Hi this is sagar my airtel mobile no is [protected]. and i am raising my voice for misfunction of the airtel sim service provider that i had been charged Rs 15 twice in a week in month of december informing me that your caller tune has been changed where as i have'nt taken any initiation in changing my caller tune when i called customer care asking for its rectification my call was transfered to some senior but then the call was just a mere transfer where no one could attend the call. Finally the option to talk with customer care from that mobile was disabled from their side as they don't want to attend my call then i again switched on to another mobile with same service provider that is from my brothers mobile and call once again then i talk with senior officer he told me that as per his system the request to change the caller tune was send from my mobile whereas i have'nt entered or pressed any such button from my mobile to change the caller tune .I repeatedly told the same that i havent pressed any such button on my mobile to change the caller tune then to he ended up the call informing me that we work and attend all complaint as per our system shows.

After three days i received a call again from airtel the no is [protected] i thought some of my friend must have given me miss call and then when i called back this no again i heard various caller tune with its desired no for changing the caller tune.example jai ambe gauri press 1, maa tuje salaam press 2.etc .etc. i ended this call without selecting or pressing any button on my cell phone .after 3 to 4 hrs i received a message that you have been charged Rs.15 and your caller will now hear so and so song.this was the second time where my caller tune was again changed and was again charged.Then i again called the customer care of airtel and my call was again transferred to some senior officer and i got same excuses
again.
thus in short i would just say that airtel is now becoming just a money printing machine by purposely activating any scheme and changing caller tune just for sake of gaining money in wrong way.

Airtel — Activating services again and again

Airtel is activating their AIRTEL LIVE service again and again on my mobile despite repeated multiple requests NOT TO DO the same !!
I have tried atleast 10 times and got my AIRTEL LIVE deactivated as my phone starts giving problems once the service is working.
Everytime they disconnect my AIRTEL LIVE assuring that it would not be activated again without my EXPLICIT request.
But it is so very irritating to see that after every few days I get some or the other message which reads something like "Your AIRTEL LIVE is being activated as per request ID XYZ"
This is ridiculous and a harassment for the customer !!
Atop that it is so very difficult nowadays to reach a customer care executive to talk about the problem.
The answering machine just says that the customer care executive will be online and after a second the call is disconnected !!!

PATHETIC !!!

    I am having two connections of airtel I was receiving combined bill every month since sep 2009. I have not received the oct bill when I enqired about it they told that it has been despatched but i have not received.
    I received a call from airtel office in the month of oct, they stated that due to some system failure they cannot send combined bill, they will send seperate bills for both numbers. I said OK.When I received the nov bill I was shocked thet they have charged Rs.75/- and in the month of dec bill Rs.141/- as ONE TIME CHARGES.when I renqired about this they told that because of you are getting two bills you have to pay the charges. I have not asked for two bills, it is the mistake of airtel and I have to bear this. this is not correct.Please go through this letter and take suitable action against airtel.

        I, Army No 15388859K Havildar Boopathi, presently serving with HQ 68 Mtn Bde,
        Trehgam, Dist-Kupwara (J&K). I have applied for new Post paid connection in the
        first week of November 2009 through Mehak Communication, Near TCP, Trehgam
        (Mobile No [protected]) alongwith photocopy of my PAN Card No AKQPB8545F and Rs. 500/-
        (Rupees five hundred only) for SIM.

        2. Till the date, he has not issued me SIM, either my document or Rs. 500/-. I don't
        worry about Rs. 500/-. I only worry about my document, which he may use (issue) to unsuitable
        person.

        3. So, I kindly requested you to please don't issue a SIM on my name.

        I am an airtel sim card holder. my number is [protected]. Two days back I saw that Rs.30/- has been deducted from my prepaid account and when I try to inquire another Rs.20/- go deducted. If I dial the customer care number 121 I just get the voice saying press this and press that.

        The customer care personnel do not come on the line. Probably airtel has not appointed one.

        Now I feel like being cheated after this incidence. Now I will pass this message to all my contacts and advice them to discontinue with the airtel mobiles and other services.

          A asked a local dealer for a talk time recharge coupon and he recharged with 200/- in Bangalore on 23rd December 2009 I received success message with transaction ID:[protected] but no talk time came. What went wrong with my transaction. Is the dealer not aware of the recharge coupon or the air tel service is wrong???
          If so dealer mis guided me with wrong recharge coupon? if so could there be any action taken on him?

          Airtel Internet Recharge — Wrong number recharged

          No, not all internet recharge doing this, because recently im using this website www.fastrecharge.com, their service is ok.
          I totally agree with the compalint..boz i too faced the same problem.. i recharged for 200/- on 4th jan 2010 trans ID - [protected].. where after speaking to the customer i came to know that there is only 1/- talk time and 20/- night calling and i dnt know about the remaining amount.

          By the by the dealer did'nt inform that it will be only 1/- talk time offer. If this is so who will go for this offer.

          What bull offers i dnt know.. i would like to transfer the same to talktime offer.

          Pls get the same done or else i might spread the same against Airtel cheating the customer with offers.

          Pls dont waste time of others with these kind of offers.

          Air Tel Dealer — wrong & careless behavior Airtel Dealer

          Unfortunately we have taken 1 add on connection after depositing 300 /-rs.([protected]-y.tathagat) from Air Tel dealer namely SA enterprises,Thane.his name is vicky,who use to call me everyday to take the connection but after taking the connection he stoped calling me to provide any further information also, i am staying at meera road ,their dealer ship is there at thane.i felt why i tursted to a dealer to take a connection.
          After taking the connection i came to know new things like how they cheat customer :
          -There is no one call vicky in there office ..
          -2dnly no body is giving me coorect mobile no.of the properiter,and whatever mobile no.ther r providing me to explain my things all no.r always switched off,wen ever i called.(Day or night)
          -3rdly this is 2nd time my no.has barred b'coz of document is not clear.while taking the connection i asked many times to check entire document but they didnot bothered.even if i told them if any thing reuire plz.collect fom me.
          -4thly wenever i m calling their no. r either busy or hardly they will lift.even if they will lift befor listening only they will disconnect.

          I have a request if dealer will behave in this careless way why Air Tel is appointing dealer,even if they r appointing dealer why they r not taking any action on such cases.
          i want that plz.clear the document,n free my no.

          Air Tel Recharge Coupon — Balance Transfer in Wrong Account

          I am sumit kumar and no is [protected] in air tel.i reacharged my phone for Rs.125 and detail is[protected], at 8:44 PM Talktime Rs.111.33, MRP Rs.125.00 Trans ID [protected] than i received a massage from air tel side also but when i chacked my balance than there was not showing my balance than i said to shopkeeper but he had not helped me for this problem and he said for this problem company responsible when i called to air tel customer care executive at 198 he had also not helped me and he said to me shopkeeper reponsible for this problem Request No.is CBNRA[protected] after this i had many time tried but any body is not taking this seriously.So, I request you again last time solve my problem as soon as possible and take this problem seriously other than i will take legaly action. I will go to consumer court for this problem. and i will take whole harrasment for this

          If you have problem in understanding the problem then get it first checked with

          Hrs. I am following the customer care since then but still my balance has been
          reversed. Every time they are informing that the request has been forwarded and
          amount will be reflected within 24 Hrs.

          I did a easy recharge for 777 but it went to [protected] instead of my airtel prepaid number [protected].
          I have contacted customer care many times and they requested me to get in touch with the airtel shop who did the recharge. He tried his best by calling customer care using 404 option and later said the number recharged was a Mumbai number and airtel dont have the option to refund an outstation recharge.

          I wasted one day and could nt find a response from the customer care. Every time i call some one picks and provides multiple suggestions which never worked. It would be great if you can help me on this.
          I recharged of 200Rs considering the offer of 900 local minutes in 200 Rs. my transaction ID is: [protected]. i am unable to make a local call. please do the needful. while checking the balance with *123# the balance says 0.00 but the dealer asked me to check the minutes with *123*5#. but there is no point of recharging the offer if we can't even make a call.

          I completely agree with [censored]SERVICES, going by Gandhi way doesn't work, do a Gandhigiri would be the best. You can put a mask to your face to cover your identity and do all the nausty things. Destroy complete airtel offices.

            AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — dth not working

            my dth is not working from past 3 days, and whenever i call custmor care they always gave me a fix time and date on which the engineer will come to solve myproblem , bur today is the third day and they gave me another 3rd dat and time sayng that tommorrow our engineer will surely check your problem, i m so much cheated by airtel. my first service request 2183047 was on 12 march 2010 but no one came on that date, 2nd complaint 2188053 was on 13 march 2010, again no response. today on 13th march i call them again and they said that we will send a enigineer before 1 pm plz stay at home. but no 1 came then on 1pm,then again i called them, and they said sorry for the delay engineer will surely arrive before5 pm, now i again call them and said whats going on and the cc guy gave me another time and date 15th march 1 pm. that request is is 2192743. after five minutes they send me a sms saying your service request 2192743 has been resolved. not only this now they are not attrnding my calls. so this is the way to treat your customers. i have airtel mobile, landline and brodband also, but now im so much betrayed by airtel, will remove everything related to this compny, and if possible ill complain about this in consumer forum, they are deducting money from my dth account but im unable to use their service. how can they do this. now will never suggest to anyone this dth or anything related to this compny, waiting for tomorrow, lets see if they attend my call.
            if they didn't solve it tommorrow then I am also going to post negative feedback in discussion forums about airtel.
            today this is 14th march, now they attend my call. the custmor care executive was piyush on 4 pm, itold him that im facing this problem from last 5 days, they are duducting my money but i cant see any channel coz of no signal, he replied roodely and said, how can u say that you are facing this problem from last five days, you have'nt inform cc before. and i replied that this is my 6th complaint, then he just cut the phone. what was this. they donno how to talk with custmors, im really really fed up ith airtel, now i want them to remove my dish, i donn wanna use this service anymore. they are saying that all engineers are buasy and now we will send you a engineer on 17th march. hell this is the limit . if you guys want to face problems like im facing then you can buy this dh. but beware with its cc and bad faulty stb

              I am user of Broadband from last 5 to 6 years and from last one month modem installed at my residence is not working properly though it has been changed with repaired modem.

              I had requested to kindly provide new modem but nobody has taken care of the same.

              Repaired Modem is not working and I was assured by your representative that the repaired modem shall be changed in 10 days. But when your representative visited today he again wanted to install repaired modem.

              I told him to get new modem on this he told that new modem cannot be provided only repaired modems are provided. Write or talk to any body new modem cannot be provided.

              His statement seems to be very offensive as he feels that he is boss and nobody is senior to him.

              I am forced to write this mail to you to instruct your staff to do the needful.

              Hi,

              I have been a customer of Airtel Broadband services for the last few years.

              At the time of taking this connection, it was clearly mentioned that the modem was the property of Airtel, and would be replaced by Airtel, in case of any problems with the same.

              I have been facing connectivity issues for the last few weeks, wherein the technician has tried all options but was unable to solve the issue. I have also replaced the cable from my house to the junction box, at my own cost.
              Now, the technician says that the problem is with the modem, and I will need to purchase a new modem at my own cost, as the Company does not replace modems.
              I have written to the Nodal office, who says that the Policy has changed and Airtel does not replace modems. (Email pasted below)
              This is strange and very unprofessional, as I have not been intimated about any change in Policy, till date. It's only now that the modem is faulty, that Airtel calims that they don't have a Policy of replacement.

              I suppose that Airtel now does not need to fulfill the promises they made to customers, when they were establishing themselves as Broadband service providers, having a good presence in Mumbai now.

              The reply also mentions that the Policy changes from July 22, 2012 and yet they will not replace the modem!!

              So much for Customer experience!!

                Hi,

                I am an Airtel user and I am receiving missed calls from unsolicited numbers like 41027400, 41027200, 40385800, 40385400, 41026700, 40385000, 41026800, 41027399, 40385550, 40385850 and 40385650 every single day for the past 2 weeks. The caller does not talk and the line gets disconnected within 30 seconds. I need to trace the person, service provider, caller locality & address. My number is [protected].

                I am an Airtel prepaid user ( Mobile No. [protected]), last week suddenly my services had been barred,
                after enquiring the Airtel gallery at Chakala Andheri Ease, i was told to submit the documents once again and they have changed the sim.
                I was told that the sim will be activated within 24 hours, but after three days the services have nmot been started,

                My mobile shows the full network.

                Yesterday i contacted the customer care executive at 121, from there also i didnt get a positive response.
                He is told that he cant help me & advised to once again contact the Airtel gallery,

                As i am a working person i cant go to the gallery daily,

                Kindly arrange to restore the services at an earliest.

                I agree with Neil. We have a corporate account with Airtel and our whole organisation receives such missed calls. To make thingas worse, even though our payments are made in time, their database is not up-to-date as a result we receive SMS's and calls stating that our services will be discontiued. In my opnion either there is a technical glitch or some people at the call center have simply lost it. Rakesh, I suggest you look into the matter else Airtel shall lose retail and corporate customers. With the telecom sector in the dolldrums, the least one can do is not hassle existing customers to increase loyalty.

Today ( 23.11.2010) 7.02pm I received call from the number [protected], I hear it for only 2.04 min (Harris Jayaraj event) and I cut it. I does not subscribe it. At the time 07.16pm i received a massage that "Thank you for registering, you have bean charged Rs 15 for Harris Jayaraj event". Then i checked my balance I really shocked that my amount Rs 15/- deducted. I try to call the number [protected] and it say Temprarily out of service. I want to complaint. Whom i want to speak.                   Respected Sir,

                  I am using Airtel post paid connection [protected] (in Bangalore) for last more than 5 years. Since this is old connection and I wanted to keep this number, I was paying much higher tariff without any complaints. On March 16th 2009 I paid an amount of Rs 999 (Nine hundred and ninety nine only) towards advance rental for next two years. As per the plan (999 advance rental) there will be zero rentals for next two years and I will be liable to pay only for the actual usage. After that I was receiving continues bill though E-mail and they were paid on time. I did not realize that they were still charging rental Rs 150 per month in the bill. In September when I noticed this issue in my bill, I logged a complaint for the same to Airtel customer care (using toll free number 121). Customer care executive has asked many questions like when the payment was made, where it was made etc. After more than 15 min of conversation they ensure that problem will be fixed and I will get corrected bill with in 3 days. Since than I made numerous attempts to get the correction done but every time they repeated same questions and gave same assurance…I personally visited there customer care center Near Jayadeva flyover, Bangalore twice as well but still nothing had been done. This is frustrating experience and a very unprofessional treatment from the company (Airtel).

                  Other than talking many times to different customer care executives, I also sent many mails requesting for corrected bill but end result was same. No resolution of bill. Last month they discontinued out going on my number ([protected]) and now incoming is also stopped (approx a week back). Since this number is in use for more than 5 years, I missed lot of important calls from different sources and still suffering…

                  I paid much higher amount to Airtel keep this number in previous few years. Since the duration for advance rental is valid till 15th March 2011, they have no rights to discontinue the services without solving the billing dispute.

                  Kindly interfere into this matter as all ways to get the issue resolved with Airtel were useless.

                    Recharge not credited to regular account but credited to some dedicate account of same no.
                    Dear customer care,
                    I have recharged my phone [protected] (Karnataka No) on[protected] at with a top-up easy recharge of Rs 200/- from a vendor in PAtna as I am on roaming now. But I was shocked to see that only Rs -1 h[protected] never connected.Both my incoming and outgoing has stopped now b'cos I do not have any balance in my regular account.
                    However, on dialing *123*4# the balance is shown as Rs 194.50 in the dedicate account 4 and valid for only 30 days ie Jan 20th 2010. But I am not getting either Incoming or Outgoing. What is this Dedicate account 4? Why i am not able to get either Incoming or Outgoing? Will my money go waste ? Can you transfer this balance from the dedicate account to the regular account.?
                    Kindly do the needful as the time of 30 days is running out.

                    i m using airtel easy life time prepaid & the number is [protected]. the problem is that i had paid all 12 instalments about the precedure but still my number is not convert to Life time. i had so many time to contect costomer care but my problem was not solved. So plz solve my problem immediatly other wise i will go to Consumer court. this problem will be solve

                    I have recharged my phone [protected] (Hyderbad No) on[protected] at 11.58 am with a top-up easy recharge of Rs 152/- from a vendor in Dehradun as I am on roaming now. But I was shocked to see that only Rs 1.52 has been credited to my account - the transaction ID is 91850411. So I tried to enquired the vendor, who told that he cannot help me anything as the Airtel No was from Hyderabad and not from Dehradun. I tried to contact customer care 121 and [protected] and [protected] but it never connected.Both my incoming and outgoing has stopped now b'cos I do not have any balance in my regular account.

                    Pl intervene to end exploitation of customers by airtel.As in my case, my plan A O A 15 PAISA is secretly changed without my consent n knowledge. MY MOB NO.[protected],pre-paid is valid till may 2010 n hav bal of appx.rs.120. I suddenly noticed the reducing balance.Cus-care not only refused help, but also denied regn.of complaint. He only agreed, when I told that I m recording the call. Only COMPUTER OPTIONS r available at *121# ….contact to person is very secretive. If the plan can b withdrawn at their own, wt is the purpose of selling that to me. At least it should b from new validity period/new recharge to make sense.Pl ensure redeeming of my bal at old tariff atleast till validity.I should not b forced to redeem at their own conditions.

                    I am facing the same issue. I did an easy recharge for Rs. 200 and the amount credited to some dedicated account. I called their customer care and they are giving excuses like it is a special offer. They were blaming me for not calling customer care before doing the recharge. I registered a complaint with their nodal officer (reference no. is[protected] and they were suppose to get back in 24 hours. But so far no response. Airtel is CHEATING their customers.
                    I recharged my mobile last month in bangalore and the same issue as the money was trasfered to the dedicated account and mentioned validity till 8 april 10.now when i check the balance it says validity till 27 march 10 .( The height of exploitation)

                    Airtel is defnitely bringing out schemes to fool and exploit the customers .

                    Almost Same happened to me I recharge my mobile no. [protected] in Chennai by Rs 450 (250+250) the amount is gone to Dedicated Account 9 i do not know what to do.
                    Same thing happened with me. I recharged my Airtel mobile by Rs. 220 (Trans Id[protected] and the money went to dedicated account. I mailed Airtel, called customer service but none helped me. They just kept saying they can't transfer the balance to regular account. Don't understand why Airtel is so rigid. Why can't they put our money in account we want.

                    As i am connected to shri sunilji mittals company from the day i bought the mobile phone. on 19/05/10, i had received a sms from the company which reads as follows,

                    "RC30=50TT ONLY FOR YOU !Recharge with Rs, 30 & Get50TT Extra of Rs. 26.00 will be credited in 48 hrs. dial *121# for bal. limited period offer only."

                    I had received it even on 21/5/10, the same sms, based on that sms i recharged it for Rs. 30 five times, but only ones the extra Rs.26.00 is been credited. the balance Rs.104.00 is not yet been credited.
                    when contacted the customer care they say only one time the extra money will be credited.
                    But as per the sms there is no such thing been mentioned in it, and if your customer care officer say that then, it is the nodal officers duty to see that why such incomplete sms's are been sent.

                    why should a customer suffer for no reason of his ?

                    they are changing the tariff plans sporadically which includes transfer of money to a dedicated account with 1 month validity without bringing it in notice of consumer.
                    and their customer care service is not caring at all.
                    hope airtel will be punished for disguising their customer in a reckless fashion to make huge profits.

                    I am RAM SUMAN ([protected]) leaving at Najafgarh in New Delhi. Incoming on my phone is o.k. by i could not make any calls from my airtel phone. when i have checked my account, it shows Rs. 0.00, why? wherever, i am trying to call someone, it says "insufficient Balance to make this call". what is this. afterthat, i have recharged my phone to Rs.50. it work just 2 days afterthat, my outgoing is blocked without any make out going calls to any one number.
                    I am so stupid, i have recharged my phone, and i can not make any outgoing calls.

                    It is interesting to read all the coments from unhappy airtel customers. Airtel is cheating their customers. I had a similar experience. I have a Mumbai number with roaming and while travelling through Gujarat had to recharge my phone. I put Rs 100 and only got Rs 1 talktime. That was on the 18/12/11. I have been chasing Airtel eversince to seek explaination only to be told that the amount has been rechage to dedicated account 10?? Why not my main account? What is more the validity was only 15 days AND not applicable on roaming. So I travel in Gujarat for 15 days and my Rs 100 goes straight into Airtel's pocket. THIS blatant cheating on part of Airtel.

                      Hi,

                      I have been using two Airtel Post paid numbers - [protected] and [protected].
                      I have disconnected [protected] & coverted the number [protected] to Prepaid
                      long back due to Poor Customer Service of Airtel. There are refund amounts
                      on these two numbers that Airtel has to Owe me.

                      Number [protected] - Refund Amount Rs. 900.45
                      Number [protected] - Refund Amount Rs. 674.

                      I have been following up with Airtel for the past two months to get back my
                      refund amounts. But im not getting any response from Airtel.

                      As per Airtel, they have sent me cheque for the number [protected] and the details are as below.

                      Cheque number : 55977
                      Refund amount : Rs.900.45 -
                      Bank name : HDFC bank
                      Cheque date : 22 09 09
                      Courier name : Xpress courier
                      Received by : Mr. Shakthi(Relation)
                      Received on : 14/10/09
                      Delivered by-NEIGHBOUR-Xpress Deliveries.

                      When i contected the Courier Service , they told me that they have sent the cheques back to Airtel. Also i have never received my refund amount of Rs.674 for the number [protected].

                      I contacted Airtel so many times and they tell me that they cannot send me the refund amounts again.

                      Please help me in this regard.

                      Airtel - post paid — Deactivation of new number for no fault of customer

                      I moved to Bangalore recently and took a new Airtel Post Paid connection number - +91 [protected]. I submitted all required documents to the airtel employee - Shiva shankar - number +91 [protected] who had to me residency for applying for new connection. All the documents were intact and as per requirement of guidelines set by TRAI.

                      A week later I received message from Airtel state that they are not in receipt of my documents. Assuming that there is a delay from said person in submiting these documents at airtel office, I ignored the message. Couple of days later my outgoing calls were barred. I made a complaint regard this issue - complaint number[protected] and was informed that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. I at the same time contacted Shiva shanker regarding the issue and he assured me that documents were correct and submitted and issue will be resolved. For next 5 days the issue was not resolved and my repeated attempts to escalate the issue with any senior airtel personnal failed. Customer care assured me that some senior officals will call back but none called.

                      Finally two days back I received a call from Airtel saying my outgoing have restored and they are in receipted of my documents and assured me that their system has been updated with same. Feeling happy that the issue is now resolved, I dropped the idea to submit these documents again at the airtel show room.

                      To my horror, I received another SMS from Airtel today stating that they are not in receipt of my documents and since noon they have deactived my above number.

                      Wonder how they claim to be No, 1 company in India. Airtel really sucks!!!

                      Problem is I cant even move to any other service provider since my number is not even 90 days old.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                        I have been continuously informing airtel customer service about the change of my residential address which has now been updated in your records.

                        I also complained about not receiving my bills at my residential address. A few days back I received a sms stating that the duplicate bill had been delivered on my new residential address.

                        I even got a call from your end to confirm the same. I replied back that I had not received any bill on my new address since I've shifted here from 4th September'09.

                        I was promised that a duplicate would be delivered to me withion 2-3 days. But till now the bill has not come.

                        Today I received a message from your end stating that the bill has been received my one Mr.Vijay at my residence.

                        I want to clearly inform that there is no Mr.Vijay at my residnece and that the bill has not been delivered to my residence.

                        It is therefore requested to kindly send my bills to my correct residential address on timew for me to effect payment.

                        An early action from your end is warranted.

                        I have shifted my house from H-1, ANDREWS GANJ EXTN., NEW DELHI-110049 to my new residence : WZ 1985, RANI BAGH , SHAKUR BASTI, DELHI-110034, on 18 th Dec.2009,but my bills r still being sent to my old address inspite of my verbal requests to AIRTEL staff a number of times. I had also submitted proof of my new residence, but the Airtel staff say that the pin code given by me does not exist in their software. My parents have been residing at this address since 1955, but if it does not exist in their software , it is none of my faults. They disconncted my incoming calls in January because I could not pay the bill due to non reciept of the bill. The same thing is happening again and again. They deliver the bill to someone at my old Govt. Quarter in Andrews Ganj Extn. and tell me that ur bill has been recieved. This amounts to the behaviour of an in-sensitive and irresponsible organisation which doesn't appreciate the problems of their customers. For how long can this situation be tolerated?

                        This is regarding my Air tel mobile no [protected] in the name of Anuj Vashisht. Despite of several requests I am not getting my mobile bill at my communication address. Every time I have to request for the duplicate bill and since last five months sama practice is doing.



                        I am fail to understand if duplicate bill can be delivered why not original.



                        I am in job and I am not getting reimbursement after 30 days and from last two months I am unable to claim the same.



                        In my last complaint I have requested for the Feb and March bill but received only feb bill.



                        Kindly lodge my complaint otherwise I will go to court for unnecessary harassment.

                          airtel company is full of thieves and cheater. I am extremely sorry to let you know that on 21/12/2009 I have purchased a economy package of Rs 1750. their representative called me and promised me to install the unit on 22/12/2009 at 9 AM in the morning. They haven't done their job. they have looted the money therefor it is my job to run after them for their kind consideration. With this package I shall get the one Holiday package of Goa for the 3 days & 2 Nights absolutely free of cost and that too without any hidden cost, the company also promised for this.                             This is bring to your notice that despite assurances and even after inclusion of my number – [protected] – in NDNC, I still am receiving unsolicited calls and SMS’s from unwanted sources.

                            My first call was given in the month of Oct and 45 days thereafter I was assured, starting 3rd Dec 2009, I will not receive any UCC from within or outside your operators.

                            There was no response to this and I again made a call last week to check the status where in I was again assured that this would be looked into.

                            Some of the numbers from who I receive UCC despite warning them are –

                            I NEED NO FURTHER ASSURANCE BUT ACTION.

                            Airtel Prepaid — Airtel Ringtone Scam

                            I am an airtel Lifetime prepaid subscriber. Recently I was told by my friends that they are getting obscene and rude messages when they call my number. I complained regarding this to airtel and they told me that its a ringtone that I have subscribed to. They also mentioned that they have deducted Rs 10/- from my account for this ringtone. I was shocked because I never subscribed to any ringtone and on top of that , such obscene ringtone. I told them to stop the ringtone immediately and refund Rs 10/- to my account. They told they can stop the ringtone but cant refund the amount. I would like to highlight this scam which they are running by deducting these small amounts from user accounts without their knowledge. Please let me know what options I have to fight this out with them. Its a matter of principal for me and airtel should not go scott free just because they are a big organization. strangely they were too eager to dissconnect my account if I wished so.

                            airtel prepaid mobile 9876526248 — installing obscene ringtone without permission

                            I would like to highlight this scam which Airtel is running by deducting hafty amounts from subscribers accounts without their knowledge. Please forward this complaint to the concerned authority(TRAI) for taking necessary criminal and civil proceeding against Airtel
                            It is a matter of principle for me and Airtel should not go scott free for their extrem negligent act.

                            even on my no. airtel has twice activated two services without my knowledge & deducted Rs. 45 each time . After complaint they refunded my money last time, this time I m waiting for the same.

I was shocked because i have never ever subscribed for any ringtone.I told them to stop the ringtone immidiately and refund the deducted ammount to my account.They told they will stop the ringtone and will refund the same, but didnot done the same till now.Now again airtel started deducting a hafty amount from my account by starting unsolisted commercial communications on my said phone without my consent. I complained regarding this to airtel and they told me that this service of mukhwak to which i have subscribed.They also told me that they have deducted a hafty amount from my account for this service. I was shocked because i have never ever subscribed for this service.I told them to stop the same immidiately and refund the deducted amount to my account.They told me they will stop the service and will refund the same, but they didnot done the same till now
                            I would like to highlight this scam which airtel is running by deducting these amounts from subscribers accounts without their knowledge and consent.Please take necessary action on my this complaint and give me justice .
                            It is a matter of principle for me . Airtel should not go scott free for their extream negligent act for mear bussiness sake.
                            Hence the Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India is hereby requested to get the matter investigated throughly by obtaining call details alongwith concerned Tower locations of my said mobile number from 01/07/2011 to 02/07/2011 from Airtel which will be self explanatory.Please take appropriate legal, civil and criminal action against the said mobile phone operator and give me justice.This is second fraud is being committed by Airtel with my accounts without my consent.So this act of Airtel fullfils the definition of criminal breach of trust and same is punishable under section 406 of Indian Penal Code.
                            Now on 07.07.2011 & 08.07.2011 i sent SMS at 1909 three times from my abovementioned mobile phone no. [protected] but the same have not recieved by my service provider airtel and I recieved back a message showing, "check operator service"
                            So Kindly pass an appropriate order against Airtel by directing Airtel to register my mobile phone no.[protected] in their, "National Consumer Preference Register" (NCPR).
                            So Kindly also pass an appropriate order against Airtel by directing Airtel to refund my money which they have deducted two times without my consent.
                            It is also worth mentioning here that Airtel is harrasing me (a lady), even without my fault resultantly compelled me to leave Airtel. So now i am also considering to leave Airtel and choose some another mobile phone service provider of punjab.
                            Please give me justice at the earliest.

                            yes its true that airtel is charging for unecessary packages without subscribing. even i have experienced 3-4 times.

                            I had been registered for DND and after 7 days of registration also I am getting unwanted airtel messages which are disturbing me a lot, please stop this otherwise I don't have any other option than throwing out the sim of airtel...

                              got a promotion sms of the new billing plan. opted for turbo249 and got a confirmation through sms and phone saying that the plan will be effective next billing cycle i.e. billing from 11/12/09. but when asked over phone on 11/12 night through customer care they said it is yet to be activated then have been following up with customer care but one by one confirming over phone but not done yet. when we approached airtel showroom, the executive said it can be done only from next billing cycle i.e. 11/01/10 which i don't need. i felt it is a better plan for me as i am travelling and need to make a lot of STD calls this month. but it is really paining that nobody takes care and no reply to my e-mail sent to 121 taken care. kindly look in to this complaint and revert. i would be ever grateful as i need this to be effected immediately. i will be staying in chennai till jan'10 and will be in kerala. i may need this no. for many reasons for atleast six months. it is easier for me to go in for new connection with any operator as all the mobile operators are offering many useful user friendly plans with easy tariff. for certain personal reasons, i need this no. for some time. I have taken this postpaid mobile connection in January 2002.

                              Airtel operator — improper services

                              i have been using airtel since 2yrs day by day its problems are increasing. in the starting airtel used to start any kind of services by itself and charged for the same. regularly i had to call customer care for the same. Since last few months there is a network problem. either there is no network or my cell says switched off when it is on.Even during the calls the call gets disconnected by itself.When i am having balance in my a/c sometimes it says no balance which creates problem for me in case of emergency. My tired of facing all these problems and am highly dissatisfied with Airtel service provider. It claims itself to be the best however me it is not even good.

                              I think you really work upon airtel services,network connectivity etc

                                i kindly request to take action against operator to retreive my plan local & std 0.5P scheme.&not to be done other customers

                                  I have been harassed by Airtel for getting my Rs. 6000.00 refunded which I had paid to activate my International roaming. I had paid this amount in August end and when I returned back I requested to cancel this service and asked Airtel to refund this amount back to me. However, after waiting for 45 days when I called back the Airtel call center, they told me that they have not received any deposit for activating my international roaming 1) I have the receipt of the transaction that I made 2) My international roaming was active while I was abroad. - is it possible for them to activate this service without the deposit? The call center people took the details of my account and the receipt that I had got. After furnishing the details I was told that the amount will be refunded back to my account. The next call that I got was surprising. They told me that the amount is now credited into my account. This is just 4 days ago. And the service is activated. I then went to the Airtel office where I had deposited the amount and they told me that the amount is now reflecting in my account. And will make arrangements for depositing the amount in my account within 7 days. I submitted the letter and the cheque details the next day. After waiting for 3 days when I called them again they told me a different story. Now it will take another 45 days to get my money refunded. I was furious and called up the Yeshwanthpur Airtel office where I had deposited the money. They are telling me that they are busy and will call me back..... The story still continues. I am not bothered about my 6000.00 now but want to teach them a lesson so that this does not repeat again. Please suggest Airtel Rs. 6000.00 that I had paid in Yeshwanthpur Airtel office has
                                  I have again a International roaming story- the airtel international roaming facillity was provided on my mobile no.[protected] for Australia . How ever whenever I tried to use it it was replying that it is not provided . as aresult I could not use it at all. I was not able to contact them for complaint also. the website does not provide any facillity to contact them. this is simply a great cheating for me. this is facillity provided by Ankit communication Akurdi, Pune 411035 ( phone[protected]/[protected]. I will learn lesson from such big white elephants. I am now in australia till- 9th Feb.2010 . I can not contact them till then.f6

                                    have land line connection of Airtel. Last month I received bill No.[protected]for Rs. 550/- to be payale by 05.12.2009.




                                    I made payment to the company using my SBI Internet banking account on 05.12.2009.




                                    The detail as given in my statement with SBI showing payment on 05.12.2009 is given below.

                                    The statement clearly shows that the amount is credited to the account of Airtel on 05.12.2009 for Rs. 550/- and credited to account No. [protected].




                                    For the last one week I have been receiving telephonic calls from the company that my bill is outstanding. I have mailed to the company regarding payments made by me. They have not bothered to verify their accounts and continue to harass me by making frequent calls reminding me of payment. If they can just look into there account they will come to know that I have paid my bill.
                                    Company is just ignoring my request and presurising me to make the payment.




                                    Now the company has raised bill on me showing the previous balance outstanding and has also claimed penalty also. Comapny seems to be bent upon not to address the issue.




                                    I have even requested the company to disconnect my telephone connection and colect the insument but they are not responidng.




                                    Please use your good office to redress my complaint for which I shall be immensely thankful to you.

                                      I am terribly disturbed by the Ad SMS's sent on my Airtel Postpaid no [protected].

                                      When I spoke to Mr Koushik (Customer care executive) on 121 he said these vendors is sending the SMS by hit and trial method and neither we have provided the subscribers number nor we can stop it, and suggested me to activate DO NOT CALL. and also he said that it will take 45 days time to activate.

                                      My complaint is it really that the subscribers nos are not sent by Airtel and if not then from where these vendors derive authority for sending SMSs every now and then.

                                        this is to bring in your notice that i use a postpaid connection of airtel having no [protected] (User rajeev Bhatt) for the period of 2 year and pay bill in time amount 0 to 7800 max use but when i check there was debited in every bill any smc scheme charge amount 160, 250, 90 in many bills i inform to customer care in this regard time to time they commeted we will disconnect this service but not deactivate the service and again debited same charge in my bill i tell to him to closem my no or recalculate my bill and i will pay correct bill but they not take it seriously and not disconnect my service and send bill to deopsit timely as my previous payment history the have my limit of 19000 nineteen thousand
                                        due to not recd correct and amidmended bill i not deposited bill they dactivated my no then i again send many emails i have record there is such a email matter pasted with this email when i send email i recd a call from thair collection dept to settel bill in 1500 i was agree that time i requested to give me written settelment letter or new bill wher you credited excess charges but they was not agree to do this i was disappointed to see this and i return from his daryaganj outlet now i am receving daily basis phone calls from his lower what ever he is telling to deposited 3675 in thair account without any letter with throughts of penalty of rs 16000 i inform to customercare in this regard but no response getting finally i am sending my complant to you please look at the matte and guide me accoud this matter i recd an call from mob no [protected]

                                        Airtel — dispute in bill

                                        I had taken a postpaid number of Airtel, my credit limit was 1500, once i exhausted this usage my outgoing was barred, then airtel had sent me a bill of 4500 appx, i fail to understand how is it possible that when my credit limiti is 1500 still i m getting a bill of 4.5 Appx, on top of ii some people from legal dept calls me up and speak in a indecent manner stating " hume paise nikalne ate hain, bill payment karo ya fir hum tumhare freinds ko call karke tumsepaise nikalenge" when i told ask them to explain me about bill amount when my credit limit is only 1500 then they had no answers to give. really tired of there non sense from long
