    Hi,
    I am using airtel prepaid new connection for the past 6 months, I used to recharge for full-talk time around Rs, 300 once in two/three months. last month they subscribed me a value added service and taking 1 rupee/day, actually I am not interested in this subscription I tried cancelling the subscription through the procedure provided by airtel. but it is not get cancelled, I also tried this procedure through mobile recharge retailer but it is not
    get cancelled then I planned to change network and applied to the retailer they told me that my the network will change in 5 days still my network has not changed after 12 days.

    This makes me mentally frustrating, Its like steeling our money and making the people mad, our government has no control over this company policies
    or there is no enough bill to stop this fraud

      I added i-darshan channel online twice, iut started showing on my online account both times, money got deducted both times but the channel has not been added. First time I did around 20 days back, kept it for around a week, money got deducted but the channel was not added so i removed the channel. I again added it on saturday, again it showed on my account, again got charged but wasnt added again. I called your customer service yesterday who took a lot of time before hanging up on me as she was not able to resolve it. She was totally unprofessional and dint had any knowledge. I called you on the paid line to make sure that you might resolve it faster but after around 17 mins all i got was a totally unprofessional behaviour from your customer service. The rep dint had any clue what she had to do as she kept placing me on hold and finally disconnected the call.
      I want to ask you is this the reason that you have customer service facility for, so that you can annoy people??
      I want the channel to be added asap and to get refunded for the charges that i am paying for the service not recieved as the channel hasnt been added as yet.

        I had requested for an Airtel DTH connection at my below flat address, by paying Rs.1440/- on 06th Sept 2011.

        T24, Flat No. 601, Amanora, Hadapsar, Pune – 411013.
        Product Id is 8025

        On 23rd Sept, 2011, I received an email from airtel.[protected]@vriti.com stating that installation is not possible in my area due to "signal problem" and that they have put my case in refund process.

        Even after repeated reminders, I have not received the refund.

          I upgraded my broadband plan to 30 GB limit because I was exceeding the data limit when I had the 20 GB plan
          Said the Airtel executives & recently my desktop was not functional for a month or so and all I was using was an iPad , iPhone on wifi... Very light usage & I got the email as usual from Airtel saying I've exceeded 80% data usage and after 2 days it's 100% ... The same happened this month where all I do is check mails, Facebook, watch YouTube. On 25th May 2012 I exceeded my so called data usage of 80 % and on Monday 28th may I exceeded 100%... So I used 6 GB in 3 days. They are just cyber thieves stealing from there innocent customers... Who does that?? It's really demeaning & shocking as well... It's happening with me for the 6th time
          I really want the appropriate authorities to take some strict action against these petty thieves who just can't get enought off all the money they possess.

          Hi,

          I have been facing the same problem since I upgraded to Airtel 30 GB high speed plan, it exhausts with in 1 week. When I check the data usage by day, it shows really wierd downloads of big chunks (600 MB, 1 GB etc.) at even 5 AM in the morning. I talked to customer care but they don't have an answer for it. This is really bothering me, and I am thinking of discontinuing the connection if nothing has been done. To add to it, there are actually several online complaints that I found regarding Airtel Data Usage.

          Was your problem solved? I will really appreciate if you could leave your reply to [protected]@gmail.com

          even i have faced this problem this month
          i am also facing the same problems since i started using wifi.i complained a lot of times but nothing was done by the company .they just said when the wifi is ON it uses some data on its own when we surf or download.

            Today i got one message from Airtel in 13.51. Thank you for choosing RE1_IPLAYER on your airtel mobile. you have been charged Rs.1.0 for 1 days. After the saw message i call to customer care first 5 minutes some songs is came after that connected with customer care excutive Sangeetha so i told to her madam can u explain me what is the iplayer and who is activated so she tell me ok wait and again she connected with me after 2 to 3 minutes and she told me i am using internet browsing and activated trough my side so i tell to her my phone is old style mobile and i dont have a internet option so can u tell me how can i activated to this service so she told me i dont know but in my screen show this one only afterthat i told to her this is not first time why airtel activate to this type of services so immediately she disconnected the phone i cannot understand customers are stupid or what what she is thinking customers is fools so i request to take the action to htat excutive and in feature dont activate to this type of services. really i can't understand still now how without internet option handset mobile how to browsing internet can any airtel customercare or customer support staff to tell me.

              My new sim worked for one weak and barded within one weak.....they said submission of documents should be done again, thats why i have submitted my original certificated and photos to the seller two time, But this also doesnt work and my all certificates and photos are wasted, they said it was rejected by kolkata region,...my number is [protected]

              My phone number is[protected].

              I generated my UPC code (VX434462) one month back and did a mobile number portability from Vodafone to Airtel. I have been facing problems with it since that time. The SIM was working fine for a few days but then, my outgoing was barred last week. When contacted customer care they said documents were not proper. So, i went and re-submitted the documents + wrote an APEF form (No. 1063082) again on 17th May 2011 at No. 27, Mahadevapura Post, Whitefield Road, Opp. Bimal Maruti Agency in Bangalore 560 048. I was told that my SIM would start working again from 20th May 2011, but it is not working. Now, even the incoming calls are barred. So, today (24th May) i went to the same relationship center to check the issue. I submitted my lease agreement and proofs again in a different APEF form. Can you please resolve this issue ASAP! Have been facing lots of issues with Airtel and have faced so much mental stress (by not being able to make/receive important calls) because of this. I'm wondering why did i change from Vodafone!

                I'm an airtel Prepaid Customer ([protected]) and I have recharged (top-up recharge) for Rs. 200.

                As per the recharge denomination mentioned in your website (https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp), I should be getting a talktime of Rs. 200 (Please refer to the bottom of the attached image in which your website mentions that Recharge of 200 would get talktime of 200)

                But, I have received the talktime of Rs. 175 only, credited to my airtel prepaid mobile number +91-[protected].

                It is very disgusting that a concern like airtel is trying to cheat its customers.

                Please do the necessary steps to credit back the remaining amount 25 to my airtel prepaid mobile number.

                If not, I would be moving legally against airtel for cheating me.

                    Airtel service sucks and they are just to frustrate their customers. I have one data card with CUG connection#[protected] and asked for plan change then got a response that the said plan is not available and they suggested new plan then I again asked to activate current available plan and got another foolish reply that this plan is not available and the old plan is available now. Again when I asked to activate that plan then they replied that these plans are not available and their executive responded by mistake. Now after 15 days I'm still unable to change my plan. Really frustated with Airtel's service. Not only with data card but also with my other numbers and DTH. Now I want to leave their sucking network and want to move to new service provider.


                    See the mail thread for their foolish response and now they stopped responding anything.....:(


                    That’s my personal e-mail ID and correct ID is sanjay.[protected]@ymail.com not gmail account as mentioned by you. All your team sucks including the marketing person who filled incorrect e-mail ID on application form. I’m sending e-mail from sanjay.[protected]@ymail.com separately to change my plan and do not behave silly any more.

                    Airtel — extremely fustrating service

                    I have airtel postpaid connection with airtel. I requested for a residential address change in January'08, whereafter it took 3 months to complete this simple procedure. During this 3 months I was made to go up and down airtel office once more than often and made to submit my documents 3 times. Thereafter monthly bill's very rarely reached to my residential address, a complaint of which was made by me once more than often. Then I requested for a plan migration which usually take 5 - 20 minutes (I did submit all complete & correct documents, which were verified by the airtel officer), but this also took 26 days, during this 26 days my mobile service was taken off 3 times. After the plan migrated completely again my mobile service was temporarily stopped saying that the documents submitted were incomplete. I had to literally required to shout at the airtel officials to get it again restarted. After my plan migrated, my first bill under new bill was to be delivered but it has not yet been done. So I requested for an ebill (soft copy of my bill) which has not been send, even after several requests. Also the credit limit of my post paid connection with previous plan was 1800 rupees, which has been reduced to 500 with no proper explanation from the airtel official. I have been seriously frustrated and have been made to go haywire. I would like to file a compensation for this all mess. Please help me with the same.

                      i am Prativa Satpathy, Airtel post paid accnt, no[protected].This is to inform you that Mr dheeraj has made a request to issue duplicate post paid bills against my account without my knowledge and concerns.I had inactivated my courier billing service for last 4-5 months.I donot have any idea under whose instruction Mr dheeraj, Airtel Employee, del_dheerajg has asked for reissuing duplicate bills and couriered to my previous address.I have undergone a huge loss both monetary and mentally becayuse of that.I have conffirmed Mr Dheeraj's name from Airtel customer care, who had marked request on 17th and 19th Nov for my sept'08 and Oct'08 bills.

                      I request you to take strong actions against mr dheeraj as he has violated my privacy and because of him the bills reached to some wrong persons who have misused that.The connection is on my Name and i am paying the bills, who is Mr dheeraj to request for duplicate bills without my knowledge and notice??????????????????
                      I need urgent reply and actions agaainst this guy otherwise i will not pay a single penny against my november bil.Got it?U can ask Mr Dheeraj to collect it from the person on whose instruction he has asked for duplicate bills.Who will compensate for my LOSS???????.

                      i am Prativa Satpathy, Airtel post paid accnt, no[protected].This is to inform you that Mr dheeraj has made a request to issue duplicate post paid bills against my account without my knowledge and concerns.I had inactivated my courier billing service for last 4-5 months.I donot have any idea under whose instruction Mr dheeraj, Airtel Employee, del_dheerajg has asked for reissuing duplicate bills and couriered to my previous address.I have undergone a huge loss both monetary and mentally becayuse of that.I have conffirmed Mr Dheeraj's name from Airtel customer care, who had marked request on 17th and 19th Nov for my sept'08 and Oct'08 bills.

                      I request you to take strong actions against mr dheeraj as he has violated my privacy and because of him the bills reached to some wrong persons who have misused that.The connection is on my Name and i am paying the bills, who is Mr dheeraj to request for duplicate bills without my knowledge and notice??????????????????
                      I need urgent reply and actions agaainst this guy otherwise i will not pay a single penny against my november bil.Got it?U can ask Mr Dheeraj to collect it from the person on whose instruction he has asked for duplicate bills.Who will compensate for my LOSS???????.

                        My airtel No is [protected] .I have recharged Rs 45 3G pack for 150 MB, but I am getting 2G speed below 100kbps. I called CC many times but they are unable to resolve it. I am using GPRS in last 4 years and using 3G in last 1 year both IDEA and Airtel. My handset is Nokia C5. I used the sim in both C5 and Micromax USB modem. I selected UMTS/WCDMA only with IDEA network. But still no speed. Airtel is cheating me.

                          At STATE BANK OF INDIA, RACPC, 1ST FLOOR, MAIN BRANCH BUILDING, FOUNTAIN CHOWK, LUDHIANA, a broadband/dsl service is installed at No.[protected]. Only sms is received on mobile and neither hard copy of the bill is sent nor its copy is received on our e-mail. It is not possible for us to pay the Official bills without receipt of bills. Due to which service is sometimes disrupted, which creates problems. Airtel has sent us sms for payment of Rs.1796.02 on 24.05.2012. We want to pay it immediately. But we require bill for making its payment. Please help.

                          Please help resolve the issue.
                          Sorry to write, my problem not solved, neither any contact made till June 4, 2012. I don't understand the problem on your side. The company should start sending Paper bill or bill on e-mail that'll be sufficient. Our e-mail address is 'sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in'.
                          Nothing done so far. Please help...respond to the complaint A I R T E L...
                          Useless. No response received. Don't understand what the company executives are doing. I am sorry to write...perhaps they are sleeping. At least they should have responded to the complaint and given even false assurances.

                            I received an international call to my airtel mobile number from[protected] on 25 May 2012 at 09:49 am. I missed the call and I was curious to know the country of origin. So I googled and found there were many complaints made about this number starting 923..... Since my number is definitely not having any international friends, I come to understand that this international call must be for a fraudulent purpose.

                                I have requested for re-activation of my connection by request number 15610876, the date given to complete the request was 18th may.After following up each day(EVEN TALKED TO FLOOR MANAGER at customer care) ....BUT no update is been given & was asked to wait till the date assigned. I waited tilll the date BUT there was only a single call of confirmation for re-activation of the connection. The request is been FALSELY Closed by saying that the confirmation call is NOT been picked-up.

                                Again, I lodged a complain by number 16101682,of which closing date is assigned as 24th May.But, NO ACTION, ONLY confirmation calls.I called up customer care again talked to floor supervisor...who assured me to get the connection within 3 days,which is the procedure. Again ONLY confirmation calls made.
                                NO ACTION.

                                Still waiting for connection.

                                AIRTEL should be BANNED OUT for frauding Customer.I am highly upset, some compensation should be given for such a MENTAL TRAUMA

                                    i had taken airtel digital tv in a sceme with samsung LCD tv.every thing was good.
                                    but in digital tv, i recharged with Rs.480 for 3 months before 1.5 months.
                                    but it has been disconnected only in 1.5 months. when i talk to regarding person in airtel digital tv. then he said that you had to change your package first for renewal that time when you had recharged.
                                    so, my complaint is that the information given to me was wrong and company sold me the wrong sceme.

                                      I recharged my airtel no. of amount 533 online through www.airtel.in they deduct my amount from my debit card but they did not recharge my no. I called them so many times they said that they are not responsible for online recharge. I am unable to understand if they are not responsible then why they are giving us on line services.
