Sir,
My airtel number with mobile number [protected], firstly get deducted 5rs from my main account, without any notification yesterday(03/01/2013). And i have recharged today morning and again got deducted 3 rupees two times, after sometime again deducted 10rupees, i tried to contact with airtel customer care but the call could not connecting. I hope i'll get the right solution,

Airtel — DND & Service Related Issues
I have registered for Do Not Disturb Services with Airtel on 15th Feb 2009 and even today I'm getting messages from Airtel. I have complained about this to Airtel for more than 15 times and every time I complain they will send me a complaint number and promise a date by which my problem will be solved. I have written to TRAI also but my problem has not solved. Recently one of the VAS pack has been activated and Rs 20 has been deducted. When I had complained to Airtel, they promised mw that they will solve the problem within 3 working days. Their way of answering was also very rude and they suddenly hanged the phone saying Thanku for calling Airtel. I request the concerned authorities to take action against the operators who are illegally making money by activating VAS packs without the permission from the customer.
