Dear Sir....it's an apology that I am not writing in a formal way but please do consider for the sake of the public desire....the students body are going to break down airtel towers under one condion....if airtel. cannot provide fast data connection speed over this region I.e The Mao areas by next year...Sir. just imagine. The Airtel data connection speed around The Mao region is just from 0 to 5 to 10kbps maximum from the time of installation till today ..sir...just imagine ...Please help the public as a whole to have a more convenient Life....

I has been using the above mentioned mobile number and i had contacted thrice by paying .50ps/Minute to their GPRS help desk 12118 to get the Extra initialization commands to resolve the data connectivity error while connecting to PC. But they are not telling the same and Behavior is not friendly......

    Sub :- Activation of 3G airtel data card IMEI [protected] & sim no.[protected]

    This is to bring to your kind notice that one person sent by Ms. Priyanka from airtel noida/ came to my office on 22.12.2012 and offered me airtel 3g connection. On that day I paid him rs.1200.00 cash having receipt no. MT 541 dated 22-12-12 and took the connection and I have been promised that I will get activation in 48 hrs. but till now I did not get activated my data card. As before I have sent 3 to 4 times email to your supreme authority, but there was no action taken till date.
    The matter is most urgent. Either you activate the data card or return my money within 24 hours.

        Hi,
        I am a postpaid customer of Airtel. I had Vodafone Post paid but my faith on Airtel forced me to take Airtel. I took Airtel Prepaid connection. One day I got a Call from some near by Airtel office. They lady on the phone :
        " Sir your number has been chosen for Post paid services. We are offering very good offers. Here are the offer details :
        1. Rs.300 deposit will be refunded as deduction of Rs 100 per month for next 3 months from you billed amount.
        2. You Roaming is free and many other things.
        3. A representative will go to collect all the documents."

        This was the discussion, I replied positively for Airtel Postpaid plan. A representative came and collected my Documents.
        But when my first bill came, there was no adjustment for deposit. I called Customer Care and then I got to know that Roaming free plan was also bluff. I thought of cancelling but thought o[censored]sing and experiencing it for few months. But due to Postpaid i started using it more and my billed amount keep growing. Today I decided to cancel it.

        And then experienced the worst Airtel representatives.
        I went in the morning (Approx. 11 AM) to my Near by Airtel office Bannargatta Road near jayadeva flyover Bangalore. A representative told me that Application is down and will be up in another 3-4 hours. I asked for some contact number where I can confirm for their Application. But they denied to give me any contact number. Any way I revisited Airtel office at 5 PM. And I got the same surprise. Same representative repeated the same words again. I got frustrated. I asked for the Manager. I met Mr. Vijay. I put my concern. He checked and said that the Application is slow, but still we can do the processing. I collected the form and I was told again that you have to wait for 2 to 2.5 hours. due to long queue.
        I left the office and came back.
        Here is my concern:
        1. If I am Airtel Postpaid customer, then why so many formality to change it to Prepaid?
        2. For new connection you people come to collect all the document and talk politely, and entirely different when I want to change from postpaid to prepaid.
        3. And why you people lie when selling new connection.

            I have made more than 15-20 calls for re-installation, but it seems that after selling the DTH tv, nobody is bothered about after sales service.

            Every time I call, I was given a new request no, executive simply apologies for delay and a new nonsense commitment and time was given.

            most of the time call was disconnected. They do not have any proper system of customer complain. Operators are not transferring the line to seniors or to escalate the issue. Through mail also, only auto reply used to come.

            Their licence should be cancelled.

              Dear Sir,
              I paid bill on 5.12.2012 against last date of 9th December 2012 Rs 604 through bank e transfer. Airtel followed me many days but details provided over phone but no solution. From 18th December all transaction details provided but no solution. Almost every day I have been responding but no solution provided. My service disconnected midnight 27th Dec 2012. I was in Delhi and visited airtel head office on 28th Dec 2012, the senior officer did not come down but assured over intercom that service would be restored within 15 minutes but nothing happened. As he indicated I sent him mail at [protected]@in.airtel.com. Also to 121 but nothing happened. I also provided the scanned copy of the receipt of the bill but company is asking details again without addressing the maim issue. Even today I have again provided scan copy of the bill. This problem is occurring from the last four months but reconcilliation used to happen in the last week of every month. But this time my service has been disconnected despite I have paid. I request you kindly look into this complaint and help to resolve.

                I have a post paid connection for the mobile number [protected], I was having a due of the amount Rs. 3000 change, I have got a call from mobile no. [protected] the customer care executive for the payment of the amount, so I have asked about some wavier for the payment of the bill if possible the executive girl told me that need to pay 2500 Rs. if you paid it by today. I have paid the amount and called her and told her for the cancelation of the number, but after one weak I have got a call for the payment of the remaining amount for which i have told them the telephone conversation and even i have given a mail for the nodal office they have told me that I will get a call with in 3 working days it is almost 1 weak I have not got any call and anything form the AIRTEL. I have the receipt of the amount paid by me, please could you look into this issue and get back to me on [protected].

                    Sir, I have recharged my airtel number [protected] and [protected] with 3G pack of Rs.9 today and i have also got the message that the recharge was successful and also i can see that my 3G pack is recharged but the problem is that when i go to use it my main account balance gets deducted. I have informed the customer care executive and also talked with their senior executive but neither of them could resolve the problem. they asked me about the access point i use, and i said that i use 'airtelgprs.com' which is the appropriate one. they have registered the complaint but didn't send me the complaint registration number. i said them that the pack is valid for one day and am i to lose the pack, they said that they can't do anything and the money cannot be refunded in any case. Actually within four hours of recharge of Rs.9 a sms comes that "Your blackberry services has been deactivated" and after that only the internet pack can be used. I have been doing this recharge since some days and everytime the same message comes irrespective of the phone being use i.e Android, Symbian, Blackberry etc. but when i say this to the customer care executive, they simply laughed and said that this message only come to the blackberry users. Please solve this problem. help me to get my money back with compensation.

                      My number is [protected]. I am an Airtel prepaid customer in Karnataka (Complaint no.PR[protected]
                      I submitted the required documents (Ack No.KKA490223), I'm still unable to make
                      outgoing calls or send messages, though I can receive calls.

                      I have called customer care several times and have also visited the
                      airtel customer relationship center nearly 4 times . They all have
                      the same answer that the issue will be fixed in 24 hours.
                      If I call to 121 they say that there was a technical issue in airtel,
                      now everything is fine, But i am facing same problem.
                      Again if I call to 121 no one will response and the call will be ended automatically.

                      my sim is of haryana now i was in roaming and my outgoing calls r blocked and messge sending is barred Though i have a balance of Rs. 137.i have life time validity.

The number is [protected]. this number was initially used by some other(a girl) and she changed to other number and telephone provider given the above number to this unknown person. so many friends of her thinks it was her number and called.                               I had taken two post paid corporate connection sim from a vendor coming to our Sapient consulting office. On the next day all verification also has been done. Now one of the sim become active and in other there is no network. He Told Me That I Have Won A 25 Lakh Lottery From A Draw Conducted By " Airtel Mobile Company" & Started Giving Me Details & Head Office Mobile Number. Told me to contact [protected] (Rajesh manager of Airtel office Delhi ). On contacting Rajesh asked me to give bank a/c details. & then Rajesh told me to deposit Rs.25000 as TAX (1% fo 25 lakhs) before the lottery amount will get credited in my a/c. & he also asked me that this results got declared on SAHARA NEWS channel on day before yesterday. He even said that deposit 25,000 into my account though SBH bank, then scan the receipt and send it to my email I.D [protected]@yahoo.com. As soon as we get it, we''l deposit Rs.25 Laks into your account.

                                When I Called Customer Care At Toll Free 198, They said They Don't Know Anything. I Want To Know Are Airtel Sleeping About This Fraud Phone Calls, What Steps They Are Taking To Handle This. Would I get my balance back, which i lost.

                                Can't the Airtel company block suck kind of calls, atleast the calls with ISD code +92 that belong to Pakistan.

                                  My name is Cherian Eapen and my customer id is [protected] ,I am using Airtel Digital TV from last two years, my location is in Kerala ,Alleppy (dist) 3 months back I got an SMS from them that my plan is changing, I called customer care and ask for the same they said they will not change without asking me .
                                  Before last recharge I confirm from them that they will not change my plan without asking me , but from today I got to know that my package tariff had changed from Rs 172 to 188 per month without my required channels . I ask on call center for this and found terrible response that Rs 172 plan is removed and I have to wait for one month to change to other plan, “I want to know that why they are not changing to lower plan once they are not confirming by the customer , why they are not providing to customer requirements when they change the plan by themselves and how they can change a plan once clients balance available for a plan.”

                                  Last plan I was getting all Malayalam , Ten sports and CNBC tv18 with Rs 172 but now I have to pay Rs 188 and I am not getting those channels they given some other channels which I am not required . Now I have pay extra amount for these two channels

                                  We are using airtel digital T.V. Since Friday( 21 Sept-2010) we are facing the technical problem in our set-top box. we have complained about it but no action is done yet now. we are calling them daily,but they have only one answer that they are registering our complaint and sending their engineer. Our T.V account is automatically going negative without any usage.
                                  Dear sir,
                                  i have the honour to state that i am a customer of airtel digital tv since 2009. connection is name of my elder brother raghuvir gurlia under customer ID [protected] and resistered mobile number is [protected]/[protected].
                                  further i state that airtel company has changed its settelite position. accordingly it has not changed the position of my dish on roof. so my set off box is not able to receive the chenal and its showing error code SM1. i brought this problem in knowledge of airtel digital tv customer care through helpline number 12150 and [protected] under following complaints.

                                  respected sir inspite of that no site visit by an engineer has been conducted. only they contacted on phone and demanded Rs 150/- as fees. while as per company rules ang regulations fees of an engineer for site visit is only Rs 100/- and as my case is of error code SM1 in that it should be free. being such issue i was ready to pay Rs 100/- but they did not agree and dropped the case.

                                  sir, ahead of this several time i have made call to suprior call attender and begged to look into the matter but no one was bother. either they have disconnected the line or fraudly ensured me that it will be done. after waiting 10 days my patience has dropped and now i am you can say forced to type this complaint.

                                  I am a subscriber of airtel digital tv having subscriber no. [protected]. I had subscribed to HD channels pack. I had received a message stating that espn and star cricket would be replaced by Sony Six and Zee Studio w.e.f. 24.12.2012. But today all the hd channels have been blocked. Customer care is unable to help saying that they are unable to access the account. This is not the first time when the service has been stopped despite sufficient balance and customer care is unable to help. Still they call their customer care as platinum customer care.
                                  I have 3 airtel Digital HD connections. My ID is [protected]. The HD Recorder has been giving problems. Alternatives channels were not coming. Suppose I have subscribed from 300 to 310 channels. I would get 300, 301 would not come, 302 would come, 303 would not come...

                                  The HD Recorder was replaced in February 2015. The new STB was also giving similar problems. My night mare started when I called the call centre on 121. I have reproduced the smss received from airtel from 18/3/2015 till today. I had lodged a complaint today after logging into my account. Though it says that I would receive a call within 2 hours I have not received even an acknowledgement and the problem remains unattended even today.

                                        I lodge a complaint more then 4-5 times against incorrect billed (international Call) of Rs.802.00. After several follow-ups they changes was not happened. Suddenly on 24th my outgoing call get disconnect. Whenever I received called from Airtel I told them I will agree to pay my bill except the international call amount should be deducted.
                                        Kindly look in to this issue and resolve the issue at the earliest if you can? At the end still I ensure you that I will pay my bill on very next hour of resolution received.

                                        My MDN number is [protected] and I am using this connection from May 2009. However the bills which I have received for the month of July and August are totally incorrect. Please provide me the usage details for the month of July and August so that I can figure out facts in details and accordingly make payments.

                                        I have also tried to get in touch with your Customer Care Support in vain with no information what so ever.
                                        Please treat this issue on an urgent basis and also suggest further course of action.

                                        Please do the needful. I will be glad i[censored] can send me the usage details via email.

                                        Please be informed that after receiving mail/complain from me,nothing has been done till today which is distrubing me a lot.Request you to stop my service which i am not using for last 10 days & send my uptodate correct bill ,so that i can sellte it. If i do not get my final bill within 3 days , i will not be liable to pay bill for future. From the starting i have never a defaulter for payment for right/wrong bills.Also i am surprise to see how you raise the bill amount of Rs 2420,when your rent for unlimited uses is Rs 1000.

                                        I am using your Data Card-No-[protected] for last 5 years Last 5 years i am getting bill for Rs 420 per month .But last few months i am getting bill amount more that which i paid also, after using same way which i used to use for last 5 years .I think there is some problem with this which is disturbing me .As per last 5 years record amount for this month(2470.94) can not be correct.



                                        Request you to correct this & send corrected bill ,so that i can pay & disconnect this as per proper way which i maintained for last 5 years.

                                        There was wrong provisioning done by Airtel in August which deactivated my 149 /2 GB plan and activated 98 / 1GB plan.
                                        This was done without my knowledge.

                                        Due to this a pro rata billing was done in my Sept bill ([protected]), which is cheating.

                                        gprs 2gb [protected]@10p/10kb rental 149/- 02/08/2012 09/08/2012 38.45 0.00
                                        gprs 1gb [protected]@10p/10kb rental 98/- 11/08/2012 13/08/2012 9.48 0.00(this is wrong)
                                        gprs 1gb [protected]@10p/10kb rental 98/- 14/08/2012 19/08/2012 18.97 0.00(this is wrong)
                                        gprs 2gb [protected]@10p/10kb rental 149/- 20/08/2012 01/09/2012 62.48 0.00


                                        I had only asked for 149 /2 GB plan. I don’t know why 98/ 1 GB plan is reflecting in my bill.
                                        Due to this the amount difference is too much.

                                        Can you please make the necessary corrections in my bill and resend?

                                        Today I have received call from [protected] couple of time ( 11:08am & 11:13am)one of lady speaking from your end. Without understanding an issue she was diverting the subject and wasted my time.
                                        In-spite of come with the resolution her noise is very rude and replied that "we are not interested to talk with you".
                                        Is this way Airtel will communicate with consumer.
                                        Kindly let me know if you are serious toward my issue, otherwise I will search another service provider.
                                        Expecting firm resolution and same should be highly appreciated.

                                        I have ported my No. [protected] from Tata to Airtel Postpaid just two months before.When i ported my connection in your Airtel outlet in NIT faridabad, I have opted 999 plan with Roaming incoming free plan of Rs. 75/- as my no. always remains in the roaming. i have paid my first bill on time and when i got the second bill i came to know that Rs. 75/- additional pack for roaming incoming free has not been executed by you even it has mentioned in my application form and as well as when i activated my no. through your customer care i have been confirmed for this additional pack of Rs. 75/-.

                                        Now in my bill all incoming roaming charges has been leivied by yourside. I request you to waive off all incoming call charges of my bill as soon as possible so that I can pay my bill amount on time.

                                        I have talked many times in your customer care for these charges but there is no satisfactory response given by your side. Now I have already paid Rs. 1200/- through mobile banking for my bill please update this amount. My transaction Id is AXISLNPU82W51023 which i got through my mobile banking transaction.

                                        Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i have to go for the consumer court door.
