ajs is a fraud company.you can not trust them.pl advise everybody by mouth propaganda not to deal with them in any way.go to the court.file case against them.this is only the way.

I am an advocate and was instructed to draft a legal notice for my client against AJS Builders for their Indrapuram site. After a little investigation into the matter i have come to know that the said AJS builders claim to be an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, therefore you people also have a cause of action against ISO for the fraud. I shall be claiming the releief and damages from ISO in addition to AJS builders for the fraud in case. I think it would be better if i file the said claim against ISO for damages on behalf of all who were cheated by AJS Builders instead of just one client. Yes I agree I also invested Rs.2.34 lakh for their Indira puram project near about 4yrs back but has got nothing from them . I am unable to under stand what to do .
I fully agree with you regarding AJS builders who have cheated the people who have invested their hard earned money in their projects,
I understand that already a case has been lodged in EOW against AJS BUILDERS. i have read in newspaper also that EOW have approached them whom they have advised that money will be refunded but since so many people have applied for refund it may take some time.
kindly keep me updated about the course of action to be taken.

Hi everybody.At the outset thanks Mr Amit for setting this chain off.We are also victims of this fraud by AJS builders.Had invested in Indira Puram project in June 06.Not only nothing has happened in project, Mrs Madhu Singh and her team has been evasive even to queries let alone refund principal booking amount and interest on it.I think all the victims of this fraud should initiate individual and collective legal actions against AJS.It would be prudent if we take initiative, contact each other and pool resources to reclaim all ours hard earned monies.
