Hello,

I am airtel customers with Airtell data card (No. [protected]- ccount
Number[protected], since last five months.

Background

I am an airtel data-card customer since last five months. Since the time of connection only I am facing issues with the speed & vailability of connection and the services as a whole.

I have logged several complaints and have spoken with customer care infinite number of times but have not been heard so-far. I am paying INR 1124 /month(infinite download-No Cap service) as the services charges for the services availed by me but till now, I have not been able to get the transmitted volume more than 0.75 GB.

Please note that I have this airtel number as data card so, I am reachable on my alternate number but these tickets have been closed without even talking to me. [I checked and found that they were generally calling on my data-card number and close the ticket(I do not have any clue, how can some-one try on data card number)

Actions Taken by me:

1. Speaking to Airtel data card services several number of times.

2. Follow-up on the complaints raised by me. As I mentioned most of them got closed without speaking to me)

3. Tried reaching you to Nodal office & Appellate in Mumbai (Nos.
[protected] & [protected] - As given in website for grievance ) but no replies on the calls to these numbers also. [I am surprised].

Request for help by your forum please.

My self chitra from mukut hotel & resorts Pvt ltd. Delhi.
We are useing your 15 lines corporates connection [protected] to [protected] numbers to our office Since last two years, But now this time i am very much dissatified to your custmer care exe.
I am losed my mobile no [protected] on 11 of july, & the same time i am call to your servuice center to block my sim with the immedate effect & please issued a new sim for the same number in the favour of mukut hotel & resort pvt ltd. Your c c e Mr Jitender said please mail these details & the airtel give you the new sim on 12 of july.
on 12 july i am not reciveing any sim from your side & i am again call to youe service center & talk with your c c e by the name of varunesh. he ia told me your sim is not deliverd to because saturday & sunday, you are receving your sim on 14 july ( monday ), but you mail again will all details, i am mailed all things again to you on 12 july.
till 14 july eveing we are not recevied any sim, i am agian called up & again your c c e said, you recive your sim on 15 july.
Finely 15 july eveing i am recived sim from your side after that i called up to your service center & tell my new sim no to your c c e, than your c c e said your sim will activated another 1 hour.
today is 15 july i am called 3 times in your center & talked with your ex at 11.30 i was talked with Mr Anubhav he said your sim is start near 12.30, secondly, i made a call again near about 1.00 Mr Ritesh he is told me again the same thing & give me the tme is 2.00 pm, Again i called up at this & Mr Imran is there & he give me one new thing your sim is not actived & he give me the resone please mail all these details, finaly i am very disapointed & dissatisfide with you c c e, why they are fooling the custmers, & not told the right thing custmers at one time, I said to imran all this thing & told please transfering my line to your seinor likr any shifft manager or fool manager but he simply refuse it that told me no body is there, so many times i am requesting them finaly he transfer my line to mr Navneet . i am told all these things to mr naveen he told me mail your sim nunber, finaly i mail all things. and call agnin to mr anaveen you had recived my mail, this time he said all mail o your company letter head, your all c c e is not give the right thing in one call & all your c c e are need training progrramm, they are not giving the proper thing to the custmer & the custmer face lot of the problems .

please i requet as per your comittment, you are not give any sevices, & at this time i am not activaed my sim, due to that thing, i am lose so much bussiness its a help line of company, who are pay the compalsation this is you c c e s fault & my company was suffering for a big loss, you please activated my sim, i am not except this type of services like airtel, i am take a legal action againt your company. & mail this same copy to Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal.

Please revert me back as soon as possible. with acitvited my sim number
I have an Airtel data card bought in August 2007. In June of last year I began having problems with the connection frequently dropping out. I went to the customer care center in Bangalore, where I live and was told that this is a generic problem with all Airtel data cards and that it will be fixed shortly. No impovement ever happened.

I am now in Chennai on a long term assignment and need the data card for internet work. I made a complaint about the service on 04/12/08 and did not receive a satisfactory reply for 2 weeks. I kept calling the customer service and was told either that it is a problem for all data cards or that it was a problem only with me and that the technical staff were working on it. After God knows how many calls to Airtel, I finally received a call from them to say that it is a problem will all data cards and they are being replaced with USB modems. When asked by when this would be done, I was not given a definite answer.

I have now been in a strange city with no data card service for over 3 weeks and Airtel does not seem to be interested in doing anything about it.

Since Airtel knew of the problem long ago, why was no action taken earlier? Why do they wait for a cutoemr to complain and then not respond? It seems that Aitel is too big to care about its customers.

My data card number is [protected] and my complaint number is 19603942.
Requesting to everyone, don't buy Airtel Data card, as they are looting the customer.

AIrtel is big fraud orgainsation.

And also alert everyone don't buy data card.

This is Nitin diixt with airtel data card no [protected], i m not satisfy with this service, i had never seen this type of poor services, i m facing may problem with this card, i had called many time in customer care, but there is not service from that side, i[censored] r not able to give the services let me know...

I have already told for unscribing the desi tashan by calling the c.c about three weeks back even then weekly Rs.20/-per weekis being deducted from my prepaid account, which is not fair, for doing SMS the link to 57775 was also blocked .this type of business will spoil the faith on AIRTELL service
Kindly UNSUB desithasan immediately and also remit the deducted amount to my account

    Dear Airtel,



    Today i visited your airtel outlet at Lifestyle, Hyderabad.

    I am surprised to see the reaction of the executive who spoke to me.



    I had requested for "transfer of my ownership" number bearing[protected] that too one month before 17 of Sep, 2007and submitted all the documents they asked for.

    I was waiting for the response and confirmation from Airtel but i was disppointed .I repeatedly called up Customer Care and they promised me that the transfer will be done by 1st Oct and they gave me a Service request number 14070731. After that also my issue was not solved and i have called Customer care 4-5 times after that without missing.Everytime i called they said concerned person will call me back but no one has called me back.(they call me for some survey to know how is airtel service)

    Today that is on 18 Oct, 2007 i went to the same outlet and when i approached the executive named NARESH KAMUNI, he looked at me like a bakra and gave neglegent and rude answer.I faced the same type of answers when i visited on 17 Sep from the same guy.

    when i asked his name, as a Gunda he reacted and said i[censored] want take my mobile number also.(How strange airtel is recruiting such a type of Gundas).

    Other executive said my form is not yet submitted by the person who has taken it from me and they reacted as if that person is not from airtel and these people have nothing to do with her.

    Then someone came to me and said i need to submit printed matter on the letter head (they told me after i walk in ) and i had to run for it again .

    I thought Hyderabad is developed in technology but because of Airtel i take these thoughts back.The Airtel Outlet in lifestyle building , Hyderabad is worst than any Govt.office.

    I hope this mail will go to correct person and take proper action on Mr.Naresh Kamuni.

      Dear Mr.Sir,

      This is viji from Causewaybay working in Fashion Profiles in admin department.

      Actually we have shifted our office from No.17,Sarojini Street,Mahalingapuram, Chennai - 600 034 to the below mentioned address.

      NO.28, COASTAL ROAD,
      KALAKSHETRA COLONY,
      BESANT NAGAR
      CHENNAI - 600 090.

      In the above said address we are not getting the airtel signal properly inside the office. But in front office it is working very good. Due to this we are facing problems while talking over mobile (both incoming & outgoing) inside the premises. We have already complained this to customercare office before 3 months but still no action is taken. We have not received any good service from airtel.

      Then we have complained to Mr.Raveendran in Airtel who is the head for Corporate - Coll before 2 and a half months. After that also,we have not recd the repeater from Airtel till now.

      Actually, we are having 20 CUG numbers in our "TAIG Fashion profiles group" and we are paying more than 25000/- per month.

      Even though that Airtel people is not ready to give a repeater / booster to us to solve our problem. So we request you to kindly check into this matter and solve it asap.

        I have been recently tranfered to Bhopal from hyderabad as iam working for an MNC company.As i have to find out accomidation for myself iam looking forward for it and as i want to take an airtel mobile connection i have asked tjhe dealer he has told me that i should have a proper residence proof to obtain an post paid connection and i have if i could get a prepaid one,he said yes and gave me aprepaid connection taking a copy of pan card and my driving license,and on the 14th of this month both incomming and outgoing have been disconnected as i have approached the dealer he was telling me that i cannot do anything it's all upto airtel company was telling me that you might have asked for disconnecting,iam a fool to break up connection ,so what should i do now to get back my connection.Please do suggest.My mobile number is [protected].

          This is to informyou that I am using my sisters number (SIM) i am not able to make outgoing calls and cannot receicve incoming calls, when i try making calls it says the out going facilities is not avilable on you number, I recharged for Rs 260 with a talktim of 98.40 but not able to access any call form the day i recharged from the past 3 daysso please do see to this problem

          Initially AirTel Service was Best In mumbai as we all know but after 2007 the service loose their 1st place..

          We are facing lots of problem due to Bad Airtel Betwork in Mumbai specially in Sub Mumbai..

          We cant even change our no because its our old and Important no for us and our family..

          Please do some thing for improving service of AirTel

            Everyday one person from Airtel and ask for One Raju in my number. Today ,( this may be 100th time in the last one week), I told her that every shift one person come and call me and ask for Raju. Either you stop calling me or change my number.I asked the telephone operator to connect me to her boss. She told the boss in Tamil , that a person is shouting and that boss told her to cut the line. I got the call from +91 [protected] at 16.03 today( 17.10.07).
            I want this nonsense to stop.( I think using call centres will become the worst enemy for these growing companies.)

            Cheating by airtel. sending SMS and charging unnessesaryly.
            Cell phone harassment:

            This is not my real name, but I refrain to show my identity. There is guy harassing me by his vulgar phone calls and indecent text messages and those messages are as much dirty as anyone can think. I don't know what to do, I thought of police complaint but due to some past malicious experience I halt the idea of FIR. while surfing internet, I came to know about this site, does anyone know how to block his no., how can I stop the unwanted calls in my cell ?

              so when ever i dial a airtel no the amt is deducted from the balance its fine problem is that the account enquiry never tells me anything abt the balance available

              Hi All , Do you know how airtel is cheating us, I tried to make online recharge, Airtel poor website never repsond and shows error as captcha not matched, unable to respond, sorry for the incoveniece etc, then i called customer service at 121, to request about the online recharge, this Sucking Airtel has charged 50.ps to reach customer serve for every three or 1 minites, after long hold call get disconnected, i tried agian no use, then i called 198 which is complaint dept for all the telecommunications by default they refuse to take the complaint, however i am unable to compete my transaction, lost about 10 rs for this. see all for one customer they are charging like this, lets calucate for hole customer like this. How ever we its their duty to solve the customer issues how dare this company can charge for this. I USED MNP just sent sms to PORT MOBILENUMBER TO 1900 I HAVE RECEIVED THE SMS WITH PORT NUMBER I CHANGED OVER TO VIDEOCON, VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am updating this just for your awareness. Let them change their policy or let us change. I have changed my 23 friends number form airtel to other networks WITHOUT CHANGIGN THE NUMBER..

              i am using both prepaid and post paid airtel SIM cards in two differnet mobiles.. and i use mostly post paid ..but i also i use prepaid sometimes .. now when i used the prepaid SIM i noticed that the message " SIM card registration failure " .. and also noticed that the no. doesnt exist, so immediately contacted the customer care and they said the no. is dumped... my point is in such cases AIRTEL should first informs the customer before making it dump, also it has some balance amount .. so how to get that balance amount ?

              also, i dont want to lose my this prepaid no. as may of my freinds contact me on this no. So, pl. let me know how to get back this same no.

                I'm new to Pune, Maharstra. I'm using contact no which is in roaming. I have recieved SIM from the Airtel representative and he asked me to wait for two days to activate. I have waited for the activation upto 4 days, and then take it to the notice of the concerned person. He is replying as it was the problem of server and provider ..etc irrelevant answers. Anyhow the SIM was activated after 7days. i'm very happy that time. But twist is here... the number which i was selected earlier is not activated on the SIM. For the same SIM, some other mobile number is activated. And again i have roamed around the Airtel representatives. This is really frustrating because of my Roaming NO, irrelevant no, and irrelevant answers for the problem. I'm not getting what i sthe problem to activate the number in in-time even after submitting the docs which are requested and waited for so long time. Airtel, Please rectify this problem..

                  I have lost my airtel postpaid bearing number "[protected]" along with my handset in the month of September 2007. After that i have complained at airtel office and also lodged a FIR at nearby police station. on 08/10/2007 I was issued a duplicate SIM card with number "[protected]" bearing my old mobile number. But to till date it was not activated. I have tried a lot and met several times at North Lakhimpur branch. I found useless.

                  My sincere request is to get my airtel postpaid (duplicate)issued sim card to be activated at an earliest.

                  My name is Ms. Shweta Avadhane, and my mobile number is [protected], it is a lifetime prepaid card.

                  This card is on my mother's name Mrs. Shruti Avadhane. From 20th Feb' 08 my mobile id displaying the message of "Unregistered Sim."

                  So, to know the details i went to the Airtel's Head Office in Pune @ Swargate, there it was informed to me that i have sent a message is to be converted to postpaid, but i haven't submitted any such complaint.

                  So, in between all this my calls were diverted to [protected] mistakenlt by Airtel. Later on after complaining against this mess i was told that we accept the mistake & my number will be activated till wednesday 27th Feb' 08.

                  But till the date 29th Feb' 08 it is not activated. Basically I'm a office going girl & i need my number very badly. I need to call 100 people everyday & without any mistake I'm facing problems, Yesterday also I went to the Airtel's office but i was told that it is converted to Prepaid, but still I can't receive any calls.

                  It is a humbel request to Airtel's prepaid department to activate my number as soon as possible.

                  I took the airtel number [protected] which is post paid connection and i disconnected the post paid connection, but i did not get the reimbusrement of 270/- from the airtel as per the agreement, made a number of calls to the customer care, everything remained in vain.
                  Where is Customer sevice centre for the airtel in pune.

                  How can i get the deposit money back.

                  The worst customer service in india. I got a duplicate sim as my orginal sim was 6 years old and was giving insert sim error. The new sim i got on 22-may-08 at 11 am. i was promised that the sim will be active by 6pm on the same day.Till now it is not active. I made 10 customer service calls had to explain the same problem to all of them. some of them will cut the call midway. Finally one guy gave me a complaint no telling it will be resolved by 26th may. They told thier standard answer " sir our server is down there is nothing we can do you have to wait till it is up" .Are they joking 2 days to activate a duplicate sim? Vodaphone will get a duplicate sim working in 15 minutes. These guys have no respect for the customer except they know to tell sorry non stop. Guess the techincal infrastructure of airtel is very poor.
                  My no.[protected] every month automatically gets activated to BACKGROUND MUSIC. I have to deactivate manually each time. This is a clear mess by airtel people. Ask them to beg for ONE RUPEE on roadside if they are bankrupt but donot cause such nuisance to customers otherwise consequences will be harsh hereafter. I am thinking to apply in CONSUMER COURT for such misdeed.

                  I was in prepaid connection when i purchased my my Airtel No [protected]. Later i changed my organization and there I changed my prepaid to postpaid and at present the No is under my organization name Transafe Services Ltd., . My Post paid connection is activated on 10th of February and my bill date is on 17th feb. I received bill for the amount of Rs 420. I paid my bill thr my HDFC BAnk cheque ( MY own account) for Rs 500 on 14th April 2009 (Cheque No 057899, Trichy Road, Coimbatore) and it has been updated for my No on 16th March 2009, the amount has been debited from my bank on 18th MArch. Later the amount was transferred to someother No ( One of my collegues No) which i came to know later with the reference of a mail received from my collegue with another name (Airtel employees Name). So Airtel has Transferred the transaction. For past 10 DAys I m asking Airtel officers to forward me the mail which they have received. REgarding this nearly I have spoke to 50 Customer CAre Executive and The NOdal Officer and the Applete Officer also. But still I didnt get the details. Each and every time i use to explain tis problem for the person whome i m speaking. I have sent lot of emails to [protected]@airtelindia.com. But No use. I think airtel is a useless network. They r . Hope anyone will give me the solution for tis problem. I am thinking of to go to the consumer court and to ask Airtel to pay me 1 LAkh for my inconvenience. For past 10 days I was not able to look after my work. There are lots of aoutgoing barr also. Anyone help me to go to consumer court for the complaint.

                    am using airtel mobile office(internet), when i want internet, am sending message "internet on" to 121 or 52121.after 5 minutes message come like internet activated and reduced ur balance rs.15 and u maintain rs.30.
                    after 23 hours message come to me like ur "internet will be de-activated in 1 hour.send internet on to 121 for active internet again". this is the process i know and using this process for 2 years.
                    but am use internet last at[protected]. on date[protected], am send internet on to 121, internet acive on my mobile, after 23 hours[protected]come ur internet deactivated in 1 hour.after 1 hour internet deactivated on my mobile and deactivation message also come.am not send message for activation agian

                      dear sir,

                      i m a costomer of airtel. i have a internet conection of airtel,which is conect through simple lancable(ethernet). but before take this connection ,i say to your local area incharge that i want to net with "USB" cable . but he provide me net with simple lancable.after that i talked to costmor care & superviser .then after that he said to me that we will provide USB after three days. then i waited them.after three days he said to me that we are sending USB within 3 hour .but after 3 hour he toled to me that we can't provide USB. because this scheme hase closed.during in this three days i was waiting to USB.and this time was very valueble for me.and i was must need o[censored]SB.and i was hope that the USB provide to me.but it could not happen.if the superviser told me in the starting that this scheme is off then i thinked about another solution. and also the behaviour of all person was not well.

                      My airtel internet connection is not working properly, it takes nearly about 45 mins. to start with and even sometimes it don't start.I am using a modem and by my landline internet connection.I have even talked at your customer care but they have really disappointed me a lot.

                          I would like to express my grievance with the Airtel-Bharti company roled injustice. I have copied the mail which was sent to [protected]@airtelindia.com for which no response/action taken by the esteemed organization. I know the pain of my wife how she cud have been broken when she comes to know the information given is wrong. It is very surprised to us, being the big organization how they fail in providing information. Also they advertise email ids in web where there was no reply/response so far. It seems they try to fascinate the middle class peoples and build their biz only.
                          being into service industry if they continue these I dont think peoples will support in future. Humanity should be there in each and every work to make money several ways and not fascinating.
                          In service industry SERVICE /RESPONSE with true information is most important and airtel is failed in meeting that.


                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I would like to take a small referral on the below briefed instance.

                          My wife Mrs. Latha had attended interview at Chennai Bharti towers on 30/11/06 Thursday with Mr. Ajit. On the same day she has been advised to attend another test at Nungabakkam with some of the career consultant. She did the same on next day Friday 01/12/06 by morning and it has been told there that the result will be sent to Airtel office and the result can be known by checking with Airtel officials only.

                          Since being the weekend its been left with curiosity and confident in knowing result. By Monday when she contacted[protected] on 04/12/06 Monday to know the result (called by my wife thru her mobile no.[protected] its been told by the person who answered the query that she passed in the test with 62 marks for selection and ensured that she will be selected for the posting for what she attended the interview.

                          In this warm situation, next day she went down to Airtel office at Chennai on Tuesday morning 05/12/06 to meet the officials to know further process. But they asked her to come by evening to know the results.

                          So she made another attempt to meet them by evening on the same day evening. When she contacted it's been dreadful this time they said that she was not passed in the test and the marks are only 39 for which the bench mark is 40.

                          In this greedy situation, I don't understand why the person took the phone on Monday made false information. Being the respectable organization hope the company wont trying to play around middle class peoples in such a way making them in to worst mental agony burst out.

                          We the middle class peoples know the pain of missing the opportunities and horrible when we come to know through some respective desk giving false information.

                          I would like to request you to forward this to the right HR desk or to your management heads in order to not loose the company's integrity and significance.

                          Hi,

                          This is with regards to my mobile# [protected]. I’m NOT a very old Customer but my experience with Airtel has been really horrible & worst. Let me tell you in detail, Recently I sent a mail requesting for decreasing my credit limit from Rs. 1800/= to Rs. 300/= which I got when I took this connection. I exchanged few e-mail with deepa.[protected]@airtel.in & [protected]@airtelindia.com & since I was NOT getting a proper solution I just mentioned “I don't think I'm getting help or we are going anywhere. Please CANCEL my connection” which I didn’t mean it really. Later I spoke to Deepa.BR Corporate Retention who informed me that my request cannot be fulfilled & we both agreed to ignore the request & she also sent me an confirmation (Please check the mail below).

                          Surprisingly, Yesterday my Outgoing calls was barred & my Connection was Suspended without my notification. I called 121 & spoke to two different agents both of them were really very “Rude” & “Unprofessional”.

                          1. Agent# Name -> Mr. Jayson Das: There was No proper call opening/No courtesy. I was asked “What’s your problem” instead of “How can I help ?”. I told that my Outgoing calls has been barred & agent immediately says I haven’t paid my bill. I informed him that my due date was on 18th Oct 2007 & I don’t have online access needed help. Agent said he can’t help & asked me to wait till tomorrow morning & pay the bill in a nearby Airtel Center. I was really upset & asked him to escalate the call to his Manager immediately. Without even asking for reason or asking my permission before placing the call on HOLD Agent banged the phone & put me on HOLD. I was on HOLD for nearly 15 mins & suddenly the call got disconnected. This made me more angry & upset with the Poor Customer Service & Unprofessional way of Handling Customers. I decided to call again

                          2. Agent # Name -> Mr. Girish. R: This guy was good in the beginning till I explained him about my Query & later he informed me that I have requested for “Cancellation” of my connection. I told him what exactly was my query & also informed about the email received from Deepa.BR Corporate Retention but the agent was NOT ready to listen & kept on repeating that connection has been “Suspended” on my request he cannot activate. He requested me to send email from my official id & will take 24-48hrs for the connection to get it activated. I tried explaining him the situation that I’m NOT in the office & I cannot wait till tomorrow & it’s really very urgent but agent was very “Stubborn” & “Rude”. I told him to escalate the call to his Manager & he informed that it’s No use because even he will also tell the same thing. I still insisted on escalating the call & agent asks me to call between 9am to 7pm if I would like to speak to a Manager. I told him that Airtel Customer is very poor & appalling agent didn’t apologized nor reacted to my comments. I asked him for his name he said “Girish.R” & refused to give his Manager’s name nor his employee number when requested. I told the agent that I will write a complaint letter & he happily said “Please Please go ahead”. I was so damn pissed off I said fine & banged the phone on him.

                          Immediately I messaged Deepa.BR (Corporate Retention)at [protected] asking for immediate attention & help but fruitless. This morning she called me & said tools are down & need some time to check & revert back.

                          Later today up I called up 121 & spoke floor manager Anurekha. L who was very patient & listened to my entire worst experience with Airtel & acknowledge to my feelings & assured feedback to be provided to agents for providing Dis-satisfactory Customer service.

                          I'm Not writing this letter to complain you but to share my experience hope you take it as a positive feedback from me. I have taken calls for nearly 3years and have supported and provided Customer service for countries like United Kingdom, USA, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand. I don't think your Call Center hires people who are professional & from good back ground.

                          I being a Customer expect First Class Customer service with excellent benefits & advantages. I hope you do understand my concern. Looking forward for your reply.

                          Airtel has customer address change process just to exploit the customer. I shifted my house from GF179 on the same block to GF 177 on the same floor, same block, and same appartments.
                          I asked the Airtel to verify the address and update in their records. The customer care ask me that they need Rs 300 for update of address.

                          The airtel guy comes daily in Ittina and I know him personally. any day I can give verification of the address. I need no disconnection and shift. I called them just to update that I have changed the house please update your records. and they need money for that.

                          What the hell problem I have if they don't have my correct address. I will be living in the new house. and after 1 year if I disconnect the connection without payment. they cannot even track me.

                          I tried to update them, but the customer care buy Ramesh and his manager Rafeeq, are telling the process. I am also working in company like HP and know the process and its utilization very well.

                          for get I will never update aritel with any update now. the customer care is charging 0.50 paisa for this bull kind of help.

                            Hi Guys,

                            If your sim gets blocked dont panic, its very simple to activate. From any other mobile just type PUK Mobile number to 121. Immediately they will send you the puk number. After entering the puk number it will ask you for pin number which will be 0000.

                            everybody whose sim has been blocked may have to make a sime replacement paying a fee. You got 3 or 5 chances to enter the puc code. If all goes wrong, the sim gets block and u have to change the sim. else you should have consulted the customer care using any other airtel number and asked for the correct puk code before making the last try.

                              Airtel — sim card invalid/lock

                              today as per instruction of customer care officer of airtel gallery at fort mumbai 1 i refilled rs 275 in to my mobile no [protected].but to my surprise the officer at airtel gallery at mulund west near railway station where I went to confrim whether the amount I had refilled was acutally transfered to my account or otherwise told me that the said no has been transfered /alloted to other person and to forget the amount which you have refilled even if the connection is of life time category this is very bad for the reputation of company like BHARATI AIRTEL i would like to know how the said no was alloted to other person also The company should refund the amount I have deposited at their fort Mumbai gallery without fail

                                Hi,

                                I had applied for conversion of Airtel's pre paid card to post paid card. Along with the form I gave all the required document with 100 Rs. as a conversion charge on 22nd September 07.

                                But till today( 15 Oct 07) there is no response from their side. Even when I was tried to call/ meet them I was not got any positive response.

                                Through this forum I would like to say that these kind of companies are only targeting to build their customer size rather then to maintaing the satisfied customer base.

                                help & gave me another no [protected]. Which is absoluetly useless untill your
                                an existing customer.

                                  When my number is not reachable area, instead of saying "This number not in reachable area", it is saying Incorrect recorded voice like "This number does not exist, Please check the number".

                                  Even i given complaint to Airtel, but till now im facing the same problem and they are saying this may be due to sim error. This is happening only in one area (i.e; my office area), than how come it will be sim error?

                                  Please suggest me what should i have to take steps to punish Airtel service?

                                    I undersigned, a r/o HNo.16/497-I, ST.No.14, Bapa Nagar, Military Road, Karol Bagh, NewDelhi-110005, intends to install an Airtel landline/broadband connection at my residence. I approached for the same, in the Pusa Road branch of the company and I was told by the Executive that though there is availability of the connection in the area, but the connection can not be installed at my residence. However, no reason was divulged for the same. Similarly, following my request on date (October 12) lodged vide no. 715756, a SMS containing the inability of the company to provide the same was also received. Again, no reason for not providing the connection was indicated.

                                    2. Later, it has been observed that an Airtel landline connection (No. No.[protected] is already in existence in vicinity of my house. As such, it is presumed that the undersigned has been singled out.

                                    3. It is therefore, requested to reconsider my request for Airtel landline/broadband connection at my residence at the earliest, so that may relation with your esteemed company may continue for ever. It is assured that I will help your to obtain more Airtel connections I the vicinity of my residence, if I am provided with the connection.

                                    I have been charged twice as advance rental under two different bill plans for the same period e.g. Rs. 999 were included in the bill for the period 05.02.08 to 04.03.08 and Rs.998 were included in the bill for the period 05.03.08 to 04.04.2008. Both payments were made under protest as advised by your customer care executive so that the number is not dis-connected.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and REFUND the amount by correcting my next bill amount.

But Yesterday[protected] I received the call from (mukesh communication) saying that the Rs 500 note was fake.Within few minutes after the talk it was found that the amount had been debitted from my account.After which I talked to the vendor(mukesh communication) but he is not cooperating with me.I had talked to airtel customer care about this matter to which they are saying that they(airtel) cant do anything about this, its the matter between vendor and the customer.It was even told to me that the vendor has the right to roll back the amount once crediited.When I had a talk with consumer court about this whole matter and roll back system.They had given me the information that the rights of vendor to roll back the amount is totally inappropriate and they had no information about this sysem.So, they had asked me to write a letter to the airtel nodal officer about the whole matter.He said that I am at fault and nothing can be done in this regard by him.

                                    I am writing on behalf of my relative Mr. Jeyaraman (who has CCd in the mail), who has applied for a airtel connection along with broad band with SEF No : CH 853589, and the connection was requested on May 07 2009. He was in talk with an executive name Moorthi with No [protected]. We did not get any further response back either from the executive/airtel center at adyar (where he has given the application).

                                    When I check call center and spoke to Mr. Sivakumar on July 07'th 2009 he said there is no application associated with this SEF #, and asked me to get in touch with the mail id.

                                    Pl respond back immediately, taking this as a compliant and return the amount back.

                                    He has already paid 1000 rs while sumbitting the application form. His contact number is - [protected]

                                    Hi, my name is Subrat Kumar, i am having a net connection along with an airtel no. I am really frustrated with the worst service of Airtel customer service dept. I got a call from one the representative Mr. Ravi who told me that i have to pay 1000/- Rs. and my account would be settled. He has given me his cell no and told me that i can call him any tme when i would be needed. he also promissed me that afte paying this money my connection would be reactivate. which is not working from last 2 months. When i called Mr. Ravi and informed him about this issue he replied my "I am not an IT person". Such a nonsence. Now the days i am getting call from Airtel to pay my rest money which must be written off according to the statement i was given by Mr. Ravi.

                                    After facing all this pathetic experience i have committed that never ever go for Airtel. where people does not know how to treat with a customer.

                                    i would really appreciate If someone can do something about this.

I received my full and final payment from Company on 07/09/2009.And than i summit my PF form to BHUBANESWAR OFFICE in the month of NOVEMBER but till date they not give any respond of that .And at the same i also complete in PF Grievance Cell .Till date i not receive any information from them.

                                    Suddenly the customer service rep told me that airtel live has used all your funds balance Rs 4 on Dec 20th

                                    I cross checked in Bandra Store near station but they say Airtel live settings not done and you are configured with Mobile office plan as always

                                    Please help me I need the refund or I will be forced to complaint further

                                    Sir/Madam,
                                    I am an Airtel(Delhi) user, for last 7 years.
                                    Earlier I was using post paid connection, 2 years back I made converted my connection to prepaid.

                                    1. I receieve junk/pesky calls/sms regarding some policy/insurance/flat selling for last 2-3 years, , (Please stop such undue calls on my number)
                                    2.I called some pf my contact, though he did not pick up, but 50 paise was charged twice.
                                    3.I used my airtel no. to speak to customer care. But surprise came to me, as voice was announcing that this will be charged by 50p/min.Though this too was disconnected in mid by customer care executive, charged 50p again.(Earlier it used to be free of cost to communicate with home network).
