[Resolved]  ALANKIT ASSIGNMENTS JHANDEWALAN — ALLOTTING WRONG A/C NUMBER

HELLO SIR IT HASBEEN ALONG TIME I OPENED A DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH ALANKIT ASSIGNMENTS, THEY GAVE ME ACCOUNT NO AND CHEQUE BOOK. I PURCHASED SHARES ON THAT ACCOUNT NUMBER. AFTER FIRST TRANSACTION I RECEIVED STATEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT, I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THE SHARES I PURCHASED WERE NOT THERE. THEN ON READING THE STATEMENT CAREFULLY NOTICED THAT THE ACCOUNT NUMBERS WERE DIFFERENT, AND ON COMPLAINING ALANKIT ASSIGNMENTS ACCEPTED THERE FAULT AND ASKED ME TO SUBMIT THE WRONG A/C CHEQUE BOOK AND TO COLLECT THE RIGHT ONE . I DID THE SAME BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME TO GET MY SHARES BACK. THEY ARE CLEARLY SAYING ITS NOT OUR FAULT . KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY SHARES BACK. d

alankit should contact the person in whose account the shares are transfered and get them transfered in right account.
