Hi,
This is regarding my postpaid mobile connection [protected] provided by airtel. I have been using this number for the past 6 years. Recently I got an update that there is an offer for 3G usage in Airtel which is called 3G Double Dhamaka plan. I was in a normal Rs. 98 GPRS plan where I was getting 2Gb free in a month. I thought of giving a try to the 3G stuff and changed my plan to Rs. 100 for 200MB. The highest speed offerred by Airtel is 21.1 Mbps as advertised by them. I am not asking for that speed any how and just need something near to 5-10% of the top speed. Right now I am getting a speed of around 300 Kbps which is not acceptable at all. I raised a complaint with Airtel customer care and they said I will get a call within 4 hours, I waited till 4 days but still notcall. I called Airtel customer care again and they said they are escalating the issue and not able to give me a reason whether why I didn't get a call or whether why the issue is not resolved.

I just wanted to make awareness to all the Airtel 3G users, you are not getting the speed for which your paying and what they advertise. I will update this in facebook and also please inform this to all your friends who are using 3G. Airtel is cheating all their customers and people are not aware of it at all.

    my name is praveen Kumar Saraf, i am from Jharkhand, before more than 10days back i activated my black berry plan of 399, but till now they dont activated & deduct my balance on the same date, when ever i used to call customer care they dont take care of this issue and ask me to drop a mail, when i mail to a company they never use to respond me,

    they use to promise me that they will be get back to me within 24 hrs, but no response,
    they ask me to mail this issue, then also i am not getting any kind response,
    just for the BB 399 plan i already spend around more than Rs150 then also its of no use,
    if i am wrong, u all might be having all the conversation between me and ur executive, u can hear,

    this will be the final mail from my side.

    every day i used to get a call from ur executive & they use to tell me that "they will get back to me with half an hour but i don't kw when your half an hour will get over, all ur executive calling me one by one & asking the concern,
    THIS KIND OF SERVICE AIRTEL IS PROVIDING TO THERE CUSTOMER.
    AND UR TELLING ME MY CONCERN HAS BEEN RESOLVED, HAVE YOU EVER CALLED ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE, HAVE YOU CROSS CHECKED THE ISSUE, IF NOT THEN DONT HAVE A RIGHT TO TELL THAT THIS PROBLEN HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

      Dear Sir,

      I have been a customer or Airtel Prepaid phone for more than 5 yrs. It feels very miserable when you ask any query to a Airtel customer care representative about any validity recharge issue or any plan that you would like to know. They either don't know anything or they don't want to share anything that is important for us to know.

      Recently, the validity of my mobile phone number ([protected]) number got expired. I received no message and when I spoke to a customer representative, I was told to call some other number. Do these people have no idea? Are they kept to trouble us by asking us to call every other number to resolve our issue? I still have my phone off due to this. The other number I tried calling doesn't resolve my problem.

      Please look into this.

        Hello,

        Mysel[censored]mesh Bari, My Airtel Postpaid Mobile no. is [protected],

        On 4 th Aug 2011 I have activated 2GB internet pack by sending SMS AGPRS98 to 51619, in return of which I got sms with reference ID for AGPRS98: 33737114.
        After that My bill for 8 days was Rs.784/- against which I asked waiver of Rs.500/- (Internet charge) from Airtel which they also agreed & pass on to me.

        But in Bill duration 12th Aug to 11 Sept 2011 they are not agrreing any waiver & have stopped my outgoing service for not paying total bill of Rs.3666/- . In between bill period once I hvae done trial & error & just sent sms of AGPRS98 on same 51619 on date 22nd Aug 2011, against which again I received sms with reference ID for AGPRS98 : 34009838.
        Now I Airtel is not agreeing on Activation made on 4th Aug 2011 & even after a chain of mails to Airtel I am not getting an appropriate response & struggle to contact Airtel as they have barred my outgoing & also barred my number from Complaint Helpine 121 & 198 from date of bill which is 12 th Aug 2011.

        If any clarification required, please call.

        Kindly intervein in to the matter and solve my problem.

          sir, i had applied for airtel iptv on 8 august 2011 and deposited all required doccuments and a cheque of rs. 1750 of punjab & sind bank pitampura branch cheque no.- 468002 date[protected] at A.K book depot, pitampura (airtel authorized dealer). the cheque has been cleared from my bank account on[protected]. but till[protected] my connection has not been installed. i had a word with :-
          1) vipul goel - chanel manager
          2) dalip kumar dubey - team leader retail sales
          but not getting any response.
          Airtel IPTV is not working for me for last 3 weeks and they are unable to fix the problem. The base product is a very defective one. IPTV simply does not work even when they say it is working. I had been an airtel customer for last 15 years and now I am severing all the relationships with them. Their customer service and complaint management has gone down into abyss. Their loss.
          kindly response as early as possible
          I have paid Rs. 3500 + Rs 500 for Airtel IPTV installation on Jul 4, 2013 and had been promised to provide the service within 2 days. It is been over 33 days I have not recieved any Airtel IPTV installation. And irony is that Airtel called me today to explain about the bill.

          I have called many airtel customer care numbers to lodge a complaint regarding Airtel, but everytime was routed to call different number with no help.

            My RTN is [protected](Mr. Bhadresh) i am facing very poor service from airtel digital tv.

            I have recharged my account with 1100rs threw HDFC Bank debit card as on 10.08.11 but recharge is not successful so I have recharged another 1100rs threw local dealer as on 10.08.11. When I checked my balance as on 11.08.11,my balance is shown 2200rs. that means debit card recharge is successfully done and I have choose annual pack.

            I never told to airtel for amount reversal but unfortunately my balance is deduct with 1100rs without any information as on 21.9.11. and my connection is deactivated . Still now i don't get 1100rs in my bank account. I am sending my bank statement for your reference.

            I was told airtel customer care executive(mr ashish pande, atul ,hemangi) 7 to 8 time and i was sent a mail to your customer care and nodal desk(3 to 4 times) but my problem is not resolved till now.

            Currently i have selected annual pack but i want to change my pack in daily basis because my service is deactivated so, plz change my pack and resume my service as soon as possible.

            Can anybody resolve this issue?

            AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Non receival of connection in spite of Money Deduction from my bank account

            Sir,
            I have registered for an digital TV connection through your site www.airtel.in/digitaltv on 22 NOV 2009 at 6 pm. There was a TECHNICAL ERROR in your site while registering my connection but an amount of Rs.3850/- had been DEDUCTED from my bank account. After that, i received no communication from your side on the status of my connection. i also DID NOT receive my customer id number nor my mobile number could be registered in your database. So PLEASE try to my resolve my problem at your earliest.

              Hello,

              I applied for AIRTEL broadband on June month.(Application no: CH1191797)
              An AIRTEL guy gave me a reciept and collected Rs.1299 from me saying that connection would be given in 2 days.

              After one or two weeks, no reply from AIRTEL. I contacted and they said that my house is in a non-feasible area.So asked me to cancel the application on JULY month.

              I cancelled it on July 1st week. They assured me that I would het my money within 15 days.

              It is October and I have not got any good response from them.

              So, I started to e-mail about my concern from August month, Whenever I send e-mails, they would reply me with a a fresh ticket number.
              The ticket numbers I've got are:

              2982820
              3495012
              3656048
              3733330
              4689012

              They would set a dead-line for each and every ticket number. And if I send an e-mail on the dead-line date about that, they don't reply me.

              After 2 days, they will ask me to wait for another 1 week and issue me a new ticket number.

              I even tried to call to these numbers [protected] and [protected] about my refund status or about the ticket numbers.

              But you know what these people are doing? They will put the line on hold for 10 minutes and I have never got any fruitful reply from them. So I will lose Rs.10 on each call(I've lost more than 70 rupees to get my own money) This made me to stop calling to those numbers.

              Please anyone help me to get my money.
              Please forward this complaint to anyone in AIRTEL.

                To be precise, I am listing my problem in short. I have two complaints.
                1. Network coverage issue at my home since last 8 months.
                2. I gave up on airtel and applied for MNP, but they rejected it.

                I am airtel post paid customer since last 4 years. I did not wanted to shift to any other service provider and hence i waited for 8 months to resolve this network coverage issue(I think is the most genuine reason to apply for MNP). Finally when I applied for MNP, immediatly i started getting calls from them but nothing got resolved. i also wested lots of time talking to customer care and explaining whole strory every time.

                After this story I am not interested in being with airtel any more. I am ready to appeal to TRAI and go to consumer court if required.

                  This is regarding the service I am getting by booking Airtel Digital TV Online to bring to the notice of higher officials.

                  I booked the connection Online on 19th-SEP-2011 , I opted for South value sports and the person from Vriti Interactive said the actual price is Rs 2190/- but we have a 100 discount so pay Rs 2090/- Person who contacted me (manish.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com).

                  After calling customer care several times the connection was installed in my premises on 30th-SEP-2011.

                  Now on 3rd-OCT-2011 , I am not able to view anything in my TV.I have been calling customer care many times and they have been asking for 5hrs time for the past 3 days for activating my account. I am getting a ERROR CODE 6 or sometimes ERROR CODE - B001.

                  Please do the needful or suggest on the next steps to be taken.

                  i am also facing same issue, useless customer care people and useless service center people. useless is not the correct word but i mean to say that words can't come out to write as word in . i am stronglly suggected to my friend who bough new TV recentlly, he went to choose another famous Dish connection. please send this message to all and don't use the AIRTEL DTH TV

                    My mobile number is[protected] and has been blocked by Airtel (Prepaid) for outgoing calls today (oct 4th 2011) without any prior information. The reason for blocking is the documents i submitted are not in line with what Govt of india wants.

                    I am using this mobile since last 9-10 years and stay at the same address. I made so many calls to customer care service most of the times the calls get disconnected while waiting for a customer care executive. However after trying for almost about 30 minutes i got thru and they said that i had a verification bar. The representative even asked me to verify my address and the address i gave on the phone exactly matched with what Airtel has in their computer system.

                    I checked with them why my number was having a verification bar, they mentioned that i did not answer the questions correctly when they called me for verification.
                    I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FOR VERIFYING MY DETAILS in last 2-3 months. Please give me the details of when i received that call, who called me, date and time etc... otherwise don't provide this reason to block my outgoing calls.

                    Also, I would like to know what is the Governemnt Norm (document) that mentions the customer to submit verfication documents every now and then, and what has been the changes in norm NOW that requires us to submit the documents again ? What is the frequency of submitting documents again as per this norm?

                    I hope my problem is resolved immediately., The REP told me that they can only activate my mobile outgoing calls after i submit the documents, however there are other operators like Tata etc. they activate the customers immediately and give them a week;s time to submit the documents. Then why AIRTEL does not have this? All service providers should treat their customers equally when the REASON is the same for blocking outgoing calls..

                    Airtel Postpaid — Barring outgoing calls without any details

                    This is with reference to the complaint number F[protected] with Airtel customer care.

                    I started my postpaid connection with Airtel in month of September after verification of all my details (my residence proof).

                    Suddenly on 25th of september i got a call from Airtel customer care executive to re submit my identity proof on the same day threatening that otherwise my services would be discountinued.
                    My Passport proof copy was submitted on 25th September itself;however by evening my outgoing calls had been barred.

                    After enquiring at the customer care,they told me that i am supposed to fill up the Subscriber enroll ment form at the Airtel centre.

                    I visited Airtel centre,Kalyan but they told me that the form need not be submitted and my services would be started again.

                    The services given by Airtel are really in a pathetic state.

                    I am using service since more than 4 years.In last 4 years I have submitted the document twice.Now after so many year they certainly blocked My service for address proof and identity proof.

                    Airtel — block my outgoing without intimation

                    I had taken 2 sim card in my sons name giving his driving licence as id proof the numbers are [protected] and [protected] for 15 to 20 days there was no problem then i could not call (outgoing) i felt must be network congestion due to rains whenever I would dial any number I would get the message call line congestion for two week i kept quiet thinking it is due to rains but thir d week past by i asked my son to findout with the person whom i bought the cards he asked us to contact airtel when he went to them they are telling us the number is registered in some muslim fellows name how can this be possible it is I who had filled the form with my own hands and submmitted it with the copy of the license as well as the photographs then how can a muslim name appear in our registration now when we are asking him to cancel he is asking us details of that muslim person who is hell is that man god alon knows from where are we to submit his details are your people blind who do registration and it is done purposely to harass people. It would be kind enough if you please cancel both numbers. your services are miserably bad. we have one card of idea for past three years but till date we did not have such a problem. did a great mistake by taking airtel. please cancel our number immediately.

                      Sir, I have called a customer executive over my mobile phone @ [protected], preppaid conection, Maharashtra circle, regarding my complaint for Deduction for "Sona Jeeto" Service/Quiz without my concent. I have been complaining for such deductions without my concent and request to "STOP" such deductions and start DND to stop such deductions options. I have got deduction Rs.5/day.

                      I request to "STOP" this Service that never I asked for "Cease" and "Refund" at an your earliest.

                        I had an IPTV connection in gurgaon, recently I shifted to Indirapuram Ghaziabad. For that I had to transfer my IPTV connection from gurgaon to Ghaziabad. I called airtel customer care on 20th september that I want to shift it from gurgaon to ghaziabad as I am moving there on 1st october. He said leave you phone number with us, person from airtel will call on 1st oct and get the details and documents to shift the connection. It will take 5-7 days. I was relieved and shifted to indirapuram on 1st october.

                        I did not receive any call and again chased them on 3rd oct. They dont have any helpline number updated on their website under 'IPTV' section. But ultimately I was able to get one number, I called them and they gave me the number of Nitin Krishnan of ghaziabad region and asked me to call there. I could not connect to his number as it was always busy. Then after more struggle I got another number of gurgaon to call upon 4444198, executive said I should lodge a complaint and make the pending payment. I immediately made the pending payment and she gave me the request number which is 5082944. She said I will get a call with in 24-48 hours and will be done in 5-7 days. She got the new address from me.

                        Today I again called and gave the request number, but cust care exec told me that I will have to wait for 1 month to get it done!!!!!! I then called another person and asked him to give me a new connection, he said I will again have to pay 1750 rs(setup box, wifi) to get a new connection. When I asked the logic behind this as I already have setup box and Wifi with me, he said there is no logic, I will have to pay this in order to get a new connection else I should wait for 1 month. This is pathetic, company like airtel is looting people of their hard earned money and are monopolizing the market.

                        I request you to please look in to the matter and help me getting it done asap. Thanks!

                        Airtel Ltd./ IP TV — installation pending

                        I have taken a new connection of IP TV by paying amount 1750. Having CAF number:2388760 sales person Mr. Gunjan having contact no :[protected].
                        Person came from on 8th September and taken out my previous connection Dish TVwiring att 1217 DLF Phase 3, gurgaon and said installation engineer is coming in half n hour but till now no installation has been done. After logging a complaint in [protected], I was given a ticket number 37490926.
                        After calling up on customer care on 13sep10 I was told that ticket number 37490926, not for installation issue but for phone not working. After reming on hold for pretty long my call was transferred to executive Zainab, who has provided another ticket number 37558662. What is the ticket number game being played by Airtel?
                        I want justice as why we are being misguided and even after making payment have to call up customer care again and again, which takes at least half an hour to get through the executive.
                        Please get my connection installed or get my money refunded with reinstallation of dish TV wiring.

                        AIRTEL IPTV/BROADBAND — Shifting of connection

                        Hi,
                        I had lodged a Request# 39106430 for shifting my AIRTEL IPTV/Broadband Connection within Dwarka on 11th October,2010. This request in pending till date (29/10/2010) despite being given assurances that this will be done within 24hrs by the AIRTEL cusomer care. I have called up the call center atleast 10 times only to find the same answer every time. I had escalated the matter to the Nodal Officer as well as the Apellate officer of Airtel but no response has been recieved till date.
                        More over Mr Manish from the AIRTEL sales team has been contacting me again and again to change my request from shifting the existing connection to apply for a new connection. He has his own reason to suggest me that my request from shifting of connection will not be completed anyhow.
                        I never expected such a response from AIRTEL.
                        If somebody from AIRTEL reads this please let me know the time in which my connection will be shifted.

                        Thank you for the resolution of my complaint, the shifting took place on 30th October, 2010. Please send across an updated bill (Pro-rata basis) for the month of October deducting chanrges for the period of 20 days, during which my services were stalled.

                        I am facing the same problem. I had lodged a Request # 6328964 for shifting my AIRTEL IPTV/Broadband Connection within Gurgaon on 28th October 2011 and made numerous calls to Airtel after that, but every time I get the same response that "we have forwarded your call to senior department", but this request in pending till date (02/11/2011). If somebody from AIRTEL reads this please let me know the time in which my connection will be shifted and whom to contact now to get the resolution. Each and every executive is giving some or other time and after that there is no call. I am left with new choice but to file an RTI.

                        Thanks for such a bad behaviour airtel team.

                        We are facing same problem, executive came same day(3rd nov) to collect the cheque for new connection. After that there are multiple follo ups from our side but no success. I am just following up with customer care every time I get a new reference number but it doesn't help. Ref #: 51190566 is still pending. Please get the installation done.

                          There is no doubt that you people have lost 40% of market.

                          Am pleased to inform you that I have faced worst service from airtel and am tired of telling the stories again and again.

                          Here the crap begins. I was a postpaid customer and I have paid the bill through card on Saturday and requested them to convert to prepaid near kormanagala outlet.

                          Person named Ramya she was so irresponsible that she told me it would take twenty minutes to reflect system .It took almost 72hours to reflect that was on Monday evening she confirmed me that it had been done on Monday evening. L had provided all the documents on Saturday itself to airtel office to convert to prepaid .Tuesday evening I had recharged and got validity for one year. Unfornately on Thursday it got disconnected due to documents was not submitted. One Saturday 01/10/2011 I had been to kormangal an outlet they informed me that due to signature they did not submitted the documents.

                          Why the hell I did not get the call then was my question. No answer from them.

                          Later I resubmitted the documents and they had given me 3 days of time. So for three days I was not able to make the call. Why the hell does it takes three days just to update the information THEN WHAT IS THE SLA THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS.

                          EVERY TIME I CALL CUSTOMER CARE EACH BUNCH OF FOOLS PROMISES ME. RAMYA, team LEADER KALID, MANAGER SATISH, EMPLOYEE YOSAHDA, SUMATHIRA.

                          NO DOUBT INDIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST. PERSON CALLED HIMSELF SATHIS CLEARLY TOLD THAT WE CAN ESCALATE IT AND HE WAS READY TO GIVE ME THE EMAIL ID. WHY THE HELL THESE GUYS ARE THERE HERE AND Y U CALL UR SELF AS BEST SERVICE. DUE THIS BUNCH OF FOOLS AM CONVERTING TO VODAFONE OR BSNL. SORRY TO TELL YOU I HAD FOUR CONNECTIONS WITH AIRTEL ALL ARE BEEN CHANGED.

                            Tomorrow evening when i checked my balance, it was about 39.?? Rs. but at night when i checked after calling 12131(it is a toll free no.) it was cut down to 0.03 Rs.. When i checked why this deduction has took place(by sending "Last" to 121) it shows me for 'value added services' deduction of 39.04 (0.30+ 10.84 + 0.90+ 27.00,all deductions as value added services). There is no value added service being activated on my cellular phone!!
                            Tell me for what service my balance has been reduced to nil and i want to deactivate it too.

                              company has cheated me more than 3 times by their hello tune service. i havent copied any hello tune from any number but they cherged a huge amt many times by saying that i hv copied the said hello tune.

                                Mailed following to Airtel multiple times, received auto acknowledge mail assuring response within 24 hours. Only Recoveryt team is calling me, still waiting to hear from Customer CARE (what is that) team.

                                I had requested to shift my connection to Airtel on 20th August but they asked me to clear all my bills. So I paid on 23rd August Rs 690 to clear the bills and raised request to shift on 23rd August itself. Airtel committed shifting within 10 days (top), charges Rs 350.

                                FYI, I have shifted at walking distance from my old home. Hardly a distance of 200 meters. Despite multiple calls, innumerable requests they never shifted but when it was time for billing cycle they remembered to call me. Airtel is now asking me to pay Rs 851 for phone and internet usage for the period when they ensured that I don't use the service.

                                I had informed their escalation managers Mr Santosh/Mr Sajan to cancel my connection and have sent multiple mails to that effect. They won't disconnect and won't shift but they will charge.

                                Airtel Broadband — Non-Existent - Customer Service

                                Hi Guys

                                I don't know how many of you have noticed it, but I have tried reaching the Airtel cutomer service many times over the internet.

                                First of all, they don't have a TOLL FREE number.

                                Secondly, nobody replies on the email.

                                There is not way of reaching them free of cost if you are availing their services, apart from calling them from their mobile or landline.

                                Isn't it a deviation from the rules laid down by the regulatory authorities like TRAI ?

                                Airtel — Payment done but still Harassing by calling

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am Airtel Customer. I have many complaint about Airtel

                                Complaint No 1.

                                I am not getting Bill copy every month. Once in a while I am getting. Many times I have given complaint but no use.
                                Complaint No. 2.

                                Airtel is not updating their System. I am using my Number since last 1 year. Immediately getting Airtel connection, I got legal notice from Airtel that I have not paid previous dues. I am workig lady. Post office was not delivering the Legal notice to others. I got intimation from post office to come & collect the document. It wasted my lot of time to go to post office and collect the same. I later came to know that It was the previous user's legal notice for not paying the amount. But It was sent to my address in my name. really disgusting.I got 2 to three legal notice and later it stopped.

                                I have paid my December 09 Bills by cheque Ref:020988 Amout Rs.558. cleared on 2nd January. Bank statement copy is attached herewith. We have dropped the cheque well in advance even though we dont get the bills. But From January 2nd every day I use to get 2 to three calls that I have not paid the Bill amount. I was saying them that it has beed paid already pls. check from your end. But No. Airtel is Airtel. They know how to herrase people without any reason. Till date I am getting calls to make payment. And their Bill collection executives are so rude. They are saying I have to go to their Airtel Centre to show the proof that I have already paid. Why I should waste my time even though I have paid.
                                It is realy disgusting and from the very beginning my Airtel Experience is very bad.

                                Kindly look into the matter

                                Airtel Broadband — Wrongly billed for non-existent connection

                                Six months back I had applied for shifting of my Airtel broadband connection. The request was taken and there was no response from Airtel after that. After my repeated attempts to get the shifting done, finally after two months these guys admitted that the connection was not feasible at my new address. Airtel Broadband does not have any kind of existence in the vicinity. But I was billed during this period and the billing has not stopped even now. I had called the customer service to rectify this issue but nothing has happened yet.
                                I am still receiving phone calls from Airtel asking me to pay the bill for a non-existent connection. If somebody from Airtel happens to read this, please fix this issue.

                                  Airtel is not providing NOC without any reason for my numbers [protected] and [protected].
                                  I sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and called customer care, but they refused. I have also visited AirTel relationship centre Aundh, Pune. They refused me and said that we do not have authority to give you the NOC letter. People at relationship centre do not even interested to talk to me.
                                  I have already paid my bill amount in advance.

                                      It has been very very bad experience with Airtel Customer Service with me. I want to change my service provider & go with docomo. I tried 3 times for MNP & get PORT numbers. But every time I got call from airtel. I was promised to be given a WIN CUG 149 Plan activated on my 2 Airtel mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] time (within 4th Sept'11 to 3 Oct'11), however the promise was not kept yet. Mrs.Rashmi, Mr. Nitesh was given promises to me. They said according to Win CUG 149 Plan- Airtel to Other Mobile .30 paise per minute. But when i check airtel website about that Win CUG 149 plan, nowhere that type of plan occured. Pls I am requested them to resolve this issue as early as posible. However, there has been no resolution given.

                                      Hope, through this I may be able to reach the higher authorities and get what I wanted.

                                        For nearly the past 2 months, I have been struggling with frequent Wifi disconnection issue at my place. It was installed by Vijay who represented AirTel/Beetel who was in a hurry and did not give any specific details and also failed to get me the voucher while he got away with the modem that I had earlier (as he replaced it with Beetel 450TC1). When I initially placed a request to convert the physical connection to WiFi, Aritel did assign that job to Srikanth who closed the request the very same evening without even turning up after 10 days. When queried about the delay with Airtel, this incident was brought to my notice and they sent Vijay for installation who collected Rs. 1500/- without providing the voucher and vanished with the modem that I was using. It was told to me that Airtel will have the records of when the instrument was installed and will act as a warranty should there be any complaints with the instrument. They sent multiple so-called engineers to check the issue here and it was once again Srikanth who was assigned the job and never turned up, but he did ensure to close the case as he did earlier. Then came Mudassir (who was understanding and helpful) who was unable to rectify the issue and stated that the problem is with the instrument itself. Since then, I have been struggling to catch hold of Airtel team (Raghavendra, the floor/team manager did promise to help and is unavailable now while Shivaranjini, the floor manager, refused to take responsibility here) who are now singing a different song altogether and are unwilling to take any responsibility here. I am also unable to get in touch with Vijay/Srikanth/Deepak (supposedly the Team Manager) as they are either not picking the calls or the mobile is switched off.

                                        Please help.
