I BOUGHT AIRTEL TV BEFORE 8 MONTHS . IN FIRST PLACE , IT DOES NOT GET SIGNALS WHEN IT RAINS. I CAN UNDERSTAND THE SIGNAL IS WEAK DURING RAINS. BUT NOW I AM GETTING AUDIO OUT PUT . WHEN I CALL UP THE CUSTOMER CARE . THEY SAID THEY WILL BE SENDING A ENGINEER FOR WHOM I SHOULD PAY 100 RS.

WHEN I AM NOT GETTING THE CHANNELS, ITS ME WHO IS LOOSING, WHEN MY TV IS WORKING PROPERLY , WHY SHOULD I PAY THE MONEY TO ENGINEER. ITS THE SETUP BOX WHICH IS CREATING PROBLEM WHICH BELONGS TO AIRTEL

ITS THE COMPANY WHICH SHOULD TAKE CARE OF SERVICE ISSUES, THE COMPANY SHOULD PAY THEIR ENGINEERS NOT CUSTOMERS.

WHEN WE PAY THE MONEY IN ADVANCE TO VIEW THE CHANNELS, WHY CANT COMPANY LOOK IN TO SERVICE ISSUES. ? WHY ?

I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO BUY AIRTEL OUR CABELWALA IS BETTER . ITS NOT ABOUT 100 RS ITS ABOUT SERVICE.

these airtel people are dumb.. they dont even understand the meaning of warranty but still.. since ur dish tv is 8 months old.. it has a 12 months warranty.. (so u dont need to pay a single penny...i guess...)

    I have given a complaint to Airtel Digital TV saying that i'm not able to hear sound. They took the complaint and immediately replaced the Set top box and told me that it will be activated in 48 hours. I was very happy with the customer service. Later it still is a big disppointment. It's been 15 days and i am not able to view any channels. It's been 15 days I gave a complaint to customer care by calling 12150.
    Everyday i raised the complaint and here are the complaint numbers.

    Everyday i raise a request and by evening i get a message saying issue is resolved. Where as it is not resolved. Airtel charges it's customers on a daily prorata basis. I had a balance of Rs 179.45 15 days back. For the past 15 days they have been deducting my balance inspite of my set top box not working and I am not able to see any channels. My current balance is Rs 88 only.
    Please help me in this regard.

    Airtel digital TV customer service is the worst service I have ever had a conversation with, The e recharge is not working the customer help lines are getting disconnected.The Hindi, English lines are not correct.

    I got the Airtel free with my SONY TV, wish I had got some other service provider

    The existing plan was Sports economy, and I wanted some additional regional channels, where as I am now charged for some sports channel I already have and the account has been deactivated with negative balance of -99.99 Rs

    When I called up the customer care service they were not only able to solve this issue but They are the only customer care that does not provide any Interaction number for the conversation

    It was a Pathetic experience.

    Thanks for the response.
    I would like to mention that the issue is resolved and my connection is now active.

    However, an amount of Rs. 99/- is deducted from my account on a daily prorata basis from 30th of July to 17h July. Let me know when this amount would be refunded by adding it to my Airtel account back.

    My name is K.Anjankumar, my customer id is [protected] and my mobile no at the time of installation is [protected]. But I have changed my number and my new mobile number is [protected] and I have recharged Rs.400/- from a dealer. But, so far, this amount is not updated and not recharged. So, I am not able to see the tv programmes. Please help me to come out of the above problem and don't hesitate to contact my new mobile no please.

      In my cellphone with airtel number [protected], I was having balance of around Rs200/ before May 24th, I went abroad for 5 weeks, after I came back, all this money balance became zero, on 30th June, I had recharged with Rs. 222/( transaction Id is[protected] and Rs 55/ (voucher no. is [protected]) and also I had got message of confirmation of recharge in my cell phone, balance shown Rs. 267, but calls were not processing and balance became zero again on next day without any reason. on 1st July, After I checked with local airtel, they said, the sim validity was over, then I increased validity with Rs. 27/ and recharged again with Rs 222(transaction id is[protected]. On same day 1st July, contacted airtel 121 customer care supervisor and enquired how come previous balance gone and how come the recharge was accepted if the sim is not in validity. What if I recharge Rs 1000/ also, is it same thing will happen?, the customer care supervisor, she accepted the problem and launched complaint with CBNRA[protected] and promised will be resolved by around 5th July. But nothing happend. Waited and I contacted them again on today 16th July, the airtel customer care, now they are saying totally different, one time customer care representative saying as the recharged amount was used and another time the customer care floor supervisor saying as nothing was rechanged on 30th June, even after I gave the transaction id information.
      Here again my questions are,
      1. I did the sim to lifetime validity with Rs. 999/ in around 2005, what happend to this lifetime validity?
      2. How can Airtel deduct or null the balance without any actual calls made?
      3. How the Airtel accepting recharge transaction, if the sim is not in validity period, and cannot be used to make any calls, even to 121 customer care to ask why? (I have still in my inbox a proof of trasaction successfull message)
      4. How Airtel customer care representatives and floor supervisors giving different reasons for the money lost and not exactly telling to resolve the issue..? some times, after long conversation with customer care, the phone line gets disconnected suddenly, why?.
      If 121 customer care cannot figureout the problem, who else can resolve the problem and explain what exactly happend..?

      Airtel Mobile Phone — My Cell Phone No 9818405692 - Stop all deduction on any value added service to this phone with immediate effect.

      My Cell Phone No [protected], is pre-paid life time connection. It appears , daily some Rs 2 is getting deducted. I have spoken to customer cell several times and as per their guidence , I have sent SMS also. Some times , they say - it will be done in 96 hrs and some time they say - it will done in 30 days. I do not understand , why this service is so poor. Pl restore my connection without any deduction. I do not wish to subscribe to your any other value added service or so.

      Airtel — Sudden Disconnection of Phone for no valid reason

      I have a airtel connection for the last 11 years, now 4 days back it suddenly got disconnected.
      I approached the Airtel Centre, they said change the SIM card, and it will work in 4 hours.
      Next day they tell me that as their new software does not have my name reflecting on it, so I have give my proof of residence and ID again, after 11 years !

      Worst, NO call or SMS was received by me for the want of papers, simply disconnected my connection.

      Now they say it may take upto 10 days for reconnection, is it fair to JUST disconnect and not even inform or ask for details which have been given at the time of taking a connection.

      Were they sleeping for 11 years, where did TRAI security norms go, and if they wanted papers, they should have asked for them.

      NOW my phone is DEAD, with NO hearing, nodal office, Harshi says she will call back, but does not do so, weekend it is off, so I am lost in this big telecom jungle.

      balance check karne ka process change ho gaya hai kya or recharge bhi nhi ho raha hai. to kya plz mujhe bta skte ho.ki ab mere phone recharge kaise hoga.
      I had a balance of around rupees 10 on sunday morning(27.02.11), but wen i checked my balance on the same day evening my balance was only rupees 0.33 paise.During in between i have not made any cal to any one.I dont undersatnd how my balance reduced.My mobile no- [protected]

      Airtel Mobile — refund of security amount not received

      Airtel Mobile Phone — Airtel's cheap tactics to retain customers by rejecting port-out request without any reason

      I've applied to port out my 2 postpaid mobile connections with Airtel to Vodafone on August 4’11 (Porting ID: AD139822 and AD166862). After 7 days of standard waiting period when I contacted Airtel, they told me that I agreed to retain with Airtel, which I never did. Since then, I called Airtel complaint no. 198 almost on daily basis to know the status and filed various complaints (No. F[protected], 38835362, 39022110, 39030512 and[protected] to port-out both of my mobile nos. to Vodafone. Every time I call Airtel I was told different story each time. And Airtel was not able to provide me any of the recorded conversation to cover up their white lies or my consent to retain with Airtel.
      On August 19’11 even my Unique Porting code expired and also I got the message from Vodafone that my porting request has been rejected by Airtel. And Airtel executive was unable to explain the reason of rejection after contacting because I've already paid more than the bill due on me and the balance is in negative more than Rs.100 on both of my nos. Basically they don't have any reason to reject my port-out request and still they are harassing me for no reason.
      I got terribly harassed without any fault of me and because of Airtel's callous attitude towards its customers. I doubt this cheap tactics of Airtel will do any good to Airtel's business. And maybe that's the reason why Airtel is nowhere near the top in the recent 'Hindustan Times-MaRS Mobile Operator Survey' (http://goo.gl/dpK73) and Vodafone despite being the late entrant grabbed the top rank across all the categories in all the states.
      I hope Airtel start giving importance to the service they provide rather than harassing and playing cheap tricks to retain customers like me who are using Airtel from the past more than 10 years.
      I want to know why Airtel is stopping Vodafone to Port in my number into their database, despite being paid more than the amount due on me. And want them to release both of my nos. to Vodafone immediately without any further delay and without giving vague excuses/reasons.

      Airtel Mobile Phone — Not received Refund for 8 months

      I had given an application at the Airtel Store on May 20, 2011, to refund the security deposit against my number for International Roaming. This amount was deposited to Airtel in 2004 when I first visited overseas. The amount is Rs 6000/-

      It has been 8 months since then, today being December 14, 2011. Every month I get a call from Airtel executive stating that I will get the stated amount in the next 30-35 days. At the end of the mentioned time period, I get another call from another executive stating that there was an address problem and the cheque has been returned. THE SAME HAS BEEN HAPPENING WITH ME FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS WHEREAS I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE OTHER COMMUNICATION FROM AIRTEL ON THE SAME ADDRESS (MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS)

      ALSO, each time the executive calls and tells me that I amount is X, Y, Z. Each time a different amount is quoted, I spend close to 45 minutes each time explaining the whole issue and then they promise that I will get the complete Rs 6000/- within the next 30-35 days and the story continues.

      No Supervisor is willing to talk on this issue and when I ask the executives to transfer my call to a Supervisor, either none is available or I end up being asked to wait endlessly.

      I am deeply frustrated with this service from AIRTEL. For collection of funds they would send an executive within half a day however a refund of MY MONEY, WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID, WHICH IS TO BE REFUNDED, IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND I STILL DO NOT SEE A RESOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE.

      I NEED HELP !!!

        I have been using my current mobile no [protected] since last six years and upgraded to internet service of Rs 98/- per month one year back. Still I was getting monthly bill amount rs 1000 to rs 1200 which is quite reasonable to my usage. But suddenly in the month of march, I received a SMS from AD service (airtel-service) that, "you have crossed your monthly credit limit of rs 4500/- and current bill amount is Rs 61000/-(Sixty one thousand rupee). I noticed it only when one day was passed and got a shock. I called up customer care and asked him about my usage. He said it will be known only when your bill is generated by 21st of march and said it could be a false message and you may not have to pay it.

        Next day again I received another sms that your limit exceed and current usage is of amount rs 66710/-. I immediately called up customer care again to know which services I have been charged for. Still, he DID NOT have any answer further i instructed him to bar all of my services except call.

        Again after three days I received my bill which was on due date and the bill amount was Rs 82079 /-. and from details of bill I got to know that rs 73948 /- of this was against wap_all service and Rs 7664 was tax upon this. So the total bill amount makes it to rs 82079/-.I repeatedly sent mail to their nodal office and appellate officer but could not get answer on time and later after weeks received mail that "we have verified your bill and all amount is correct".

        I want to complain here that I DID not know what wap services is, and how I can connect to that. Also I do not know how to connect to airtel live.
        Again if my monthly credit limit is rs 4500/ How come it reached to rs 82079/-.
        I am not a prime minister of india or some Ambani so that I will carelessly use a service with in a weeks time which I can not afford in years.

        In last six years I have paid an amount of approx rs 50000 only. How can I pay its double in a month only. Please help me to get out of this. I am really helpless.

          I have been using Airtel Dish Tv from last 3 years .It has been a really painful experience .The support by the Customer care is of no use ,they never have a solution & the best part is whenever a customer calls Airtel Systems are on updation.The Remote which is a universal remote is a good thing but the usage is really bad of the remote ,the buttons are so hard its better to use two remote with this kind of remote .The other connection we use is Tata Sky from last 4 years or more which is a far better Service provider than Airtel .One new problem has come up now that the Dish Tv is getting restarted after every 2 mins & the picture on TV get hung.

          Suggestion - Please provide user better quality devices as people trust Airtel .its really unfurtunate to say i would not suggest any one to buy a Airtel Dish Tv in future wih this kind of service

          I was given a resolution date of 15th July 2011 which is today but no one has reached till now .
          The customer care has nor extended the date of resolution to 16th July 2011.

          I have mailed on the Id mentioned above .Just suggest me one thing rather than paying 800 more for this useless crap box i would like to take a new Tata sky connection
          Please suggest as i am not atall interested in paying 800 Rs for the Crap box & remote .
          As per your record the issue has been closed & solved but i still do not have the remote

          The no which you people give is off from last 3 days atleast .I think Airtel need to update the records also, the no is [protected].If you are able to reach this no do let me know also.
          In A.P., channel of DD saptagiri, T news, I news etc. request to introduce.
          Set top Box is again not working .Its a crap box.Please fix the issue permanently or if you people cant Please let me know will change the connection to Tata Sky .It is becoming a monthly activity now.
          Your People do not have the replacement as they are short of Set top box Stock .This completely tells the whole story that What quality Set top Boxes is Airtel giving to its customers that the replacement stock is falling short becuase of so many complaints .
          No one has called me till now for the complaint i logged yesterday .Instead i am checking repeatedly & your customer care says that 3.30 is the time given for closure of call .i guess they will call at 3.25 beacuse till now i have not even got a single call from Airtel side

            I got a message on 15th July 2011
            Message: "You are an Airtel STAR customer! Todays surprise offer. Get 10% cashback on RC225. Special offer only for you. Call 121313 for further details.".

            When I called to the number mentioned in the message.

            Below is the message spoken by voice recorder.

            "You are an Airtel STAR customer! Todays surprise offer. Get 10% cashback on RC225. Special offer only for you. As an Airtel star customer you will be given extra 22.50 paise talk time for recharging RC225 offer only today."

            If I recharge with RC225 I didnt get any talk time, If I called to customer care they are saying RC225 is a booster pack. If it is booster pack why they have mentioned about talk time in the voice message recorder and in the both the message and message spoken by voice recorder they havent mentions about RC225 is a booster package.

            What I have to do now to get my amount back??

              yet i am receiving calls regarding ringtones and other publicity natures calls on my cell nos. [protected] and [protected]
              tll now, i am receiving unnecessary calls from airtel on my cell nos. [protected] and [protected]. please, do the needful and stop an unnecessary calls from airtel office.

                Am getting sms with regards to deduction of Rs 5/- daily towards Game Mania. Have complained ealier. it did stop for sometime and now it has started again.

                Suggest a renowned company like AIRTEL shouldn't stoop to scam operator levels. Or even tie up with such operators. This damn thing is forced down the subscribers throat ( as can be seen from the number of complaints - google games mania and see the avalanche of complaints against this exhortion)

                I am a very loyal customer of AIRTEL. My co land lines/ resi /broadband/ CUGs are all Airtel. I appreciate the company v efficient services. Have had no reason to complain. Wonderful services.

                When i called 121, I was told that i will be sent the link and that i will have to go to the link and stop the subscription. I am yet to recieve the link and
                i really dont have the patience to talk to 121. I would rather that since AIRTEL started this scam, its your responsibility to put an end to it.

                And this has to stop and fro today. Infringes on our freedom and its v frustrating that we cant do a thing about it. Will AIRTEL please do something about it or i might be forced to look for another service provider.

                  I have been using Airtel prepaid service for the last 3 months. All of a sudden without any notification my SIM has been blocked. I have been told that this is because I haven't submitted my documents, which is contrary to the truth. I have submitted all the relevant documents and I've been using the service for the last three months.Even if Airtel couldn't locate my documents, they could have asked me to submit them in the Lucknow city office or at lease intimated me before removing from the network. Because of how suddenly things had happened, I haven't been able to take important calls or make calls for 2 or 3 days, which is a serious loss for me and my career. Airtel isn't replying to my complaint mails, while the system claims they would respond in 24 hours. The retail shop tells they can't put me back on the network, it's like my number has been permanently removed from the network, it is not a temporary move. Even the call centre personnel have no answer. None of the representatives are equipped to answer my queries and they won't let me talk to people above their level. Now, I had 400 odd rupees in my account, and Airtel won't reimburse or return that and added to it the huge inconvenience of intimating 500 odd people of the change in my number. This is not an one off incidence, Airtel's service to its prepaid customers is very disastrously bad. People who activated 3g services have lost hundreds of rupees due to Airtel's system problems, though Airtel would agree to it, they would never reimburse the money. People are being swindled by Airtel for the last couple of years.

                  Somebody has to do something about this. We have already started sensitizing people about things on our campus. If guided I'm ready to take this up anywhere.

                  I would like to inform that I subscribed for Airtel prepaid service in New Delhi a month back, with the relevant authentic documents submitted. After 10 days they disconnected my mobile giving the reason that document verification failed. I am still in dilemma that how was this possible since each and every document was authentic.

                  But this was only the starting of my problem. Inspite of repeated request to customer care they were of no help and responded with the mechanical answer that I should submit the document again. OK fine. After that I made several trip to their two customer relation service centre in New Delhi, sending me back for one or other reasons. My problem is yet to be solved.

                  I want to ask one simple question that why do give the connection in the first place before verification and what procedure do they follow that verification of authentic documents fail their test. I hope somebody is listening to my problem.

                      Unnecessary Balance Alerts which irritates me


                      Dear Airtel,

                      For past one month I am receiving unnecessary current balance alert messages. I do not want these messages as I can get the details when I need by dialing the *123#

                      My mobile number is [protected], and prepaid account using BlackBerry 9300 model.

                      I have also Emails account activated to check my emails. I do not have Internet account.

                      Can you please block these alert messages As Soon As Possible.

                      Please let me know how can I stop these unnecessary message in every 5 minutes.

                      If this problem is not going to stop, then ultimately I need to change my service provider using portability.

                      Please help me out as soon as possible.

                      I am still getting " Call / SMS cost 0.00 INR: bal XXX.XX INR" this message. My balance is OK which is getting deducted corrected after the usage.

                      My problem is Unnecessary above message appears on screen every 2- 5 minutes which is irritating me in my meetings and also my Battery also becoming low quickly.

                        We signed for Broadband and along with Airtel gave fixed line. I paid Rupees 1299/- against new connection.After couple of days, they cut off out going felicity, when I called customer care they are telling my check bounced.I inquired with my bank, and my bank told me they do not have any trace of same check. Then again, I called Airtel customer care, they told me that, they got payment. I asked them following questions:

                        1. What is the reason for check bounce?
                        2. Where did Airtel deposit my check?
                        3. If check is bounced, where is the check sitting now?

                        They did not answer any question so far, my out going is not working? Be careful with airtel marketing team, they are bunch of liers. There are many shocks like this for postpaid number porting too.

                        I personally went to your land line customer support center and paid 1300/- cash as your staff told me and gave me copy of reason for bounced check. The reason for bounced check is " Check is out of allotted range". I do not know what it means, as I issued many checks never had a problem, and i have lakhs of rupees in my acct.

                        After I paid, Airtel told me that, outgoing service will be restored in 4 hrs. Today date is[protected], IT HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED YET. I have sent a long email related to same to Nodal.[protected]@airtel.in and addressed to Rajesh who is a Andhra Nodal officer.

                        It is shame on you that you did not resolve issue and almost 96 hrs. I have been in US almost 10 yrs, customer support in US feel shame if they are not able to resolve. If payment is due from my side, I should feel shame.

                        I am also giving your the complaint number: 1504192 logged by Karthik Venkatesh.

                        Hope you would not come up with another excuse to by pass the problem.

                        Dumb Airtel is still not able to resolve the issue, my out going to not working. I lost 600 calls of worth due to a month long delay in restoration and fact finding machine. Rakesh Ranga is a virtual person in the cloud sending typical generic emails. Today called customer support, they do not have any clue.

                        Airtel Cheating people like this, NRIs beware of Airtel. Expect many crappy companies like this in India.

                            I have airtel digital tv connection. I have recharged it on 21/10/2010 for Rs.1920/-. This was clubbed with an offer of 12 month activation and additional 2 months of extended viewing. So total of 14 months of viewing period. I confirmed the same after recharging with airtel customer care executive. Now it seems I have low or negative balance on my account. It is just 9 months post recharge on 21/10/2010.

                            14/07/2010: My connection got disconnected and the screen is displaying negative balance and asking me to recharge. My son called up Customer Care and Mr. Nitesh answered but he did not have any proper clarification why it was disconnected. He said I have not change my package after recharging but I did it and my son confirmed the same on the very day with the Airtel Customer Care.

                            Then Ms.Kriti from escalation team responded to my call but she also has the same story that I did not informed about the offer to Airtel. She gave me some monthly calculation of economy package and outright rejected that there was any offer for Rs.1920/- in West Bengal circle. This is very weird on part of Airtel that they deny that they had any offer like this and asked me to recharge for viewing.

                            Lost faith on Airtel.

                                On 05.02.11 I received a message from BSNL stating that your port out request has been rejected by the service provider quoting the reason of not completing 90 days with their network. But I am using this number since 2004 without any break and it is a lame excuse. AIRTEL started sending some useless offers for continuing with their network. Even if they are offering life time free connection for me I am not iterested to continue with them. So no use of holding on to this number.I will continue my struggle.                                 after 7 days of my complaints I got an sms On 20/05/2011 << Kindly note the service request No. 613854 has been resolved. >> But still my problem was not solved.

                                On 21/05/2011 I again talked with CCE, but they didn't given me any kind of reference number.
                                on 22/05/2011 I again reported to CCE and they given me Reference number CMPRO[protected] and promised me that my problem will be solved before 01:30 pm 23/05/2011
                                My problem still not solved and again I reported to CCE today on[protected] and got reference number CDAMN[protected]. They promised me that my problem will be solved on 24 may.
                                Sir while contacting with CCE many times my call was disconnected by CCE. They always say me to hold, but while on hold my call was automatically disconnected. Even they were not interested to listen me carefully.

                                Sir I don't think, they can solve my problem. My number [protected] is still not working since long time. Plz understand my problem and take necessary action. I'll be grateful to you. After sending email to you all I must believe that my problem will be solved soon.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I am using my Airtel mobile no. [protected] since last two years. Now I wanted to change my service provider under Mobie Number Portability services.
                                  I had a mobile prepaid connection for the first time when I had entered in Airtel service. I changed my prepaid connection to postpaid one year ago.

                                  Now I had changed my plan from postpaid to prepaid 3 month ago and now applied for other service provider under Mobile portability.
                                  Now Airtel company rejected my application for port change and I received the message from RIM that” your current service provider rejected your port change request due to contractual obligation"

                                  I do not have any contract with them now and when I called AIRTEL for the information they told me that you had received the call from AIRTEL for your plan changed and now you can not changed for next three months.

                                  It is true that I had received the call from AIRTEL post my application for MNP in reliance. In that call the agent asked me the reason for the MNP change and offered me the new call rates charges. I said "OK" to them and the agent replied that "I hope you will continue the service". But it doesn't mean and neither that agent informed me that this plan is contractual or you have to be in AIRTEL for next 3 months.
                                  In this case you can check the recording of our conversation of 10th July, 2011 at 4:35. I was not informed about the details.

                                  Now my question is
                                  How if the person agrees with any offer of plan does it come to the contractual of service?
                                  MNP concept is that the person should be using the same mobile no. in same service provider for more than 3 months. In this case if the person is changing his plan from postpaid to prepaid and vice versa should not be restricted to apply for MNP service. Then if so what is the use of MNP?
                                  TRAI should declare the clear guidelines on the same asap and should ask to mobile service provider to explain before proceeding for MNP service.
                                  The same has been happend before just two months during my postpaid to prepaid connection I had changed and post one month I applied for MNP they rejected due to the new plan. Why should I be restricted to change my service provider if I am using the same no. in same service provider since last two years irrespective of the plan?

                                  This is not under the consumer convenience policy.

                                  Please take the action for the same for Consumer protection as these providers are misguiding and cheating the consumer.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I received a call from Airtel on 15th July, 2011 at 9:15 and I talked to Varun Sharma..He ensured your request will be processed within the next 7 days...
                                  When I talked today the person supervisor Mr. Mahesh Darji talked to me very rudely and informed me that your request will be processed in next 15 days. When I asked him to process that please get the information of 15th July conversation, why Varun Sharma ensured me that it will be processed within 7 days, he refused to do it & told me it will be processed internally but refused to update me regarding the process status.
                                  Because of this uncertainties I have to keep my balance in mobile so less due to when the MNP process completes I will loose that entire balance.

                                  Please do the needful asap.

                                      I have booked an airtel connection on 20th June, cancelled the connection because of installation problems. I applied for the refund on 27th of June-2011. My service reference number is 9468287 which i got after i cancelled the connection. I was called by airtel agent, name Bharti( phone no.[protected] for any problems regarding refund. When i called up the above person, my 1st call was attended she said she would call me and notify the status for the same. after 2 to 3 days i called up once again, she did not attended my call. Atleast 23 times i called her in 2hrs where all my call was attended but no response. She received the phone but didnt respond as my call was chargeble. I called up the airtel Customer care where every executive is busy forwarding my compliant and giving me time limit of 1hr, 2hr, even i talked to the superior, suprisingly he also needed 24hrs for this issue. Its beyond 78hrs , but there is no response from them, please help me out for the same. Also let me know where i can approach them legally. All my details are mentioned below.

                                        Further I have registered for DO NOT DISTURBED (DND) in fully blocked category on[protected] and Airtel service provider give me registration number S[protected].

                                        Inspite of all this Airtel Mobile has deducted Rs.15 for Night Radio Service without my consent.

                                        Please return my Rs. 15 in my main account balance and do not activate any service with out my verbal consent.
