      We had procured the above mentioned mobile number along with 2 other numbers on the 16th January 2008 for our Company. We had requested activation of ISD facility (and International Roaming) on one of the numbers.

      We have made at least 20 calls to Airtel Customer Torture Numbers (121,[protected], have visited your Customer Harassment Center a few times to get the ISD services activated. Yet, our efforts have been in vain.

      Just to prove a point we picked up a fresh connection from Vodafone and the ISD facility got activated the same day. It is no wonder that Airtel is vehemently opposing number migration. If number migration is allowed, I doubt Airtel will be able to retain any sensible customer.

        Reference to your E-mail[protected] dated 28 jan 08 . i am very thankful to you to acknoledge my e-mail and sent e mail to me You informed me that Airtel gives time to submit document within 30 days of the purchasing of the sim card. In this connection the document were submitted within the specified period on 29 dec 2007. Regarding enquiry verification of my addresss , no one try to contact me , where as address given to you is obvious . My father and my wife are always available in the residence.
        It seems that your excutive made verificationon the table not to spot/sight verification
        hence it is clear that your airtel excutive is whole and sole responsible to prepared table report. There is no fault with me Again I requested to you take the matter seriously and get activated the Mobile No. [protected] and oblized me

          Respected Sir,
          There is a complaint against Airtel (U.P. West). I find that HELLO TUNE is active on my mobile ph. When I contacted on it’s customer care, there was a lady, miss. Kour. I asked her, how Hello Tune is active on my ph. named without my request. She replied, it may be, while you dial a ph. No., at same time you push no. 4 and that no. is for that HELLO TUNE. Again I said, pl. don’t send any SMS or any call, which is for advertisement. It’s your mistake. I asked, my mistake, how? I don’t know. Than I requested to her to forward a complaint about it. She said, you will pay the money, and complaint can’t be forward against it. She talked very badly, I feel, I am helpless. I can’t sleep, I feel very upset. Really, I can’t express my emotions. After that, I said ,I will closed my no. She said, first paid your bill, closed it. I have been this no. for last 3 years. But, this time, I am feeling bad. I can’t sleep, I am hearing her roundly voice.
          Than, I contact Airtel Amroha branch, and told about this. She said, you will pay the charge of this; you can close your ph. How can they do it?
          I am so sad and hope that how can help me. This is my last effort.

          registration of my flexi sim has been rejected . this sim i have taken from brij telecom (mathura) phone no [protected] sim no[protected] so kindly please activate my sim.
          it seems airtel is dire need of funds, hence they are not stopping services when requested to terminate the services. i had visited the airtel office in apr 08 to terminate my airtel connection no [protected].the connection is still not stoppedand i am geting regular bills once again it is requested to disconnect and stop the services forthwith.
          Last month an offer was introduced by Airtel in which a customer would get Airtel to Airtel talktime of Rs.1500 on recharge of Rs. 156.But now, the talk value has been reduced to Rs. 748 without any notice.I think, the marketing department of Airtel is clearly taking advantage of the customers' helplessness.

          1). STARTER PACKS OR SOLD FREE IN YOUR AIRTEL OUTLET IN VANIYAMBADI, THE SAME WE ARE BILLED FOR 49 RUPEES PER CARD.

          2). THE DISTIRBUTORS SALES REPRESENTATIVES ALWAYS SKIP TO GIVE THE BILLS TO THE RETAILERS.

          3). AIRTEL SHOWROOM IN VANIYAMBADI SELLS ALL CARDS INCLUDING RUPEES TEN CARDS TO THE CUSTOMERS COMING TO THEM, IT LOOKS CHEAP, AND THE RETAILERS WHO REPRESENTS DIFFERENT AREAS GET SHORTAGE OF CARDS.

          4). IT ALSO IRRITATES THAT THE SALES REPRESENTATIVES OR COMING ON BICYLES FOR COLLECTION, AND MOST OF THEM DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR DUTIES AND MOSTLY ALL ARE UN-EDUCATED, AND SPEAK RUDELY WHICH WILL DIRECTLY BRING MISREPUTE TO A REPUTED BRAND LIKE "AIRTEL".

          SO WE REQUEST THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SEND CIRCULARS TO ALL THE DISTRIBUTORS AND AIRTEL OUTLETS TO FOLLOW AND MAINTAIN THEIR DUTY, DISCIPLINCE AND DIGNITY.
          WE ALSO REQUEST HUMBLY TO GIVE DIRECTIONS TO THE DISTRIBUTORS TO PROVIDE TWO WHEELERS AT LEAST TVS-CHAMP,
          OR OTHER TWO WHEELER DISPLAYING AIRTEL LOGOS AND ASK THEM TO PROVIDE IDENTIFACTION CARDS AND UNIFORM.
          HOPE YOU WILL TAKE THIS AS OUR NOBLE SUGGESTIONS CUM GRIEVIANCES, WE DONT HAVE ANY PERSONAL ENIMITY WITH OUR DISTRIBUTOR OR REPRESENTATIVE IN OUR REGION.

          I am having Airtel connection. Airtel is sending Service Message to my mobile at 11.00 PM. Its irritating to get disturbed at 11.00 PM in sleep. We are switching on the mobile to get urgent Call during night but why the heel they are sending the advertisement during nights and early morning.

          Please let us know what can i do for this, for getting disturbed at 11.00 PM for sending unnecessary messages. I want to go against airtel for doing this.

          i am have a airtel connectoin Mob. Pre-paid.no[protected] airtel dedect 30Rs. renual of hello tune on 1/10/2008 but hello tune is not set on my mobile till date .121 sevice is not responding, every day they have a new excuse for against my complaint. now i am not intrusting to set the hello tunes pls. refund my amont. pls. make it urgent.

          Airtel Tamilnadu is cheating the customers by activating the Value added services like Caller tunes without the knowledge of the customers. When I called up customer care, they said sorry and deactivate it, but no refund of the amount charged. Can anyone suggest what should I do to bring the Airtel to court for further action against them.
          Hi!,

          You are not the only one to suffer in the hand of these fools of airtel. I had a post paid mobile connection of Airtel for which i had subscribed to 444 rental scheme since august 2006 as i am a heavy mobile user. Now in month of February 2008 my job got changed and my new company provided me mobile connection and landline phone. So in April 2008 i asked Airtel customer care to diconnect my number. They told me that they cant do in on phone and i have to go to their neirest office and given them the request. I did the same at their Vaishali sector 4 office. They at first tried to pursuade me not to disconnect and all that. But i was firm, so they told that in next 24 hours i will get call on my alternative mobile number confirming my disconnection. Next day i got a call from airtel, he tried to pursuade me not to disconnect my airtel mobile no as i am a premium customer. But i was firm. So he told he will do the same. But after many days and reminder it didnt happened. Then their bill came for the month and a call came for payment of bill. I told them that i had requested for disconnection but it has not been done which is airtel fault and i have not used it only rental bill is there. So i will not honour the bill and hence not pay the same. I asked them to immediately disconnect but nothing happened. For the next 1 month i continued to get their calls for payment and inspite telling them to disconnect. Then as i needed the mobile handset, i removed the airtel sim so that i can use the handset. After that in month of Sept, 2008 i got a call saying that they are sending me legal notice on me for non payment of Rs. 1340. I had paid more Rs. 30000 in 20 month i was customer with them, and had dynamic limit of Rs. 12500. If i had an intention of cheating them i would have used their 12500 limit. But as an honest customer i asked them to close my mobile as i had got new connection. But you can see the greed and cheating of Airtel, they want to earn money for free by not disconnecting the mobile and harass the ex-cutomer by sending leagl notices and all types of calls throughout day and night. God save cheat company and Mr. Sunil Bharti who runs such a cheat organisation.I have decided that though Rs. 1340 is too small an amount for me i am not going to bow down before the wrong practices and cheating of Airtel and hence will not pay them and will use all the means to fight them.

I have been complaining every week since then to customer care for deactivation.           I closed my Airtel Delhi, postpaid connection 2 years before. As i am using 3 Airtel Postpaid connection, so, now suddenly 1 of my connection was closed by saying that you have not paid your bill of 2 year earlier connection.
          but i sent a fax to Airtel Customer care & Call at customer care also to close that no. at that time.

          but still i was charged (1100/- INR) to restart my present no.

          this is to inform you that i am your airtel customer from last 5+ year i am using your services my mobile number is [protected], this is a post paid connection, one day i.e. 20-21 jan 2009 i recd a call from airtel and he say that we have a scheme for some of our selected customer and you are one of them, in that scheme your number converted from postpaid to prepaid and your local call is rs.50 paisa and std rs.1.50, and validity from life time, and your balance from (rs.999) will refund to you, so i ask what i have to do for this, he give me one address of airtel outlet in Shahdara i.e. Communication Zone and told me I forward your number for this scheme please visit our outlet and submit your id proof, then on 23rd jan i go there and fulfil all the required documents, then ms poonam from communication zone told me that your phone activated within 48 hrs she give me a sim card also, on 26th jan 2009 my old sim was discountinued, i insert new sim and recharge with rs.30/- it shows the balance, but no incoming or outgoing work, thenafter so many time i call to customer care and ms poonam from communication zone but they only give assurance, but nothing happen, now yesterday, ms poonam told me that we have received the list of our selectec customer but your number is not there, I am just surprise, how can it happen, i am very distrub and dont know what to do, to whom i contect, should i go to consumer court pls answer me...

          This is to inform u that from this prepaid number ([protected]) when i used to send international sms, it usually failed but the balance is deducted. This is the problem i m facing. I talked with customer care regarding this. They are not taking any steps. Every time i call they said might be network problem we will see. Conversation finish.

          I am K. Ramesh Kumar, SEF NO. BA. 0371795. HDFC Bank Cheque No. 027701 dated 10th of June 2009, Rs. 500.00. I had applied for Broad Band connection Value Combo 799 Plan Unlimited download. Mr. Edwin[protected] of your Executive visited my place and checked the connection, he said within seven days you will get a connection. On 8th Day Mr. Edwin, said to give a call to Mr. Guna[protected], When I given a call to Mr. Guna, (Four to Five Times I had given a call to Him), he said I am on Field you can contact Mr. Ravi. Finally I spoken to Mr. Ravi[protected], he said I will check the status and I will confirm you evening, Evening his given a call and said we cannot provide the connection due to DP Problem we will refund the amount he said. Day by day I am Giving call to Mr. Ravi Not responding, either you will give amount or not. At least tell the status.

          Keep on calling your Executive for getting my money. Your Airtel Executive not at all picking the calls, This is what your providing service & satisfaction to customer?

          Kindly take necessary steps for the same. At least you tell me whether you can pay the amount or not, so that I can reduce my phone bills instead of calling your executives.

          I am using airtel prepaid and my no. is [protected].Earlier i was able to use GPRS on my mobile but now it is not getting activated and the customer care representatives are not telling me the reason for disconnecting the service rather they are convincing me to use other costlier plans.

          As we lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my family as well as to my wife personal mobile number. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my family members (specially my wife). Even when I am at office, the person is calling to my wife and asking her address. from the last night that no is switched off and we also made complaint against this no in police station. So, it is my humble request to give the full details of the airtel mobile number and last day outgoing and given by him missed call list. The mobile number is [protected].

          So, pl give me full details to my mail id ([protected]@yahoo.com).Treat, this is as my final step to stop the unwanted calls.

          Treat this matter on urgent basis as the question is of my family safety.

          Dear Sir

          This is the reference my airtel data card no [protected], It was not getting singled from September, 15th 2009 I informed about it at local Airtel Office, Address: M/s Khedapati Communication Platinum plaza Mata Mandir T.T Nagar Bhopal, I gave this data card to Mr. Rajesh (Airtel office executive) to repair it at 10:30 on September, 15th 2009, assured me to repair it next day (on September 16th ) but I don’t get my data card yet (September, 26Th 2009) only company people is giving assurance me to repair it in one or to days from September, 16Th 2009.

          When I asked why it was not repair it yet from local office the rezone was told that data card was physically damage while when I gave it to repair it was not physically damage it was falls statement by company.

          In this circumstances I have to go Cyber café for surfing, therefore I have to pay more money to Cyber café, I have to go by my bike so I have to buy petrol, as well as I am wasting my valuable time, Because Cyber Café is opened from 9am to 9 pm so I have to my net related work between these time.

          If I received my data card timely I would have saved my time and money as well as I could do my worked after 9pm at home.

          I have post paid data card why I should pay the rental of the repairing period. ?

          Company has taken too much time to repair it and I have wastage my time, energy, telephone calls to fallow it so why not company should compensate

          Being a Customer of airtel for almost four years, i want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the airtel services and their executives in Karnataka.

          I am a airtel customer for the past 4 years(2 years from maharashtra, now in Karnataka).
          i have two connections against my name one is [protected] and the other no is[protected].
          on 22nd of september 2009 i went to an airtel outlet and given a request to keep the no. [protected] under safe custody for 3 months. after 2 months i got a bill which states that i must pay a sum of 671.00 rupees.I got shocked and called the customer care services 121 to enquire about this, they told me that my no is no more active and because of the default amont they have disconnected the number, when I told them that i have given a request to keep this number under safe custody, they told that never happenned, and also asked me whether i have any proof for requesting to keep this number under safe custody. when i told them yes they also asked me to visit the airtel outlet where i have given t he request for the safe custody.

          I went to the airtel outlet as suggested by the executives. in the airtel outlet the executives told me that by mistake this number was never put under safecustody and they will try to solve this issue ASAp.

          I waited for couple of days for the problem to solve, but i never heard back from any of the responsible airtel executives stating that this problem is solved or under process.

          As a dejected man i started calling the 121 services for enquiring them regarding the status of this issue.
          surprisingly i started hearing many different stories from each of them. they were not ready to go thru the case history and gave me the proper [censored]ion or answer.even i spoke to the senior peoples also. everybody was asked me sorry for the inconvenience. also they told me they will need 24 hours or 42 hours to solve this issue.also they told me this mistake will never happen. they will make sure that i will be getting proper services from airtel.

          being heard it from the senior peoples, i was hoping to get this problem solved.but the problem never solved.i started again calling 121 service. then they told me that i have to go to airtel outlet and get a new sim card, to reactive the services within 24 hours.

          I was hoping atleast this time i will get my problem solved, and i went to the airtel outlet and collected the new sim card.
          after getting the new sim card this is the third day still i am making calls to the executives to solve this issue.

          In all these days i strongly observed that these (almost every body starting from beginning level, floor supervisor, their seniors, even the nodal officers)executives are not ready to take the initiative or responsibility to make the customer satisfy. every body asking for 24 hours or 42 hours to talk to the concern team. but nobody is following up whether the problem solved or not? just they want to move the task from their plate. nothing else.

          some of the executives are not even good enough to handle a customer they even blaming me for their mistakes.they used to drop the call when i ask some explanation.I almost escalated about couple of them to their senior executives.i dont know whether they are doing some corrective action or not.

          in between some body named swetha called me from airtel legal and they wanted me to pay the pending bill amount(for the one which i have been told that they already passed the waiver.)

          I am totlaly dis honoured by this kind o issues and their negligence. i never come across this kind of humiliation with any service provider i swear this should not happen to any of the customer who is paying the money to get the proper service.if it is possible please have a look at the database the no of calls which i made to airtel for the past 15 days to solve this issue.

          I higly request you to look into these issues and make the customers life cool, so as to make the airtel reputancy UP.

          There is a complaint against Airtel (Maharashtra). I have been receiving Job alerts and some other alerts. The services were activated with out my knowledge.

          1.I have been requesting customer care so many times to deactivate all alerts and other special services since 2 months. Each time the customer care people saying that they deactivate all the services. But it's not happening.
          2. To get connect to customer care executives it requires so many trails. By luck some times i got connection with customer care executive. But the connection will break in middle of conversation. They (our caring people) won’t call back us. Again I need to put my efforts to contact them. This time the same executive will not come on to the line. I need to play the complete story again.
          3.After the conversation I can receive a feedback message about customer (my) satisfaction. Even though I replied NO( not satisfied), there is no response about my satisfactions or problems.
          4.Then how about uneducated people? They have to pay all the money with out their knowledge. This is a big cheating...

          I am requesting to stop this type of cheating.

          4. Unknown name - Transferred the call to Danish Siddaqui he also confirmed by today evening it will get activated but it couldn t
          5. Mr. Nadeem - Transferred the call to Mr. Bharat on my request but unfortunately cal got disconnect.
          6. Mr. Nazim - Picked the call and was not transferring my call to supervisor arguing on some illogical points. It was very rude communication without any help. Please make him understand how to speak with customer if the customer problem is genuine.

          Airtel is now fleecing customers big time to keep its profit and loss account healthy. What they do is they start certain services on their own in any ones mobile. Or they create a loop through messages
          so that the services is switched on . And they will start the service deducting the amount from the prepaid users account. I have heard this from almost all the users of Airtel. The prominent service in this list is missed call alert service .

          And the biggest catch in such service is that once they start, they will keep on deducting service charge until u have time to speak to their lousy customer care which is again chargeable and tell them to stop the service. The service unsubscription number that they provide never works either. And even if one does that he has already lost the one time subscription amount

          Cheat consumers by acitivation all valued added services without notice, and deducting the balance without notice, and after calling there consumer care for consistently 2- 4days and after once constumer care guy says this and this bla bla service is requested by you so we are deducting the money from prepaid balance (which i have not opted or send any SMS), imagine if these people deduct daily 1 or 2 ruppee by crores of people what you be there rough tournover of over (2crores per day) this is how they cheat the customer....................very sad to cheat consumer daily.

It has been intimated by the shopkeeper that they have deposited the documents to the Airtel representative, but, regretfully it is intimated for your information that without any notice both sim have been blocked.             Hi,
            I work for a corporate in bangalore.One Airtel Executive came to my office and offered me corporate connection.After i took the connection and seeing the bill for that month i realized it was too much for the rate plan he promised me and called back Airtel customer care to check if it is a corporate connection.To my shock i realized it is an individual connection and i was charged more than double what i was promised.And airtel had no clue who was the agent who made the connection.This happened two months ago.From that day i fighting to change my connection to corporate and not able to do it till date.i have made atleast 30 calls to Airtel on the same.They asked me to go to any airtel outlet with documents necessary for changing the connection to corporate.i went to the outlet in gandhibazar and was sent back saying they dont handle corporate connections.i called back customer care and asked me go to koromangala outlet this time.i again went to koromangala outlet 15 days and submitted all documents and the executive said it will be reflected in my next bill cycle.when i called again in my next bill cycle they say there is no record in the system which says i requested a rate plan change.i have already paid 3 months bill while all this happened paying more than double everytime.i have suffered too much of frustration,agony and lost lots of money.i request you to take this very seriously as they are trying cheat people by giving some promises and then make to lose money.

            Airtel/postpaid/ — duped/false rateplan

            I am an airtelcustomer since couple of years ( primary # [protected], add on # [protected])and this is not the first issue i am facinG related false promises related to billing. i was being appraoched to go for an add on number since past few months, and finally i agreed to go for one, (199 rate plan) and the representative promised(600 MINUTES FREE TO ANY MOBILE PER MONTH, 200 SMS FREE PER MONTH, NO HIDDEN COST OTHER THAN Rs-199, BUT I WAS DUPED AND I KNEW IT ONLY WHEN I HAD TO PAY THE FIRST MONTHS BILL. i WAS CHARGED Rs-249 minimun+free talktime is only for airtel Numbers+no free sms, and the free talktime is 450 mints but not 600 and it sounded so funny because my bill for primary Number never crossed Rs-280 right from the first bill but my add on no"s bill was above Rs400- but still i paid my first bill and complained about this to customercare centre and requested to change my rateplan to Rs249 minimum where i will pay only after crossing 450 minutes and for landline and special nos and special sms.but shockingly again the next bill for primary Number was crossing Rs400 which is completely bull because the number is used by my wife who often used the cell only to recieve my call. So let me make it clear to anybody who is the head for billing department. that I am not going to pay even single rupee for any of my Numbers and ready to defend any friction related to this and ready to fight back verbally or physically AND I MEAN IT TO ANY RECOVERY ASSOCIATES ALSO

            This is not new, AIRTEL people distributing new rate plans paper today "sep'08" at my office, seeing the exciting rate plans i took the paper along with required document to airtel outlet and i was surprised it was all false rate plan given to everyone, wondering airtel person said this could be typo mistake on the broacher and believe me it was being distributed among 5000 people.
            THEY DIDN't EVEN BOTHER TO CONFIRM WHO IS PROVIDING THE RATE PLAN ON AIRTEL NAME.

            Airtel Postpaid Connection — Clubbed Bali

            I am using Airtel postpaid connection. I have taken this as a corporate connection (self Paid) in July 2008. At time of connection, some other person's Airtel number (from American Express Corporate Connection) linked with my Airtel account. I have made complaints several timess till now. I am getting bill for the usage of other number also. Till now nothing has been resolved. From the time I have taken this connection, I haven't received single bill. Now my outgoing calls also have been barred and now Airtel people are saying for deposit the bill otherwise they won't activate my services again.
            This kind of problems happens with airtel there customer care executive mis behave with you and if they dont want to answer the call they hung up...I too had a really bad experience with airtel ppl
            I had opted for a rate plan Airtel 449 Talkathon. As i chat a lot I took this. Accouring to the rate plan Airtel to Airtel 900 mins free, other GSM 300 Mins free. But still i get a bill more than 1500. When i asked to change the rate plan to lesser rental. I got an answer as this rate plan cannot be changed at all.. Now i am paying for the mistake i made
            .
            I live in india and abroad with my children and pretty much beyound age 60.Not a kid to not understand the need and requirements.I have found the corriodars of airtel is always full.The only reason i find is there is not a mature person /a person earmarked for the customer guidence and care and advice and to listen to their complaint/request.

            All working on the front tables are just teens and may be with with minimal qualification and with only working knowledge to make bill for the cash you pay and just the mechaical knowledge of entering what ever is needed to complete the entries in the PC Machine.with out knowledge and adeqate trainning skills to meet and answer AND MULTI needs of the Customers which are bound to be different for each customer.

            It definitely Shows the potential of growing India, I have no issues on this.What is more needed is ONE OR TWO exclusive Senior person earmarked for handling the New Connections/Transfer /Cancellation and to meet the various needs of each individual customer which is hard to figure out and ellobarate here.All i mean is every customers needs are different.

            All I have to say finally is i am not happy to comment here as i am one of the person who just went only 3 times on the same day to get my connection changed from post paid to pre paid .Lucky I was, my home was just 2 KM or less.The lesson learnt is next time you go for any Connection choose to see your home is close enough to any dealer.You know him atleast.Next all corporatr offers must be stamped and sigined by your Admin/HRO office to justify you did the right thing and stand behind you and you dont have to run behind the sales man who came with the offer who works for himself and the company that employed him on commission basis.

            Lastly, Good bye to all .Do more home work to avoid frustration later and running arround that are meaning less. One More thing, Leave these jobs totally to others, so that you can at least take out your heat and frustrations on him or her and blame them to your hearts content.To do this you have to be a corporate mini head yourself.

            With Regards to do better next time.

                I deactivated my GPRS a week before but airtel still daily take charge of Rs. 11.99 for VAS download from my mobile account.
                I contact 121 many times and register my complaint 5 times but nobody give me right solution. I am loosing Rs. 11.99 daily.

                Myself Gagan Mehta at present I am facing a problem with my mobile service provider and I want to register my complaint against the service provider (IDEA CELLULAR). Actually , this is the second time I am facing the same problem of BALANCE DEDUCTION without any intimation with the same service provider.In first case, I had given a request to deduct Rs. 51 from my account to activate the service for call rate of 50 PAISE and for that they deducted Rs.51 twice. When I asked for this from their executives they assured me that the amount will be refunded to your account within 1-2 days but after 5 - 6 days of this case they refused to refund the amount for the same as well as refused to discuss the matter with their seniors and now they had initiated the DIALER TUNE service without my permission and deducted the amount for the same (around Rs.70 which is higher than the normal charges). So, please help me regarding this issue.

                It is not for money but it is an issue for the right as like me many other consumers might also be facing the same problem.

The problem with me is that, I have paid my bill on Monday Aug 18. and given them the instruction to activate my outgoing calls, but instead the next day they deactivated my incoming calls. On tuesday I called the customer service and spoke with Sushant, he will get this sorted out and if its not done, he will refund my money..but next day my incoming calls was activated but outgoing calls was not activated. I again called the customer service and told them my problem. They told me that it will get activated within 2 hours but it didnt. i again called and told my problem, I asked the CSR to transfer the call to a manager but the manager (Shivdan) put my call on hold didn't respond. So in the evening again I called the CS and told them the same problem they told me that I will get a call from their dept by 9 but I didnt recieve any calls and my outgoing calls is still not activated.
                I m sick and tired of your service, First of all having lot of network problem and on top of that you are troubling me like no mans business. I m mentally frustrated. I dont know what to do...Please let me know if you want me to change the service provider, I will do that but dont trouble your customer like this. Show some respect. I have three numbers of airtel and i m using them since 4 yrs, if you cant give solution to your old customers fast then whts the use...

                I have complaint against GPRS deactivation service. On 29 mid day i took the daily mobile GPRS service and on next day before the completion of 24hrs. I deactivated the service, but my charges had been cut for the next day(next 24hrs.) service also, but service was not provided to me and connection was cut. So I didnt use the service, but amount was deducted from my account. This is not fair with a regular Airtel customer. I am using Airtel services continuously since last few years.
                I hope you will take appropriate action against it.

                had subscribe the car helpline service from company name smile car.On dated 15th January 2009 i was on the way of my office around 9:30 am. Around going 8 kilometer from my home my tyres get punctured. I immediately called Smile car helpline. They told me they are sending helpline.But till evening i have not got any call from his side when i called him again he said he's unable to come because you dont have stepny we can only change stepny. They are Fraud ...For stepny chaning they are charging 499 Rs.. Shame ...
                Who will take action for this type of fraud company...

                I had taken membership of Smile 24 hrs. Car & Bike Helpine Service and service provided by this company is pathetic. I have paid Rs 400/- for this and it is good for nothing. Day before yesterday i.e. Jan 17, 2009 my car has some starting problem. I had word with this helpline company and he said you will get service within 15 minutes but fellow came on twowheeler after 45 minutes with no tools no battery. I think each car helpline company has four wheelers with well equipped toolbox. Person came here for repairing my car refused to repair said I'll not be able to repair this car. And I called back to company and he said we can't do anything after this. After this I paid 100/- somebody else to get my car repaired. My Membership Number is SA 20375

                I request you to get this answer "I took membership for this kind of answer?". And How the company like Smile Car get IsO 9001:2000?? big question!!!

                I am user of Spice cellular(Bangalore karnataka ) which is a associate part of Idea Cellular. my mobile no is [protected], i am subcribe simply enjoy package for gprs uses (on promomotional doccument charge for simply enjoy package 49/month) but when activated charge for 49 + 3 = 52 then cut subcription charge 3 extra when complain to customer care then told whe activated and deactivated this service each addition 3 rupees pay each time.

                Airtel Mobile Service Provider — Illegal SMS Charges

                I am customer of AIR TEL Mobile services with Mobile number [protected]. After my recharge for Rs.295 today prepaid, I received SMS from unknown source No 543212 with text as follows.
                " Spicy jokes service has been renewd & you have been charged Rs.10 for 9 daysGet flash alerts as SMS Dial toll free *3218321#. I seriously object to such meesges transmitted by the Service provider. The ammount has been cnfirmed deducted. I have never opted to this type of service from the service provider. Such types of messages are repeatedly rreceived in my set.
                Please let know the identity of the person responsible for such SMS . All the amounts deducted so far without my consent may please be refunded to me by cheque & not to be adjusted against the balance in the account . A line in reply will be apreciated.
                I am use airtel services for my mobile no.[protected].in last month the activated a vas service without my knowledge& daily deducted rs.1/- from my account.than i deactivetd the services. now on 06/09/2009 at 2.52 p.m.i recd.one service massage "30 at 30..get 30 hot model wallpaper" i am not intrested in all this things than i closed my mobile.after 5 minutes i get one massages from 54321 "thanks for downloading Text Based from Airtel.You have been charged Rs.30" I wounderd because i didn't download any thing yhan why charged ? why the service provider do like this?
                My request is to credit my account by Rs.30.Please look in to the matter.

                I am facing the same issue and being charged for some I do not want. Please make sure no services are subscribed to my account by default in the future. ([protected]).

                MAHALAXMI SMS CONTEST — NOT STOPPING SMSs

                Inspite of repeated messages of PLAYSTOP to 58888, messages keep regularly coming from 58888. At least 4 of them daily. It apart from a nuisance is also a drain on money as these messages cost incoming also. I will have no o[ption but to take legal recourse should they do not stop this forthwith.

                AirTel — unwanted service provided

                i yuvraaj chokhandre has provided with unwanted value added service that is job alerts which i have not subscribed than also i have been charged my 30 Rs. is been deducted on calling the customer care the executive were not responding this service was not started by me nor i have send any request to start this service. i need my refund back this is an mistake done by company why should suffer loss?

                1. Anyhow Airtel Chat Service though not asked for was activated on my mobile no. [protected] and started receiving innumerable SMSs harrasing me Of course not a single SMS was responded. To deactivate and stoppage of such service I surfed Airte website and I got number and I dial it for deactivation and received SMS deactivating such service but SMS would continue to receive.

                Airtel Mobile Service Provider — Unwanted add on mobile and charges without our consent

                My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel number). This sim card I had taken in the year 2006 where Airtel has given scheme for Government Servant i.e.

                Airtel to Airtel 10 paise/minute and Airtel to other serive provide 30 paise/minute and Airtel to Landline 1 Rupee/ minute. But from September-2010 they started charging 1 rupee per day. I enquired with their executive, I came to know that their company has decided to do so. They didn't tell the customer about their cunning policy.

                Airtel is providing the worst service. Their Customer Care Executive is also not responding well. Now-a days airtel is using new policy to raise their income. Without our request they are activating different packages on my mobile and they are charging for the same. I had told them so many times that I don't want any packages. but they least concerned about my request. I had their messages in which they have stopped the packages but after a gap of one or two months they again to their dirty jobs.

                We have to take strong action against such service provider.

                Airtel Mobile Service Provider — Automatic service activation and balance Deduction

                My mobile no is [protected]. Balance deducted in Dec 2010 for HaloTunes. Now balance deducted for MKR Services w.e.f 17 Apr 11. I have not called/ activated this services. Airtel automatic activating this type of services and deducte balance again and again. After frequent complain and DND service,it occures often.


                Please do needfull for reembersement of balance and stop unnecessary calls/SMS immideately.

                    i face many problem from airtel side regarding charges,
                    yesterday 20.01.2008, i was sended 70 SMS to my friend , during sms i observed aprox 35 SMS was failed & some are shown pending while sms is reached to my friend ,but i totaly confuse of pending sms , and now air tel has deducted charged of failed SMS ,this is chiting with customer,when sms is failed why is charged

                    this is the second time face the problem.

                    first time 11/1/2008 same problem faced
                    i m already discussed with customer care but not give reply & talk to me this is the right charges and not write up the any complaint from my side.
                    first time on 1/1/2008 i send 50 SMS TO my friend for happy new wishing , i m taken already SMS pack on date 26/dec/ 2007 for sms but AIRTEL deducted of my charges from my prepaid Account, while we discussed to customer care but he said 1st janaury is the black out day, i asked to u ,without any information to cutomer,where the customer is known that day is black out day .
                    how we say deduted the amount from prepaid account , this the chiting with customer

                    and now airtel totaly give wrong information to customer.
                    my mobile service 121 given information by voice from 121-145 your national SMS charge is Rs 1/-, but after sms charged Rs 2/- per SMS

                    My self working in corporate sector and a regular customer of your esteem Organisation (Airtel) from more that 3 years with my mobile number [protected] with prepaid facility. Till date I have not encountered any problem with the connection.

                    Yester day on 14.12.2008, I received calls from [protected] in between 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM almost 5-6 times. In first call the person who was on the other side told me that he is calling from Airtel Cusomer Care Services and he asked some formal sentances and airtel services with me by saying his name Anuj. He again made me call there after many times and threatened me that he will block my number and all that.

                    In the evening at 7:08:15 PM I received a SMS messege from Airtel Customer that YOUR CHAT ID IS 7836384 for which I never ever applied. 30 Rupees have also deducted from my prepaid card. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and Maker refund of 30 Rs. in my account.

                    Further it is also requested to kindly check with your Customer Care Representative (Anuj) and his calling number [protected] for necessary action.

                    I am Nandita Garg, my number is [protected]..

                    I have been using this connection since 2003, that means almost 6yrs..

                    Long back my service was post paid, but I used to feel, that I am being charged too much for what I use. So I shifted my service to prepaid. Since last, I think 3-4 yrs, I was on pre paid and had no problem. Then I thought (after using it for so long) let me again change my service to post paid. So in jan2009, my service was changed to post paid. Since the day, that has happen…I think..My life has become very difficult.

                    Reasons, as follows—

                    1. I have started getting so many calls/sms from Airtel regarding feedbacks/ more services.. that I can opt for…..that it sometimes becomes really pathetic to answer.

                    2. Whenever I ask the relevant question, of a certain problem, they never have an answer, and rather they tell me to call 121, for any of my questions.

                    3. i had to follow up for my connection so much at your noida, sec-18 office, that my guy was just running here and there for their formalities…he was never told everything at the same time..

                    4. Then when my connection started, I paid ONE TIME CHARGE-RS250…but it was again mentioned in my January billing…which I had to follow and get waved off.

                    5. I was going to Dubai, for some time, so I called 121, to ask if they can activated my international roaming…the girl I spoke to, firstly could not understand what I was talking about…and she was getting confused with ISD calling and international roaming. For about 15min, I had to make her understand what I need. Then she understood.

                    6. When I came back from Dubai, on 9th February…my outgoing was barred, without even me knowing about it…and my unbilled amount was told to be as Rs5823….WHICH WAS SHOCKING FOR ME………I dint use my phone that much…that I can get this much of a bill….my maximum bill should be not more than Rs1000…as u can check my history………When I used to be on prepaid(which everyone knows is expensive in comparison, )my usage was much more than what I did this time…still did not get that kind of bill. It was one/sixth)

                    7………………after my several calls to 121, on 9th and 10th february, I cud manage to speak to some1 at customer care. Because each time, after about 10-15 min…my call was getting disconnected and I had to make the other executive understand the whole story, but even they cud be of no help..So what I thought was subscribing unbilled amount sms.

                    8. on 11th feb—I was smsd that my UNBA(unbilled amount) is Rs5905.91…..and again this RS 80 difference of not even using for 2 call or sms….THAT WAS RUBBISH

                    9.ON THE TOP OF IT----on 12th…that is today, I have received a sms of my UNBA- to be Rs7700…….DO U THINK…IT IS POSSIBLE…………………….

                    MY UNBA IS JUST INCREASSING DAY BY DAY AND TO A RUBBISH LEVEL………DO U THINK, SOME1 CAN PAY THIS MUCH AMOUNT…FOR NOT EVEN USING IT……

                    I AM YOUR VERY OLD CLIENT, AND I THINK MY BIGGEST MISTAKE OF EVER WOULD BE OF CHANGING MY PRE PAID TO POST PAID….OR STAYING WITH AIRTEL..I THOUGHT AIRTEL IS A BIG COMPANY AND GIVES THEIR CLIENT A GOOD SERVICE..BUT I THINK I WAS WRONG…AIRTEL DOESN’T GIVE ANY GOOD SERVICE, RATHER GIVE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS TO A CLIENT.

                    WHY M I WRIITING ALL THIS, AT THIS GIVEN POINT OF TIME, IS BECOZ I STILL HAVE “A” % OF HOPE, TAT AIRTEL WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER….OTHERWISE, IF NOTHING CUD BE DONE ON IT….I WUD RATHER HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION….

                      Thanks for your detailed response.

                      May I have clarification on the following :

                      1.If the requested Bill plan in my subscriber enrolment form is My plan 299, Why an amount of Rs.500/- was collected as a deposit at the time of subscription ?

                      2.I submitted a request to change my Plan from My Plan 299 to CUG 249 on 27th October 2007 at Airtel Lobby, Begumpet as I was told that the subscriber enrolment form received at the time of activation of my mobile number is My Plan 299 which actually should be in CUG - 249.I even requested them to recalculate my bill and told them unless and until that is done I cannot pay the bill. But, there was no resolution for that and they have barred my outgoing.I cleared the amount on 13th Nov 2007 and contacted them again to change my Rate Plan to CUG - 249 as I identified that the plan didn’t got changed, but to my surprise they told me to pay an additional amount of Rs 200 for the same. I don’t know why I was told to pay 200 extra though they have charged Rs 500 at the time of subscription.(Attached a copy of the Receipt for Rate Plan change request) and I did pay Rs 200 to regain my outgoing.


                      As I have requested them to change my rate plan from My Plan-299 to CUG - 249 on 27th Oct 2007, I want the bill to be recalculated from 27th Oct 2007. Unless and until my bill is recalculated, I am not going to make any payments.

                      PS : Please refer to the complaints raised against my mobile number till now, I didn’t get any resolution till now regarding the issues I have raised. I need to escalate this issue if I don’t get immediate solution.

                      I have taken a New Airtel Connection from you in the month of September requesting the rate plan CUG 249 with STD 53 Topping Plan. I got a confirmation call from Airtel stating that my new connection got activated in CUG 249 with STD 53 Topping Plan. I paid Rs.500 for deposit and Rs.300 for Special Number[protected] activation while taking the connection.

                      But to my surprise, I observed in my first bill that all Closed User group calls have been charged and when I checked with the Airtel Customer care, I got to know that my connection got activated in the wrong plan My Plan - 299.

                      I placed a complaint immediately to activate the correct plan and recalculate my Bill for past two months in Airtel office, BrigadeTowers, Begumpet. I didn?t get any resolution for that for nearly two months.
                      Rather my outing was barred as it exceeded the credit limit in spite of mentioning in my complaint that unless my case is resolved I?ll not pay my bill. There were no updates on the case that I have placed and the case has been closed without any intimation.

                      The Airtel executives asked me to pay an additional amount of Rs.200 for rate plan change and released my outgoing. I wonderedwhy I have to pay an additional amount of Rs.200 to activate my number in the right plan which I had requested. I paid Rs.200 again to change my plan from My Plan ? 299 to CUG 249 with STD 53 Top-up plan to release my outgoing.

                      Please take appropriate action on this ASAP as this is pending for nearly
                      3 months and recalculate my bill as well as the bill of the following person as his outing calls to my number is also chargedwhich should not be charged as his number is?also in CUG.

                      This is in regards to mobile nos. [protected] and [protected] in the name of Mr. Samuel Singh. In the beginning of the month April2008 one mr.Shaillendra Mobile # [protected] an airtel sales rep came to my dad's workshop and asked if he would like to get airtel post paid connection. After getting to know the good points abt having an post paid connection my dad accepted it. He also got one sim extra. Mr.Shailendra came home and got my dad to fill up all the required documents also took all the necessary photocopys of ID proof. Checked the original for verification. Second week of April Airtel couriered us two packages containing welcome to airtel booklet and sims. My dad and me were using airtel services since then.We received our first bill first week of May. My dad paid the bills by cheque. On the 8th of May our outgoings were blocked. When i contacted cust care they told me they havent received any documents which is why they have disconnected the line. After a long arguement over the phone and speaking to floor supervisor Nilesh our phones were activated only to get deactivated again on the 13th of May. This time there was no outgoing or incoming. Again i contacted cust care spoke to supervisor Zubaida Shaikh she told me there is nothing she can do and we have to submit documents again. So my dad went and submitted the documents at the Airtel outlet at Akurdi. After 48 hours and constant follow up with Rep in Akurdi Airtel outlet our line got activated.
                      Its 23rd of may and again our lines are deactivated, reason documents have not been sumbitted. Again a long arguement with customer care and the connection is fine. I called cust care after the problem was resolved to ask whether history will repeat."will my connection be disconnected again after a couple of days??" cust care says "yes" systems still show ur documents havent been submitted if we dont get it in another 48 hours we will disconnected your connection. I thank all the customer care reps. viz Ganesh, Javed, Hussain and many more!!! also the once who released the call when i was still speaking.

                      with due respect it is submitted that in the my previous month bill No.[protected] dt. 21.05.08 airtel charaged Rs/ 109.63 of GPRs using. but i request to customer care vide request No.17025722 that i have never used GPRS on my mobile. you can check my GPRS Status. i request for waivering this amount. but till date or time i found no resposne from airtel.

                      now this month i get my bill. in this bill Airtel more Charged Rs. 192.90 of GPRS using. i fed up. i request again and aginat that i never used GPRS. i talk to customer care many time but they don't give me proper response. i fully Harrased from airtel. i dont know that its customer care or customer harrasement. i again request u to please give me justice and give me relief.

                        My name is vikas. i want to know initially airtel launch 999 rs life time,having condition u have to recharge at least one top up in 180 days to continue ur connection . Now airtel lanch 499 rs super life time,and also convert 999 rs l.t custmer in super life time. But both have same condition i.e u have to use at least 200 rs in 180 days (according to airtel custmer care ).
                        I want to know what the people got who paid double amount(999rs).

                          This is to report the use of abusive and filthy language by airtel rep.
                          A person called up from no [protected] at 1557 hrs on my wifes cell today ie 25 Jan 08 and made all lewd comments. Despite disconnecting the phone the person kept on calling and it was only when another male member picked up the phone and warned him of police action the person told that he is calling from AIRTEL and then stopped calling.

                            sir/medam,

                            I applied an connection of landline dated 05/12/07to Air Tel, executive name was Mr. Gaurav Sharma. Next day i recieve that landline. landline no. is [protected].But after some i recieved the call from the recovery agency of Airtel that i have a balance of 9700/-, i was much surprised because at that time i could not recieve any bill. The recovery agent discuss with me very roughly, he said that that no. was ishue to any Dreamz Comunication. after this they r sending me two bills one on the my name and other on the name of Dreamz Communication. I m paying my bill but the recovery agents pressurise me to pay the Dreamz Communication Bills. But it is too much, the recovery agent called me dated 23/01/08 from land line([protected]) at 06:34 pm on my mobile no. [protected]. he abuse me and threat me for police. My land line bill is not over 600/- amount and all payment i have made to air tel.

                            Please help me, i m very suffering these types of activities and my work also suffering. Today, they have dissconnected my land line without any bill balance. i have compaint to air tel customer care, but there is no responce.

                            Airtel and its staff have been calling up our employees and clients threatening them with dire consequences and even other airtel customers asking them to call up our MD as well as Chairman for recovery of some 20 laks worth of services offered by Airtel to our company. Whereas all o[censored]s know the fact that Airtel is only owed 6-7 lakhs. It is a crazy company to deal with and instead of correcting their problems they are trying to spoil our company reputation. Even genuine airtel customers are being told to call up the MD and Chairman and ask them for the company to pay its bill. This is preposterous.

                              I have booked an 8 new post paid connection as on Nov 1, 2007 as in the name of PAGEMAC, Pondicherry. In that 6 Connection was ADVANCE RENTAL Plan (1399/-) existing two was in monthly rental. I have already told them to cancel this two numbers or remove from this company account.
                              That was

                              100% CUG (Including SMS 100% Free with in the CUG)
                              100 Local SMS for Every Month.
                              200 MTML for Every Month. (It is totally discounted or Free as per his commitment) I will not be charged for this in the bill as per his says.
                              If I am using with in the CUG Circle the monthly bill will be the maximum value of:
                              Rental +Tax only!
                              For [protected] : 199+23.98=222.98/- (Corporate plane 199/-)
                              For [protected] : 150+18.00=168.00/- (Flexi Plane 150/-)
                              That’s It, but I am facing some much of trouble with the billing’s. For December month bill I received [protected] (462.24/-) & [protected] (386/-) and for January I received every thing is gone to overdue like 1500 plus for [protected] and 1800 plus for [protected].
                              How it will possible !, if i am using or calling with in the cug circle. And also if i am utilized the discounted benefits the monthly bill will be only below 300/-. For these issues I made some much calls / follow-up’s to customer care executive and call-center representatives.

                              Some time they were committed, Ok every thing will be rectified and we will keep your plan as per the commitment. Because of that I started using my phone!, suddenly somebody called from ARITEL telling that every things I have to pay!.
                              This is not the right customer services….
                              So I ask them to cancel my account immediately but still it is on with out outgoing facility.

                              This way you’re cheating the customer’s day-by-day. Kindly check my issues and verify the recorded calls and provide me the solutions with in two there days. Other wise I have all the evidence I will see to it in court.

                              On Friday 29th Feb,i got a call from Airtel call center saying that a new scheam has started and the deal looked good and so we got interseted in the plan offered and agreed to pay the 800/-for a life time scheam with topups of 50Rs to 500Rs with call rate only 50ps for any local call. and 30ps for an airtelcall.
                              on saturday a man came to my door when we questioned him on details regarding the connection he said he was just a dogma and so could not answer anything.He gave me a form to fill and we paid him 800/-

I handed him the form that was given to me by the dogma and he said this is a post paid form and not a prepaid form but my husband went for this scheam becaue he was told we could continue using this scheam on our existing number which is a prepaid number.He aked me to visit Airtel head office, i am a house wife and its not possible to leave the house.

                              When complained to the courier representative, then his response is that you get before the due date, SO KEEP QUIET.
                              We dont expect such kind of responses from the courier company & also rtequest to please change the courier company for despatching the bills.

                              2.My second problem is thatI'm unable to contact you(121) and I tried hundreds times to contact you but I have to face failure. From bigining I could not success to contact you.

                                IR deactivation request given on 22nd oct 2007. Till date Airtel has not refunded the amount. Called up probably thousand times for the status but failed to get the right information. At times customer care just disconnects the line with out giving any valid information. Customer care promises to call back regarding the issue, never does!! I have decided to knock the doors of consumer court. Hell with Airtel.

                                i m waren cusher using airtel from last 3years... my mobile no. is [protected]...this is kind harassin for someone. i m a college student n its very tough to explain to parents why my balance is gettin deducted.. i didnt not activate any service for Mobile TV but i have not activated any mobile tv kind of service...i don understand this.. since i dont need to use mobile tv anytime... they charged me thrice they paid me back twice now they have deducted Rs.40 .. even customer care is not responding well.. i spoke to manoj, jyoti kunthe and other people they responded like dumb.. now customer care is almost like a bussiness for airtel CSA s as they chare people for it..

                                    Before 15 day's every day i getting one call from Airtel. Airtel want's some document for sim card but i had already submitted my document when i purchase the sim card. So i have one question why Airtel want's document?

                                    Airtel Postpaid — deactivation

                                    Pl. deactivate my sim which bears the phone number [protected], also i went to indranagar, bangalore.
                                    airtel showroom to contact regarding this the staff there were very rude and disgraceful, least bothered to listen to my complaints.

                                    Airtel Postpaid — postpaid sim not disactivated till

                                    I Major Hayat Sinhg Rautela has already lodged a complaint to disactivate my SIM (mob No [protected]) due to lost of my SIM but till neither any response nor any information received by your office. You are requested to pleaes disactivate my SIM immediately and informed me accordingly.

                                    Airtel — SIM card deactivation without any intimation to customer

                                    This is to draw your attention that My sim card Number is[protected] and it has Roaming now (at Mumbai).

                                    I had recd. last missed call on 8Th JAN by someone after this i did not check my mo. I check my mobile sometimes when i get time. I was checked my Mo. on 16th JAN when i found my SIM card Off.

                                    That's why i made a call to Airtel Customer Care Executive For couple of times, They replied in few points seperately which is as follows:- (Pls note)

                                    1. Your SIM card Has Closed by Airtel due to Not Confirmation of Your documents.
                                    2. Your SIM card Has Closed by Airtel Bcoz You did not Recharge of Rs.200/- within six months. & New SIM card has come in Market.
                                    3. We are Transfering Your line to Our Senior.
                                    4. It may be that By mistake we did not give you msg/intimation about close to your SIM card.

                                    But the True Facts Is:-
                                    1.That I have purchased this sim card four years ago and i am continue using this, So there is no question for document confirmationion in lack of any intimation.
                                    2.I was not aware of this that we have to recharge min.200 within six months, yet customer care had provided me the any intimation so why i would have not recharge. I would have do something.

                                    3.When they going to transfer line they they disconnected the line, Sorry to say but some mistake in line or in their mind.
                                    4.How this can happen by mistake, it's not their personal property, it's public property.

                                    Sir, Due to this Nonsence i have loosing relationship bcoz i am using this SIM card Since Four Years, My all relatives have only this no.

                                    Kindly Stop this Misguidance or autocracy which is making by AIRTEL..

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      I am a regular user of the new world of mobile and faces a lot of problem regarding the services given by the companies. The present complain is about the GPRS system which is enabled in my mobile no +91 [protected] And for the 1st month I used the Service and after that there is some nerwork problem . when consulting the Customer care and serive they use to state that the problem is in the local tower. And I regulary use to get deduct my account by Rs: 249.00 per month which cost a lot for me. Two months they deducted and while saying they say you should disable the service . So here the statement is that the money which I pay is to use the service and when I Do not use the serice or the product given by then it should not be chareged as the fault is there they have there network problem, not me so why should I bear the loss of two months charges with only the faith that they are working on the problem. It does not justify the word Prepaid Connection. When I have Rs. 10 I have to use Rs. 10 only not going to negative here they use to send the account negative also, whatever the problem may be. So I need some suggestion what to do?

                                      Subject:- Deduction of credit for unwanted services without request

                                      My cell number id [protected]. I am not subscrive any service/ no received any call from airtel today[protected] on my cell. At 13:10:28 I received a message " Dear Customer, Rs 25 has been charged for Subscription of missed You services for the current month" Sender: 4775, Message center: [protected].

                                      When I talked to with Airtel Customer service officer Mr. Ajay by dialing [protected] at 15:45 hrs for know the reason of Deduction of credit for unwanted services without request now Mr. Ajay said, the service is activated as per ypur request. When I complained that I never request or subscribe that service he told me that, he is unable to provide the detail because his server is down for 24 Hrs & says to send the SMS on 121 to received the detail information & unsubscribe the service. Now I am send the SMS to 121 as per Mr. Ajay's request/Customer care officer but no response from Airtel.

                                      Without my request or my knowledge Airtel have deducted for Subscription of missed call. It had been noticed that lot o[censored]nwanted sms stuffs and invitation calls are received which disturbs during office recehours / meetings. Expecting a better service from this mobile service provider in future. In name of entertainments please dont fool the customers by deducting from the credits without their knowledge or acceptance.

                                      Please unsubscribe the missed call service and return my Deduction amount.

                                      Sir I am having airtel prepaid sim since long and I am using this service without any problem since last couple of years. On 4th Nov.11 I got one sms from customer care advising me to submit my pp photo and ID proof to the local airtel Office. On receipt of the same I contacted the local airtel Office at Brajrajnagar under Jharsuguda district Orissa state and submitted my passport size photo & ID prrof(voter ID card) but it is surprising to note that still I am getting similar sms and from 29th Nov 2011 onwards I am not in a position to call any where or to receive any call on my airtel sim. Being a leading & repurted mobile service provider in the country and in the abroad such careless and irresponsible attitude is not at all desirable. Now I am frustated with the service and I am thinking to quit the service of airtel. The local office ofr airtel under Jharsuguda district is in very bad shape and helpful to the valued customer. Hope airtel authority will look into the matter.
