We joined a driving school named AL-BILAL under Punalur RTO for learning two wheeler and get the licence.The demanded fee was Rs.2500/- and after joining, for every drive they are charging Rs.50/- additionaly which was not mentioned to us earlier for filling the Petrol.They also demanded Rs.1000/- for giving the vehicle inspector as bribe. Now the driving test is cleared and again they are forcing us to pay Rs.500/- for getting the licence in hand.
In short the driving school owners are cheating the people and collecting excess money by taking the advantage of the village people who are not aware of the acutal situation.
