat office misbehaved with me and told me to come after 12.00 Pm.I was informad by him that my residenctial verification has been not done.When the executive came for verification, i told him that i am in the office(which is far away from my flat)i told him to come at 7.00 pm or else come to my office as my flat would be locked.But he did not listen to any of my request and reporte a negative remark in my form.When i called directly in the customer care, i was informed that the executive will again come for verification (before coming he would give me a call).But till date nobody came and still my card is blocked.I am facing too much inconvinience and this allresulted in frustration as i need to talk to my parentds and relatives as i am staying away from my home town.Please help me regarding this.

                          I was Using MNP 149 Postpaid plan having 450 Local+STD minutes. I received a call from Customer Care Executive stating that Airtel is Closing all MNP 149 Plan and You need to change your current plan, its mandatory for every customer using this plan. But later I came to know that there isn't any such case. And now on complaining regarding this they are saying that once deactivated you can't get that plan again. I also dropped a mail regarding this but no proper response to it.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have been using Airtel connection ([protected]) since one year under friends scheme. My validity has to be finished in 7 Nov 2007 under this scheme. Before that (on 1 Nov 2007) Airtel send me an SMS that,"By the recharge of Rs. 110 you can increase your validity to one year". On that day itself (on 1 Nov 2007) I do the recharge of Rs. 110, through ICICI (internet banking) mobile recharge facility. Recharge has done but the validity do not increases to one year, only they increases it upto 15 days.
                            After that they stoped my incoming and Outgoing. From that day (15th nov) I am regularly complaining them through Costomer Care, at that time they say "your problem will solve within 78 hrs". But Still this problem has not solved.
                            And today on 20 nov 2007 they say that "your problem will be solved, and your money will collapsed". This statement has said by the Senior Costomer Care officer named "MAZID" Pune. I am very much disturb by his statement. How they can do like this.
                            Sir, please try to solve my problem. I will be very thankful to you for this.

                              That the consumer namely Sri Biplab Kumar Choudhary S/o Late Kedar Nath Choudhary R/O Nawratan Hata Purnea Dist- Purnea, State- Bihar, Pin- 854301, purchased a Airtel Mega Phone Scheme in the year 2006, bearing Model No. FGD8900CE0980, phone no.                               That the scheme covered under the agreement of Rs.1.11/3 min. for the all local calls at Bihar and Jharkhand either GSM or Non GSM or the Base line phone, and Rs. 2.20 for the S.T.D. calls and Rs. 5.56 for ISD (USA and UK).

                              That the consumer made many request and complains to the customer care as follows:

                              That the consumer tried to made more complains but it was not received or taken by the customer care executive on the dialed no 121 and refused to not the complain or request and still not a single intimation has made on the above said complain or request by the customer care.

                              That the consumer is suffering from numbers of inconvenience for the month of September to November.

                              That the consumer further requesting you to credit all unauthorized deducted amount into the consumer's account and also provide or order to provide the statement of account for the month of September, October and November 2007 as well within 48 hours.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had purchased a new Handset from The Mobile Store, Plot No.118, Ground Floor, 80Ft Road, Koramangala Indl. Area, Bangalore – 95 (Phone No. +[protected] on the 3rd Nov ’07 and got a AirTel postpaid connection with it as they had an offer. I had to leave for my native immediately for Diwali vacation and would be back to Bangalore only on the 12th.

                                  I have been denied activation from AirTel since then for new postpaid sim, citing the following reasons:

                                  1. PAN intimation letter + PAN Card photocopy is not a legal document for proof of identity & address.
                                  2. I have also submitted a house Rental agreement photocopy as additional documentary proof for the connection. I have filled in the necessary Subscription Form & also given my photographs.

                                  I have escalated the issue by 3 levels within AirTel Customer Care but still I have not got the activation. I also visite the AirTel Customer Relationship Centre at Koramangala, Bangalore (Run by Franchisee: AirTime Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore)

                                    to do the needful. I am a executive working in Oil & natural Gas
                                    Corporation(ONGC) at Mumbai and although my company has provided me
                                    with a Dolphin connection(which is mandatory as ONGC is a PSU) I have
                                    also had taken a AIRTEL connection with the subject number and an
                                    last year which was activated on 28/03/2006. Since I had the DOLPHIN connection I rarely used the AIRTEL
                                    connection . However whenever I tried to use the connection I never
                                    got any connectivity and even if I got the same it was poor but as I
                                    had the dolphin connection I thought I would try later. The status has
                                    been the same even as of now. I admit that my payments made were all
                                    delayed payments ,but the point is I made the payments but got no
                                    service at all.Very recently I made a payment of Rs2423 through net
                                    using credit card and presently my account is showing nothing as
                                    outstanding. I did register a complaint on 03.11.2007 and a lady
                                    called up on 06.11.2007 asking as to what was my problem . After
                                    hearing from me the lady said that there was some payment outstanding
                                    against me , after I told her that I had already made payment of all
                                    my dues through net she said she would check up and would revive my
                                    connection. I waited paitently thinking that probably the connection
                                    will be activated ,but that has not materialised .Although my account
                                    on net is showing nothing outstanding and status of my connection as
                                    active yet I have no connectivity . The most ridiculous part is I have
                                    already been billed for the period 08/10/2007 to 08/11/2007 for Rs
                                    845/- without getting any service at all !! . Being the nodal officer
                                    I expect that you will in keeping with the standards of AIRTEL will
                                    check on what went wrong in my case and set things right immediately
                                    so that I can start using the connection by today evening.

                                    Thank u for the necessary actions taken. Yesterday evening I got a
                                    call from AIRTEL from [protected] with a lady executive asking for
                                    payment of my outstanding dues. When I told her that I had already
                                    paid the amount through net the lady said that my outstanding amount
                                    was still showing on her PC and that my net payment was not being
                                    refelected on her PC . On my insistence she said she would check and
                                    come back in 10 mts. That 10 mts never materialised and I had to call
                                    her to know what information she had gathered as I had my information
                                    ready . The lady informed that my payment had been made but did not
                                    know that my connection was non-existent and confirmed that my
                                    connection would soon be revived within 30 mts. However her
                                    confirmation has not materialised in the same way as your confirmation
                                    which was given some 4-5 days back though by a different
                                    officer/executive of AIRTEL through mail. It appears there is truly
                                    some seroius problem with the functioning of your "STRINGENT SYSTEM"
                                    about which you are not aware of . At this point of time at 1235 hhrs
                                    on FRIDAY 16/07/2007 I do not have any connectivity even at BANDRA
                                    area (where I have brought the phone with ur AIRTEL sim as my office

                                    Airtel — RAW DEAL IN RECHARGING MOBILE

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I got my mobile telephone No [protected] recharged for Rs 250 on 08 Oct 07 through my ICICI Bank account on the internet. The recharge was done for a sum of Rs 93 only. On querying the customer service of Airtel I was told that there was a service charge of Rs 129 and a validity of 15 days had been given from the day of recharge. I told that I already had validity up to 13 Dec 07. I was told that I should have checked up the terms and conditions before asking for the recharge.
                                    It will be appreciated that after paying Rs 250 if one gets goods worth Rs 93 only, then one feels cheated. I can understand the requirements of paying taxes, but a processing fee of Rs 129 is stealing consumers blind. I request that this issue be raised for resolution please.

                                    for last so many years but despite my repeated requests to your Customer Care Centre at 121 I am not getting any satisfactory response. During Aug 2007 Mr.Sunil M. No. [protected] took the request from me alongwith the relative documents for change of plan from One150 Plan to AES 99 Plan which was launched for Govt Banking & Financial Institutions as I am working With Canara Bank hence applied for change of plan. After my repeated requests to Mr. Sunil, during Sept ' 07 he has confirmed me the change of plan but all in vain when I received the bill. On 13.10.2007 I took up the matter with your 121 and had a talk with Pooja, the reply was that the system is being upgraded hence nothing can be done and further suggested to a talk with R M. and further informed that the matter can be taken with them only after 15.10.2007 (8 P M). On 01.11.2007 again I took up the matter and had a talk with Mr Chandan, Ist his reply was that system is under upgradation nothing can be done. When I insisted for the same, after keeping a long hold, I was informed that the plan has been changed to AES 99 and next bill will be received according to AES 99 and subsequently refrence no 14399664 was given through SMS.

                                    Yesterday I have received the bill and to my surprise the plan has been changed to Super Plan 199.Instead of reduction in bill amount now I have to pay more. This day i.e. on 16.11.2007, I had talk with Mr.Vinit at 121 who has informed that the reactivation of the plan is not possible and that can not be done at their end. But he was not having the reply how it was changed to Super 199 from One 150 Plan and where is the amount of advance rent of Rs.150/- collected from me.

                                    There are more to say but I am ending with a request to arrange to change my plan to AES 99 w.e.f 01.11.2007 if not from Aug 2007 (the date of my request). Please note that I will not paying the Bill received by me under Super 199 plan till the matter is resolved. If the same is not resolved before the due date of the bill i.e.24.11.2007 I will be forced to surreder the phone as apart from this I am having lot of other complaints which I have taken up your 121 and with TRAI, New delhi as well.

                                    I am associated with Airtel since 1997 . Off late (nearly 2 years) I have come across some difficulties with your network. I have brought this to the notice of your customer care division
                                    innumerable times. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the cause of
                                    voice breakage and call drop could not be diagnosed, thus problem persists
                                    for nearly 2 years now.

                                    Early this month I have again lodged a complain vide ref no. 15831479 for
                                    the same defect that was escalated to Mr Subrajit Ghosh who witnessed the
                                    call drop several times. He was genuinely very co-operative but till date
                                    Airtel has not been able to solve the problem.

                                    Myself is Amit Kapila working as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mohali. I bought new airtel (Postpaid) corporate connection ([protected]) through Bharti Axa on 10th of July, 2008. I submitted my two proofs. My Driving License copy as a ID Proof and as my address proof i have submitted in written on my Company's Letter Head as per instructions given by your corporate dealer in Chandigarh i.e. Strategic Marketing Co. Ltd., Sector - 17, Chandigarh. On my License, there was our old address and verification executive gone to our that old address as i already told them that the address i have given on my company's letter head that is our present & permanent address. On 13th of july, outgoing barred on my number, then i called up Customer Care Executive & Dealer (SMPL) for then they told me that i have to submit documents again. On 16th i have submitted my same two documents to executive of SMPL (Mr. Bhuvesh & Mr. Laxman) as per instructions by them. They told me that your number ([protected]) will in service again till 12PM (Midninght of 16th July). My number got service again on 17th of July. Now, after five days again i am facing same problem. My outgoing again barred on 22nd July. Kindly confirm from your dealer that why they are harassing me and making scene again and again.

                                    I already have 3 more connections of Airtel at my home 2 postpaid & 1 Prepaid. But till date we never face any problem. But now, we are facing very much problem due to mistake of Airtel Dealer.

                                    I Mohsin Khan, would like to kindly bring to your notice that after chasing Bharti Airtel Limited - Customer Service Department since 1900 hrs, Tuesday, 16 December 2008 the company has not activated my outgoing facility till 1630 hrs on 17 December 2008.

                                    Since 16 December 2008 I have called up the Customer Service Department 05 times i.e. 1912 hrs, 2130 hrs and 2213 hrs on Tuesday, 16 December 2008. 1222 hrs and 1541 hrs on Wednesday, 17 December 2008.

                                    During these conversation with various executives of the company they have given a reason that my number was deactivated by mistake. Prior to this I have been getting the computerised message saying that services to my mobile number has been barred due to delay in the payment. Where as that has not been the case because if you would also check the company records they had a credit balance of INR 303 as on 17 December 2008.

                                    Whenever I have called up for the help they shown attitude and made false commitments.

                                    The one name of the employee of the company that I can recall is Santok Singh who was actually very discourteous.

                                    The company has sent a SMS giving the reference number (i.e.[protected] at 15:49 hrs on Wednesday, 17 December 2008.

                                    I am suffering due to negligence of the company and unethical attitude of the employees.

                                    Bharti Airtel Ltd. has just been charging money without providing any services to its customers. I am sure this would be the case with not only me but may be others as well.

                                    I would be grateful if you could help me resolving my problem and also take appropriate action against the company.

The address in the form is "Bharti Airtel Limited 224, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-111, New Delhi-110020" the Customer enrollment form no. 1754294 and the person who came was Mr. Rahul, Cell no. [protected].The Applicant name in the form is "Sunita rawat" as the preiour connection of MTNL was in her name therefore they told me that the new connection will be issued in her name.

                                    Bharti Airtel Limited — Cheating for new number activation

                                    I am currently using Airtel prepaid service. My number is [protected]. Three weeks back (Around 20th October), I was contacted by an Airtel-executive (Ph: [protected] and [protected]) for some new offer. The new offer was on a postpaid sim so I needed to take a new sim card. I agreed for the offer and then an Airtel agent visited my hostel. He gave me the SIM and took my documents along with Rs. 600, as was discussed with the executive on the call. I was promised that within a day or two I would be called for the number activation and other processes. They did contacted me for a few days but number didn't get started. When I tried to contact them, their number generally were unreachable. Even when the contact established, they didnt used to pick the call. Very few time, they picked it up and again promised me to do the processing within an hour but nothing of that sort happened.
                                    Then I visited Airtel website to look for some official feedback and contact link where I got an email id ([protected]@airtelindia.com) for such complaints. I contacted them on 28th of October after which a series of mail followed and in last I was again assured in the mail itself that I will get their reply by 3rd Nov 2009. But the reply didn't come. I again contacted them on 5th of Nov asking for their ignorance but I have not received anything till now. It should be noted that whenever someone sends a mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com he receives an acknowledgement and a message that he will get contacted within 24 hours. I always got the acknowledgement, so I am sure they have started ignoring my mail.
                                    I see it as a case of cheating the customer not only through their executives and agents but also by giving false assurance over the web-domain and in e-mails.

                                    Airtel — Poor connectivity since September 2007

                                    Poor connectivity exists at & around Manubar Chokdy at Bharuch, Gujarat. Repeatitive complaints were of no use.
                                    On omplaining to the Airtel Customer Service (121), they keep on talking about the upcoming new booster station since 2 years. The problem is becoming pathetic day by day & all complaints have fallen to deaf ears.
                                    i dont want a paper bill the bill shld be sent to my E Mail ID
                                    1. On dt.10.12.09 I recharged Rs.68/- for power plus of 1 year in Airtel.
                                    2. Subsequently I got a message that same facility is available on same date for Rs.38/- which was previously Rs.68/-.
                                    3. If 38/- is the actual value of the power plus then how Rs.68/- is also the value of same.
                                    4. I complain more than 5 times to the Customer Care Executives to return my Rs.30/-
                                    5. Non of them solved but denied to confess the mistake in procedure of Airtel management.
                                    6. If Rs.68/- powerplus is closed and Rs.38/- is active, then I could have get my talktime of Rs.68/-.
                                    7. Is it fair for a company like Airtel to exploit the cunsumers like this.

(airtel is not mention this scheme for some selected customer's and recharge after you will get the massage for airtel side) in this scheme you will recharge on Rs.78/- and get 1 paise STD or Local in airtel network and 1.2 paise in other networks and get Rs.70/- Talk time so i recharge on Rs. 78/- on easy recharge on 13/12/2009.
                                    But the scheme is done and my talk time value is Rs. 0 so i will call to customer care executive and tell my problem to Mr. Deepak - Ref No is [protected].                                     I was user of airtel telecom company connection vide no. [protected] from October 2004 to the end of 2009. During the relationship of service provider and consumer, I always accommodated with them, however in many occasions their services were not up to the standard.
                                    Initially I was a prepaid customer of airtel but thereafter I changed the same number into postpaid connection and therefore since October 2006 as a postpaid subscriber. I made all payments of the bills send by them to me at my residence.
                                    In July and September 2008, when I did not receive any bill from their side, I made complaint to airtel customer care executive and made the payment of the bills pending by their default. Although again in January 2009 the same problem arisen from their side and being a bonafide customer I made payment of their dues.
                                    In November 2008 when I went to jaipur in RAJASTHAN for my official tour. I requested them to activate roaming facility to my number but the behavior and unprofessional attitude by them caused a great disturbance to me and which caused mental agony and dis-reputation to my image in my fraternity. In this regard they were approached by me but response was nil.

                                    In April and May 2009 when I have made cash payment of my outstanding in their local outlet/bill collection center, they refused to give any receipt against the payment to me and when I humbly requested to the personnel to their outlet, they manhandled me.

                                    Like the above discrepancies, when again from the month of June 2009, they did not deliver the monthly generated bill to me, I made complaints and reminders to their local officer and to their nodal officer / appellate officer severally but they never responded to my complaint. In this regard myself done several e-mails to their provided e-mail id in month of September 2009 and thereafter too. Moreover I also sent a request letter with full of pain and agony as I suffered, but despite of all efforts by me they did not pay any attention to my problem.
                                    Till December 2009 when they did not supply any generated monthly bill from the month of june2009 and refused to pay any attention to me. Then I was constrained to change my mobile connection and I took another one telecom company.
                                    When I have changed my connection, then they fraudulently had taken the mobile number of my friends from previous connection details [bills]. They threatened my friends badly and when the said friends frightened badly, they on their threat, provided my land line number which was my land lord’s number. And since then their personnel from different numbers are misbehaving [using abuses] with my family members and in the result of that my father has become a patient of hypertension and depression.
                                    Now their personnel in a filthy way are misbehaving with me and to my family and in an unprofessional way are demanding Rs.3,000/- from me, however when I was user of airtel , they did not a pay any bill of demand in this regard.
                                    Their behavior is continuously in an unprofessional way has disturbed me and my family and way they are threatening to me has caused huge disturbance to the profession and social de-fame as well. Moreover when I was attending my ailing infant child at hospital, their continuous threat made me a sick of their bloody system.
                                    Under these circumstances I request you to kindly look into the matter and take any action against concern person of Airtel Company, as it creates huge mental and social harassment of me.

                                    Also i have not recieved any bill details neither through hard copy nor through e-mail of any month in these 2.5 years.Even i had launched request for details in the franchisee office at Ropar,College Road.
                                    I am getting shocked to recieve a recovery amount letter dt. 6th Apr on 02.05.10.
                                    I am still waiting for details for this huge amount without being using connection from past two months.

                                    Bharti Airtel Limited — NO ADJUSTMENT FOR SERVICE OUTAGE

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My connection[protected] was down due to some technical problems on AIRTEL's end from about 30th of November 2010 to 11th of January 2011. I recd. airtel's bill no.[protected] dated 10th January 2011. This bill contains complete rental for the said period.

                                    I cannot understand when the telephone was out of service for no fault of mine and despite chasing the complaint more than 100 times with airtel's call center and local technical staff it was not repaired, how can AIRTEL charge the rental for the said period. Instead of compensating for the loss of business due to AIRTEL's negligence in provision of services. Airtel has the audacity to charge us rent for the disconnected period.

                                    I have made the complete payment for the said bill of Rs.2619/- vide my cheque no. 545487 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Bhikaji Kama Place, New Delhi-66 dated 26/1/2011.

                                    I sent several complaints to customer helpdesks and to their nodal and appellate authorities, no adjustment in rental has been given, rather some of their executives reply and claim that the connection was never down.

                                    Apart from that, while we logged in several complaints with AIRTEL's call center about the disruption, we also spoke to many of AIRTEL's local technical people about the same. They were:

Since last many months i was facing network connectivity problem of airtel in my area and launched saveral complaint to them. Insted of helping of my issue they sold my tel no [protected] to a person few days back. When i spoke to this person he said airtel was keep insisting him to get this tel no [protected] in rs 300 because he already have a similar no 981033.... . When i asked for clarification to airtel they said that i did not use my cell for outgoing paid calls or sms sir 90 days thats why we have disconnected it.

                                    Sir is this the way to disconnect somebody's number for such reason, i paid an amount to convert my number for life time validity and it was still valit till 2013 moreover i was unable to use it harly because of their bad network. now i decided to port my no then it happend.

                                    Sugess because i am going to file a harrasment case against airtel for this.

                                    Well Ericsson is taking care of Bharti Airtel’s Network Coverage & Engineer Mr. Amit Sharma had found & confirmed call drop on the concern site for which from appellate we got commitment to install a booster which was declined by NET & due to same certain of our numbers got discontinued as we had hold the payments against the same after retrieving the statement of an nodal officer that is was your fault if you paid any kind o[censored]nfair dues earlier, discontinuation causes disturbance in existing profile as it got converted in a fresh new comer profile.

                                    And for this consumer means we got commitment from NET team in written to retain the previous profile & retention of platinum & gold segment of numbers but at last company’s authority NET decline all written commitments by saying that network coverage is adequate & even they denied to move further for the same issue.

                                    NET had been informed consumer through a letter that we had done network survey on the site & found network coverage adequate even when engineer came to site; he denied surveying the whole three sites mention in the complaint than how they got report for all three?

                                    Anyone from any authority could visit here in ram nagar, shahdara, Delhi & shall make survey & just show us if he/she could make or receive such a single call in the room situated 1 meter from the street.

                                    And for anyone’s knowledge we would like to intimate here one thing that call drop could be checked through CDR (Call Detail Report) which exist with service operator for any connection they issued.

                                    Now we are moving towards the same issue with more sincerity as from last some time we were not been able to follow up the same due to major injuries.

                                    I am using AIRTEL prepaid numbers, AIRTEL sending pitcher messages & cricket alert every mints, As per AIRTEL system if any services want to stop just send one SMS STOP and send to 121, I try these more than 8 times, after sending a message we received SMS form AIRTEL your services will discontinues in 4hr its never happen.

                                    Shocking is when send SMS for STOP unnecessary SMS is increased and AIRTEL deducting charges against this Messages, mostly I am using these number only for internet also we kept Rs.30 balance for Emergency for calls but unnecessary messages comes and deduct the amount, I refill in three days Rs.90 every alternate days today my balance is just Rs.12,

                                    I called in 121 & 198 helpline numbers more then 20times it’s never connected also we try to connected mobile ([protected]) numbers form landline when we dial these numbers answering Machine say this numbers is not valid please checked these numbers and dial again.

                                    This is regarding the complaint which i lodge on 13th of this month. There has been no reply from the airtel customer team for the refund amount. Now its been 25 days, as they have commited that they would refund me the amount within 8-9 working days.                                     I have one Air Tel prepaid connection (2G), I have not subscribed for Air Tel Talkies Service still service provider deducting the service charge without my consent. On 2nd October 2011 at 9:21:25 I have received a Msg stating " Airtel Talkies Service has been renewed for Rs 30.00 for next 30 days. though I tried to contact the Airtel Customer care services but got no fruitful result. Such deductions are illegal should be stopped immediately and Airtel to refund the deducted amounts at the earliest. If appropriate action is not initiated, matter will be referred with all concerned authorities.It is not the matter of amount but any deduction without proper consent of the customer / user is improper from the side of service provider ( Bharti Airtel Ltd.)

                                    Bharti Airtel Limited — Service Not Working/Wrong Charges.

                                    My service is not working since last few days, I called Airtel customer service and they logged a complaint for me and gave me the reference number 7931238. No action was taken to fix the issue and then next day I got am sms saying your service request has been closed, are you satisfied, reply yes or no. Then I called yesterday again and got another complaint registered , reference number 8162704. Again no action was taken and I got an sms saying your service request has been closed, are you satisfied, reply yes or no. Then i called Airtel again to get the service cancelled, they disconnect the call when I tell them I am calling to disconnect the service. I called 4-5 times and was disconnected again and agan and finally I had a word with some who actually listended to me for 15 minutes and disconnected the call again. I want to cancel my services and they are not cancelling it.

                                    Few months before also, my services were interrupted due to problem from Airtel and they did not work for a month, I called to disconnect the servcices that time and somebody from Airtel called in and said they will be discount of Rs 500 on my bill if I continue my services. I said yes because they offered me the discount and I was never provided with that discount.

                                    Please do something about this as soon as possible and also ask Airtel to cancel my services and waive off the entire charges due on my bill as my services are not working.

                                    I took one new DSL connection from Bharti Airtel Limited on 4thFeb 2011. And telephonically, I made a request of disconnection on 19thFeb 2011. The DSL number was[protected] and the complaint number provided was1381826. An advance rental payment was made to Bharti Airtel Limited whichincluded 1 month charges. To my surprise, I started receiving bills of the saidnumber and then I made a disconnection request online too (2nd complaint number1398040, 3rd complaint number 1443370).

                                    The company did not pay any heed to my emails & kept onsending the bills. There was no usage of the DSL as well as voice but still Iwas receiving these bills. Today (17th Dec 2011), I received a legalnotice from Civil Court for the settlement of dues with Bharti Airtel Limited.I'm dazed & don't have words to express my feelings. I personally feel that these companies are harassing the consumers for no reason and are trying tomint money through these mediums.

                                    There are so many advertisement pertaining to Air tel services and brand. But I feel it's one of the worst services provided to the customer. My wife has Air tel sim card No.[protected]. and she is House wife. It's amazing when ever I called from office on the above said Nos. the reply comes "switch off" since weeks time. My personally took it to local shop and found that the sim Card has been damaged. It's not even two years time I got the above Nos.

                                    More over my wife has been operated for stone in stomach. There would be so many reasons to contact her, but with this above nos I cannot. I have planned to switch to Vodapbone services. I shall advise all friends and relatives not to use the Air tel services in future.

                                    STD rate has been charge extra from long time , details is as under
                                    1. my plan has been active 16.04.2009 and usage charge was local Re 0.50 and STD Rs. 1.50 after that we are getting the discount @ Re0.5 in STD
                                    2. Advance rental paid on 15.04.2011 for two years up to 14.04.2013
                                    3. Before 21st jan 2012 my STD usage charges was 1.50 per minute and i am not aware why are the charge Re 0.50 extra
                                    4. After that we have change the plan and customer care executive ensure there is no rental will be charge because we have pay advance rent but in current bill (after 21st Jan 2012) rental @ 299/- month charge

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This is to very regret to inform you that, your customer support does not respond properly. In this regard, I have called for so many times to[protected], but no body giving their supportness. Is it really a customer care or relation ?

                                    To day morning at 10.20 am Mr. Ashutosh from your Delhi Customer Care called me and told that please recharge of Rs.2390/- towards your normal channels will become HD [High Definition] for life long. In this regard, I paid for the same.

                                    But, one thing is that, please clarify my doubt, whether it is to be converted from normal channels from set up box to High Definitions Channels for life long or not.

                                    If not possible, then the above amount of 2390/-may please refunded to my account and I am not interested for that.

                                    Mr. Izaz Pathan (Cell No. [protected]) of your Mumbai Fort Gallery collected Rs.2, 050/- from me for providing wi fi service at my residence at Thakur Complex, Kandivli East along with all the documents and he is missing from his office. I apprehend that my identy may be misutilized by him for unauthorized activities. He is missing from the office since his collection and gallery officials are not in position to inform me whereabouts of my documents. I am shareholder of Bharati Airtel Ltd. Will Mr. Sunil Bharati Mittal help me trace my money and documents or I have to lodge Police complaint to dissasuade Mr. Pathan from misusing my documents.

                                      Dear sir/Madam,

                                      I was a customer of the Airtel group with the contact no [protected].

                                      I expressed my dissatisfaction and to Willingness to discontinue with airtel sevices at airtel office, Yagnik Road, Rajkot, Gujarat on 12 august 2004.
                                      I was asked to wait for a call from airtel for a week to resolve the non-convenience AND was told that I will not be charged if there is no usage ( NO Out going Calls of SMS etc) if I am disagree to continue . I immediately stopped using airtel services (12 August 2004) and waited for communication. Till 24 august 2004 there was no communication. I deposited my simcard to airtel at rajkot and paid the charges of Rs. 2043/- against the bill for the month of july 2004. And asked for the bill against the usage till 12 ausust 2004.
                                      But they said that bill will be issued at the end of billing cycle. I agreed to pay the bills for usage.
                                      Then After I was charged for whole month even it was not usage after 12 august. I refused to pay that amount. But company still continued to send me bill with non usage charged. I appeared in airtel office at Vadodara and asked for actual bill for the usage during august bill cycle till 12 august 2004. The representative said me to pay Rs. 254/- for that usage. I paid that amount in month of November 2004. then I received the lawyer notice for bill payment. I again met airtel at vadodara and asked for reason they said you have left to pay 60/- Rs your account. I paid that amount and received the no objection certificate and was told that there is no due from my side to aritel. And there was no further bill of notice from airtel till now.

                                      Recently I have applied for personal loan in one bank and the bank had said I am a defaulter to airtel for non payments.

                                      I visited airtel at vadodara, alkapuri on 14 Nov 2007, and asked for reason for adding my name in defaulter list?

                                      Now airtel says that I have to pay Rs. 4500/- to remove my name from defaulter.

                                      It has been around 3 years and now I don’t carry any documents issued by airtel. I have a copy of last payment of Rs. 60/-.

                                      I need assistance and advice what to do in this case. It made my life miserable and tense. I have never refused to pay the charges but why I should I pay for which I have not used.

                                      Again the same amount has been charged in next month bill. Already the amount has been debited from my saving account.

                                      I want a clarification from the company. Uptill then i will not pay any amount to the company.

                                      I had a airtel connection no. [protected], which I sent a application for disconnection on 24-05-08, I got no response.
                                      I got a phone call form no. 42720453 on 23-06-08 and 24-06-08 and told of pending amount of Rs 1153 to be paid by 24-06-08
                                      I contacted airtel call centre on 24-06-08 and asked to send me bill of remaining amount and status of closure.

                                      I was told connection is active and will take 2-3 days for closure, I was given no. 17217804 and also asked to submit the amount that day only. When I contacted Airtel office at Merrut Road, Ghaziabad, they refused to accept the amount and receive application again for closure.I was told that bill will be generated next day and closure will take place next month.When contacted again on phone No.42720453 on 25-06-08, I was told my out standing amount is Rs 1350
                                      I dont know what to do ?

                                      I had shifted my plan from post piad to Pre paid and since last 6-7 days no body had delivered my card which was promised to delivered within 24 hours !!!

                                      What a NON SENSE is going on with your staff and how in efficient staff in this time you can afford to PAY ? You simply KICKED them off out of office like DONKEY .

                                      Please deliver my card ( Pre paid ) by today only .

                                        last 6 months i m hang with airtel services , the Resons r 1} unwanted Balance Deduction there r no reasons they says:- 1)Aap Aisa kare 24 ghante baad phone kare , 48 ghanto baad , 72 ghanto baad phone kare ABHI HAMARE PAAS KOI JANKARI UPLABDH NAHI HAI
                                        2)My November's Hello Tune Charges cutting on 29th Octis this right system.
                                        3) For GPRS activation Service When i called C.Care at 13th Nov Mng6.30am to 23.00 they r coninues disconnected

                                        My name is Mr. Vaibhav Dharme. My family is airtel user. Airtel services reduced my 30/- Rs for yahoo zone which was activeted by themselves without my permission. I called them 3-4 times to disactivate my service, But they are not giving the perfect answer to me please help me in this situation

                                        I had a plan of free SMS 1500 per month.

                                        But without any information it was reduced to 500 SMS .

                                        Thats why my Bill Cost Rs.720+tax extra .Its a cheating with me.How can I pay such a amount?
                                        You send me all the plans through SMS then why did you not send me the information about my plan of SMS.
                                        I don't think I should pay this extra amount.
                                        Kindly clear my position by checking the plan status and its changes .

                                        i had trust on airtel but they suck, they keep on automatically deducting money for services which i had not even subscribed.
                                        even though i had to spend so much of time to talk to the reps, they gave me a deaf ear and accused me of subscribing to the plan .Anyway i am changing my connection.May airtel loose all it customers... because of their services

                                        On the date 23-March-2009 I have recieved a massage, '' congratulation you have down loaded Games".after that I have sucked b'coz Rs 292 is deducted from my balance of Rs293.I have registered a complaint to Customer Care Department.Executive answered me "I cant explain Right now after 24 hr it will display in our system and we can reply you after 48 hr of complaint register".But I have called after 24 hr to your costumer care then he replied me ''your mobile, u better know about it u have down loaded 3 java games".I have sucked by hearing it.and his behaviour of talking was not good.After that call I also can't talk to Costumer care executive.I cant understand what type of service Airtell provide to us.

                                        *Airtell has deducted My Balance of RS 292
                                        *Airtell answered me I have down loaded Java Games But I still cant recieved that game.
                                        *Airtell's costumer care executive doesnt know how to behave with costumer.
                                        *And now My no is blocked from talking with executive.

                                        This is only a monopoly business.

                                        I really fed up with your service

                                        Please change it or If you can pls remburse my money otherwise send those games.
