dear sir,

i am having an airtel broad connection connection from last 5-6 years. i am having a problem in the services of this connection. there is no connectivity in this connection from last four months. have lodged the complaint so many times but of no use. have lodged complaint in their head office, thier local office as well as their customer care center but still of no use. then i have stopped the payment of their bill then suddenly they woke up and said that u pay the bill and your connection will start working in 24 hours. now again its almost 10 days nobody has bothered to come over and find the fault. am paying the charges from last four months without using the connection. so now i request you to look in the matter and help me. my details of the number are as follows.

    I had got a new airtel connection and DSL installed on 6th sept[protected]. Thereafter I had been facing some problems due to clash to software with my reliance data card. On 9th morning we called the local rep mr amit and asked for his visit. Two persons turned up at five pm. On being asked for their complain book, to register for the delay, they replied that they have none, and they have been informed about the complain just sometime back. Mr Amit is not available and not contactable. They gave the cell numbers to their Complain Coordinator Mr Feroz and a Sr Officer My Yanenrdra. On calling Mr Feroz, I asked him" is that Mr Feroz? " . To which the reply was " who are you?" He was extremly arrogant in his behaviour and asked me to keep my phone down. Later I called Mr Yanendra, and on talking to him, I asked him to provide me the contact details of their Office head, to which he replied that u can visit our office and meet the customer care officers and they shall give me the details. On begin asked the landline number of the office board/reception, he said there is none.

    Hi sir this is srinivas varaparla.i booked a broadband connection on 25/07/09 and the techinal people came to fix the modem and wire on 28(tuesday) and they said that with in 2hours u can access the internet but on the same day they came and said there is some problem in lines kindly bare.but till now i dnt get any connecton.There is no proper response also.

      I have a mobile postpaid connection with airtel. In the month of June'08, I received a bill of Rs. -157.07, which included a payment of Rs. 527/- paid by cheque. Now since the last one month call centre executives have been calling me and harrassing me mentioning that "I have a outstanding of Rs. 742/- (they are claiming payment of Rs. 527/- have been reverted back to my bank, which is not true). In between this, i received an invoice amounting to Rs. 258/-, which was paid on time. Due to wrong doings in accounts of airtel, outgoing as well as incoming calls to my mobile have been blocked. This is truely blackmailing on part of the service provider.

      This is to request you that I Mr Vicky Walia. Working with M/s, Buniyad Realtors.G57, 58 Sector-18, Noida (U.P.) as Senior Manager Bussiness Development Was not aware of the rules governing SMS system for marketing purpose leading to suspension of my SIM Car numbers No [protected]
      I want to submit that it was totally unintentional and I render my serious and humble apology for the same kindly unblock mine number [protected] the Corporate Connection for Buniyad Builders Pvt Ltd, G 57-58, Opp Mcdonalds Sector 18 Noida.I assure you non occurance of the same in future.Pls note the formal procedure to get it registered under telemarketing is already under process by Admin Department.

      I booked a internet & telephone connection on[protected] at 1000 hrs. Shri Bhimsen (cell No. [protected]) from Bharti Airtel Services Ltd., B-38C-1, Sector 57, NOIDA came to my residence. He filled a few set of forms (NO. 1747269) and I gave him a cheque of Rs. 1850/- ( reciept No. 665737). He told me that the connection will be provided to you by 1- 6- 2009 positively.
      I had a BSNL internet & telephone connection. On his assurence, I gave an application in the BSNL Telephone Exchange to de-activate these connections w.e.f. 31-5-09 (A/N).
      On 31-5-09 evening, Shri Bhimsen told me that the connection can not be provided to you because of some capacity problem. In such a situation, anybody in my place will be shocked.
      I also talked to two officers of 'Customer Care' ( phone No. 4444555). I explained them the problem. They were unable to give me any feedback/ information.
      Now, I want the following:
      Airtel should honour it's commitment and I should be given the connection as ealy as possible keeping in view the date of my booking i.e. 28-5-09 (F/N).
      Please let me know the probable date of providing the connection.

        Dear Sir,

        I am the above mentioned person here.My complain is rearding the payment of my Airtel bill at Delhi office.
        Sir, my airtel bill for the months feb-may'08 was pending which cleared in the month of june-july. I did this after a call from Airtel collection office from some

        After two months of this, I am getting a call from court office of an advocate (Mr. A.K Singh, Ph: [protected]) who says tht an amount is pending from my side.
        Now the persons from airtel collection dept. are not ready to entertain this matter.
        Please see to this because I dont want any more things unnecessarily coming out of it.

        Sir,

        Regarding my net connection No.[protected].
        As the payment of Rs.625/- deposited on 12/4/2011 from Sector -7 Huda Mkt, Faridabad vide Receipt No.[protected]. Today i.e. 20/4/2011 I have received a bill through courier vide bill No.69347933 dated 26/3/2011 and due date is 14/4/2011 for Rs.625/- I could not understand what airtel staff doing at there and they have take oath for disturbing customers. I have noted complaint last week but your Nodal offer or customer Care did not take action so far. I want to say more about your action.

          I'm a cutomer of [protected] phone possesing for last many years. this August Air tel launched 1947 scheme with full talktime and 1947 days validity. when I enquired from my local dealer he told me that you will get benefit even on 19th of August. I was chared 1947 by the dealer, but my surprise I got only 1700 rupees and one years velidity. the dealer then said he can't help. Still my matter is not solved. I did not get any message about the expirey of the scheme and the local dealer too did not have any info.I live in Happy valley Mussoorie, DT Dehradun.
          Please take action against the compony for this cheating. The dealers don't supply any receipt but they have their transit IDs and my number in their hard disk of the main office.
          Please protect Consumer's Right.

            Service tax being charged on selection of the number
            I have taken a airtel connection recently with a platinum number charge on the selection of a number i.e., (Rs 5000/-).I was given a waiver of Rs 2500/- and balance was paid.When I received my first month bill I found that they have charged Rs 5000/- in my account adding service tax on the same of 12.36% i.e., ( Rs618/-) and against the same a payment of Rs 2500/- which was made at the time of taking the connection was adjusted.The bill reflected that I still need to pay Rs 3428/-.But when i contacted the airtel customer care they gave me waiver of Rs 2500/- as assured but they have yet not waived the service tax part.I spoke to the floor manager Mr. Azaruddin Sherif who said that the same cannot be waived off.He told me that he can waive Rs 309/- i.e., ( 12.36% on Rs 2500/-) which was given as a waiver to me.When I took the connection I was provided with a receipt of Rs 2500/- Without any service tax.The floor manager said that he cannot connect me to the manager Mr.Srikant.I have made the payment of the due bill excluding the service tax which is not being waived off.
            Kindly oblige and do the needful...

              On 03-09-08 at 10.30 pm my mobile showed balance amount as Rs.366.On 04-09-08 at 09.00 am it mentioned my balance amount as Rs.91 whereas no calls were made by me during said period.Since then I could succeed only once in connecting my self with Customer care executive who in response asked me to dial again after one hour.I made lot of efforts but custome care gets me disconnected in more than 100 efforts and thus no body is available for informing exact reason of deductions.These service providers are thus making money and there is none to safegaurd customer intrest in this country.

              I not only fully agreed but come across many customers of Airtel/reliance daily who are being cheated by these service providers in this way and even inspite these companies executives accept the illeagel/unauthorised intentional deductions of amount from customer balance but same is never refunded to customer.In fact all are involved in organised racket and none is intrested in safegaurding consumer intrest.All is mockery.

              Airtel — Unauthorised deduction of balance amount

              Sir,

              I am an airtel customer for the last five years with unchaged sim card no[protected]. My entire family uses only Airtel.

              On 15.10.2008, unauthorised service charges amounting to Rs.243/- had been deducted from my balance amount for alloting free SMS and animation downloads. I am not an internet user through the Airtel No given above and I have not subscribed for any such thingh. I am amazed to know how the amount can be deducted from my balance.

              Please arrange to check the details and refund the unauthorised deduction of Rs.243/- Otherwise, inspite of the good services prodided by the Airtel, I along with 15 other family memebers will be forced switch over some other mobile service provider.

              Awaiting you earliest response by retun mail and positive action for making the refund. Otherwise, good bye, once for all.

              I am a subscriber of AirTel Prepaid for the last 6 months.However I have not activated AirTel Live WAP/GPRS or any other such internet facility.Still yesterday(as of November 2, 2008)I was charged for Rs.50/- for "downloading games from Airtel WAP sites".What if this continues for many days?I shall be left with no option but to change my service operator.
              Hope AirTel is listening...or it will be my final goodbye...

              d.s.enterprises — activation of sim card

              my mobile no.[protected]. i had another prepaid connection which i converted to add on to my mobile. the new no. is [protected]. all formalities were completed on 04.04.09 and i was assured that the service will start from end of the day by your customer service centre in koramangala. It is regrettable that till now the sim is not activated. on monday i went again and came to know that no action were taken by your staffs and i was again promised that activation will be done today morning. nothing has happened and i like to know for how many days i have to wait further.

              Airtel Prepaid — unauthorised deduction of amount.

              Dear Sir,

              I'am using Airtel prepaid services since 5-6 years. My Airtel No. is [protected].
              I am being charged Rs. 10 per month for Matrimonial Alerts Service code no: 5432105 & comedy Junction, code no:543212.

              I have never asked for these services & I'am being robbed of my money every month. I strongly condemn this theft.

              I request you to kindly look in the matter & stop these service with immediate effect & refund the amount that you have debited from my account without my knowledge & permission.

              Airtel Prepaid — Unauthorised deduction of amount from balance

              Unsolicitated services being activated by Airtel on Mobile No. [protected] and amount is deducted from the balance without permission. Airtel is looting poor and helpless cunsumers. The act is akin to theft. The custromer care has been contacted several times but no relief. The day light robbery continues. The amount decuted is yet to be credited. Further, the ring tone provided without any request is so dirty that the same has cuased a lot of embarsement in the social circle.

              Hi think, now a days airtel is the worst service provider in india....They cheat the customer a lot in any ways.
              I just got an sms from airtel...saying that Airtel Radio has been renewed on my airtel mobile number and I have have been charged Rs 30.
              That too when i did not put any request to activate the this service.
              even when i call to 121, while transfering the call to customer care executive it says that dialed number does not exist. So I am not able to speak to customer care executive....
              And why they are giving the customer care service, there is no use of customer care service if people are not ready to listen the customer complaints....

              What to do.....i dont know...

              Goverment has to take some action against these people......
              They are cheating the people and making money.......

              AirTel — unauthorised deduction of amount

              i recharged with Rs. 98 for internet connection with airtel on 7/6/10 and on 9/6/10 they agin detected Rs. 99 for some reson still unknowm . they do not listen to complaint and say that this for some video setting . as per yr request which I have not even opted and nor I am aware of any such thing.
              it is cheating, i pay to get net connection ; and they deduct anauthorised money from my balance and not ready to refund on my complaint

              I would like to deactive the services of Jumaani_wap_sub subscription with immediate effect.

              I have been charged Rs.30/- per month for the last three months (i.e. from April, 2010) for this service while I never subscribed for the same. The latest charges have been deducted on 12th June, 2010. I have been trying to contact your various offices on 198, 121 and once requested through 121 for deactivation of this service in the month of April, 2010 and received the confirmation message also. However, the same has not been stopped till date. Today we contacted your Airtel local Office at D.S. Enterprises, Acharya Niketen, Mayur Vihar, Phase I, Delhi, but they showed their inability to resolve the issue rather the Head of the Office was busy in some other business discussing the samples of watches with some salesman. He refused to disclose his name.

              I would request you to deactivate the above services immediately and refund the amount charged to my mobile in the last 3 months.

              Airtel — Unauthorised deduction from Airtel Prepaid SIM

              Hi,

              I have received a message from 'AD-54321' on 31.12.2010 at 03:54 PM mentioning that i have been charged Rs.99 for downloading Hercules. But, i did not do anything.

              Today morning again i received a message from same number mentioning renewal charges Rs.20 for TadkaLive subscription.

              I dont know why you people harras us like this.

              I could not contact to customer care as i am in roaming.

              Please reverse these Rs.119 (99+20) to my Airtel Mobile Number [protected]

              Do it without any delay.
              The same problems are facing by many decent users but they never have complained on it as they dont have any idea how to proceed with these type of problems and loosing their money in this way only..

              AirTel — Unauthorised Deduction of prepaid amount

              My mobile no is [protected] and have free GPRS activated (Promotional with purchase of Nokia N-8 Handset) that is still valid.
              Since 25 Mar 2011 (till 31 Mar 2011) there have been deductions worth more than Rs 270 from my prepaid account.

              Rs 198 for Javadownloads (WWELegendsofWrestlemania and ZombieAttack) that has not been downloaded by me or has it been downloaded on my mobile (25 Mar 2011). (Customer care call reference CBDL[protected])

              Rs 3 cut for WCVideoPack subscription without my activation / request for same (SMS received for activation on 28 Mar 2011 at 2215 hrs.) Same activation and Rs 3 cut again on 29 Mar 2011 without my request. (Customer care call reference CBDCC[protected] and COLWP[protected])

              On 30 Mar 2011 received an SMS thanking me for javagame download from airtel (No details of what game and why it got downloaded) and Rs 50 got deducted.

              On 30 Mar 2011 received an SMS thanking me for downloading cricket pack from airtel (No details of what and why it got downloaded) and No details of what amount got deducted.

              On 30 Mar 2011 received an SMS Tadkalive subscription from airtel and Rs 20 deducted.


              Airtel live services are getting activated on their own and amount deducted from prepaid account. This is despite my calls to customer care three times since 25 Mar 2011. Every time there has been a promise of refund and deactivation of Airtel live services but the same thing happens the next day and some new service gets activated.

              I have sent NOPROMO and LIVEDEACT SMS to 511on request from customercare but the same is still not taken into affect.

              Airtel-Prepaid — unauthorised deduction

              i have been facing this problem since the last 8 months and above.
              there is a service called jumaani_wap_sub which is deducting Rs 30 from my balance almost every month even when i haven't applied for this service.

              i kindly request you to deactivate this service as earliest as possible and refund the money charged during this period.

                I got a msg from airtel that recharge for 295 and get a talk time of 395, but after recharge i got only 97 rupees when i asked customer care he told me that i have to recharge it using mcheck
                which he did not mension on the msg, so i got a loss of abt 200 rs
                they have many plans to exploite people take nessarry steps thank u

                I also had same problem with mcheck on airtel. I wanted to recharge my mobile via SBI debit card, but before it I had to submit my card no. and password also. After submitting it I got a msg regarding unavailability of this service at the moment. Through this they can get all card no. and password as well. Plz find out what is being done by airtel.                 You have not read the mchek FAQ. Itz clearly written that only master / visa credit cards are allowed and debit cards are not yet enabled.Please read all FAQs before registering with any product, and also if your query is not covered, then ask for helpdesk.Goodluck !
                Few days back i called on Airtel Cust. care to ask tht, whther thr s any offer if i recharge through mchek. the executive told me that i[censored] recharge through mchek, on 255 u will get 355 talk time, but on recharging the same i only received 228 talk time. Complitely cheated. still my coplaint not resolved

                there is some major serious problem with mcheck i guess ...i inquired them why i cant use sbi debit cards ?earlire when mchek came i had done one transaction it worked ..then why not now they said sbi has cancelled contract..no plz imagine why did a great bank like sbi remove its contract...n for ur info there r many other softwares which can be used for mcommerce like ngpay, telibrahma..even u can recharge ur phones frm it..but u need to have hdfc debit or credit card ..i dnt have it so i dont use it..but have heard its popular one
                First recharge for 301 full talk time offer, then i got the same in mobile. After some days I tried recharge another offer from air tel. At that time I got a message saying you can only recharge for 199 in this month. At the next level i got Rs 5 and my plan got changed. [ This is i dont want]. Later I complaint to both air tel and mecheck both people telling non sense talk. At last I asked help desk to change my plan (previous), but still they are not ready to change also. God knows what the hell the help desk for.

                I recharged through mcheck my first transaction and guess what i did not get charged for it. It's good.
                Also, most of the times mcheck application throws the below error "You are only allowed to pay less than or equal to Rs 5000.00" whereas im tryiing to pay only around Rs 400. or coming as Null server down...

                I had One year validity Airtel Sim Card in India. After 2 months I came to Dubai due to emergency I had to visit India after 3 months during that time I was trying to make an Outgoing Call it was not working. Then I called the customer care they are saying there is some technical issues which will be resolved in 3 working days. I visited India only for 4 days & i couldnt use my Airtel Sim card which has one year validity.

                Is it is worth to buy such a Sim Card?

                I am recharging 395/- through Mcheck continue last 5 month. but now i am recharging 395/- he giving a error"This Is Invalid amount please recharge with valid amount 100/-200/-300/-400/-etc. 395/- recharge use for mobile office activation. i have also complaint to Mcheck customer care via mail but they are responsing to me that 395/- denomation is not valid.
                well this is a smart solution to b provided by the company and even the banks which are in tie up with airtel hv sm goodwill to prove.so pls don worry, if still sm problem happens call centre is nt the only solution, there ofce is in gurgaon.catch them.

                mcheck only having contract with credit cards from hdfc, sbi, uti, and some other banks in the nation... instard of this it will not accept any other debit cards...
                I hav recharge my airtel with 401 for mobile office through mcheck and still my mo service not activited. On calling cust. Care that useless fellow told me that u cannot recharge mo throuh mcheck...and they even give cash back...and i m getting sms that my recharge is sucessful...what the **** service is this...

                on 29th, march, 2010, i recharged 50rs thro mcheck . but i could not able to get the confirmation. before it I had to submit my card no. and password also. After submitting it I got a msg regarding unavailability of this service at the moment.after 10 min, i recharged again for the same, but i got the msg same. afer half an hour, again i recharged, i got the transaction. but bharthi airtel deducted the money for three transactions from my credit card.i contacted with airtel customer care, they cheating me. icici customer care, they send me a proof also for the three transactions. if you are not reply for me . i will send proof to consumer court. 50 rs, we have to sacrifice. in case even 500 rs also same problem means we could not able to sacrifice. i want a solid reason . now what i want to do.

                Instead of complaining on this Forum It would be better idea to form a group through this form and forward a Petition to TRAI against AIRTEL. Also Since the Mchek facility is a financial payment system operated on Mobile, RBI should also be notified.
                People, if you want to genuinely do something, lets do It. I am a legal researcher. We could pool in the money to meet the expenses like filing fees..Lets make Airtel aware that Customers can be empowered in this country.

                Airtel — MCHECK IS NOT WORKING ON MNP NUMBERS

                My number had been MNP from vodafone to airtel, but I'm not able to recharge my number from all of the on line recharge sites and not also with the mchek service provided by airtel.

                so please do the needfull if you can on urgent basis, as it is useless i[censored] are not doing any thing.
                In general, Airtel is horrible in Pune. It has severe connectivity issues which i have complained numerous times but in vain. Atleast i thought that i can use this Mcheck facility and that could be relieveing factor in having this horrible Airtel as my connection. But this Mcheck has been no use to me as such. I register for a mobile recharge and it says that my request has been processed and i dont any any message after that which means my mobile has not been recharged. And i end up in going to the shop and get it recharged. Now comes the worst part. After having this horrible experience with Airtel, i decided to use that Mobile number portability facility and port out my number to Idea. And then Airtel rejects my port out request. I am left with only one alternative. I will go to Consumer Court and teach them a lesson. I want to get compensated for all the losses i had with this connection

                  hi, i have submitted 4 times my addressproofs two time in airtel centre. stiil i am facing problem .after certain days your system ask for addressproof documents. i have total 9 cards of airtel but other cards dont have problem. only one no. facing problem.

                    I was a costomer of your Airtel postpaid service.Unfortunately my phone falled in to the water and totally damaged . That time i had paid total due payment to the Airtel office at Shivalik nagar branch.This matter was 1 year older than why government notice come to me again & again, Just checked out the incoming call and outgoing call record from this number you definately get the proper news. So please check and mailed us what type of paymetn you asked from me.

                    Airtel Postpaid Card — Network conectivity problem

                    I am holding a post paid card with National roaming, Whenever I am out from Tamil nadu I am getting the no connectivity problem more frequently in a day. No response from Airtel service provider. I do not have other choise than going for the consumer court.

                      I am using mobile connection for the past 7 years. Switched to Airtel connection from 2004. Today on 16th Apr 10, I received an anonymous call from this number, [protected]. After picking this number, he started speaking some idiotic things and I was asking him "whoz this". I want to know from which network does this number belong to either it is from Airtel or some other before going to Police. I Hope you treat this seriously and give me details asap.

                          This is shavinder bains an old user of airtel connections and my concern is i talked with an airtel call centre female executive on 2 september 2008 at around 9 pm her name might be kushaldeep kaur actually i am not sure abt her name. i was facing problm regarding msgs despite of an apology she spoke very badly with me and later on disconected my call. To whome so ever this feed back will be concerned plzzzzzzzz tell all the customer care executives what is the thing customer service and how to talk with a gentle customer thts is...

                            i am Deepak kumar panda.customer no([protected]).i had activated airtel gprs service on my sonyericsson w810i mobile set by rechargeing 299 easy topup.in this plan company offers unlimited acsses to internet without debiting balance from main balance.
                            my comlain is when i acsess internet from my mobile balance debited from my account !on 30th august my balance was 54.75 rupees and i acsses only internet without downloading any data from any website.after finishig internet connection my balance left 39.05 rupees.

                              I am a resident of Karam Singh Colony, Karnal, Haryana, India registered for an Airtel broadband connection on 20 Aug 2008 at relationship centre of Ambedkar Chowk, Karnal. But I have not received connection till now. On enquiring to relationship centre, I was told that there is a fault in the packet box of Karam Singh Colony, adjoining to Bank Colony. And there is no technical person to repair this box. I contacted to Airtel Haryana Customer Care. The Airtel Haryana Customer gave the time limit of 48 hours on 25 Aug 2008 but this time limit of 48 hours also expired and my phone was not installed.
                              I reported the matter by emailing to Airtel Nodal Officer on 30 Aug. 2008. On 2 Sept 2008, I receive call from Nodal Officer stating that they cannot provide connection since there is a fault in pillar nearby Karam Singh Colony. She stated that this pillar can neither be repaired nor be replace. What a funny?
                              I failed to understand!
                              If gradually and gradually all the Airtel Pillars become faulty and
                              Airtel is not able to get them repaired/replaced, then how Airtel will survive in the market.

                              I had made a request reagrding the shifting on 17 january'09 but till today(28/01/09) the issue has not been resolved at all, every time i call they put me on long hold and are not able to give me a solution.. they always say that it has been inactive from there end ... so i would like to get the connection disconnected... as i would not be paying for the services i am not getting.. i also file a complaint at te consumer court. i ll make sure that Airtel learns to give the services and better know what are the law and order to help the consumer...

                                  I am an airtel prepaid customer for NCR Region. My mobile no. is [protected]. In month of July I got a SMS which for three times that on special recharge of Rs 196/- I will get a taktime of Rs 10, 1 month validity upfront and after that lifetime validity. I have made a recharge in july month end. I got a taktime of Rs 10 and 1 month validity but after completed one month I havn't got any lifetime validity. Moreover, I have to pay Rs 4 per day to extend my validity. I am talking Airtel cce on regular basis.But I'm not getting any satisfactory response from theirside.Please support and guide me in the relevent situation.

                                  Airtel — Validity of Prepaid number not given

                                  i am himanshu singh a resident of Mumbai
                                  i have a airtel prepaid number [protected]

                                  on 21st october my validity had expired and i got my mobile recharged with a Rs.200/- validity in the morning around 8:30 AM. I got the amount as well as validity credited immediately

                                  Around 1:23 PM i received a SMS from Airtel telling that i can get a extended validity of 180 days and credit of Rs.200 if i get a recharge of Rs.499

                                  i got my number recharged again at 11:30 PM in night for Rs.499. The amount of Rs.200 was immediately credited but the validity was still showing as 1 month

                                  i called up customer care (CUSTOMER TORTURE) on 121 and informed him the same
                                  a) on that day i was given a reply that it will take 48 hours to show the validity
                                  b) i called after 48 hours then one person told it will take 70 hours
                                  c) i called up after 70 hours they guy told me that he is taking down my complain. Later on i found ut he never took down a complain when an another executive inofrmed me 2 days later that no complain is there in my account
                                  d) one new executive told me that this one month validity remains there for one month and after 1 month i will get validity of 5 months automatic
                                  e) i again called up a day later finally my complain number was noted down
                                  f)on 29th october 2007 a person from resolve department of airtel called me and assured me that i will get the validity after 24 hours. abd he asked me to call on 121 and tell them that resolve department had called up
                                  i did the same but the madam who picked the phone was very uninterested and told me that if the resolve department had called up it will b done
                                  g) again on 30th october i called up after 36 hours and the new executive told me it will not be credited
                                  h) i went to airetl relatinship centre in mulund on 31.10.2007 and there the lady executive told me that since i had already rechrged in morning i will not get validity of 180 days

                                  i told her i got sms from airtel at 1:23 PM in afternoon and that is well after 5 hours i had rechrged so airtel should had send me SMS

                                  can anyone help me put
                                  can i drag airtel and mr mittal to consumer court to redress my complain

                                    Airtel — Missed call alert without approval

                                    I was activated missed call alerts without my permission and when i contacted the customer care they are adamant saying it can be activated only from my side and they cannot even lodge a complaint. And height is when i spoke to the supervisor he gave me a wrong mail-id for lodging a complaint. Any how after my follow-up mails to nodal officer and 121 they spoke to me and said they are sorry for whatever has happened and said will revert it back.
                                    My piece of advice to all is "don't take things lightly".
