From last more than a year, I am using triband service of MTNL Mumbai. From the begining I could connect to internet hardly for one or two hours in a day. Even ADSL lamp is glowing internet connection is not available mant times. Whenever I book complaint over the phone, I get new complaint number. I am surprice, without attending complaint, how come old compaint disappear. I have been running to every level to solve the problem, but nothing happened. Today, I tried to contact DGM on[protected], but after knowing the matter DGM's assistant refused to connect the telephone to DGM. Now I am confused, to whom I should talk to overcome the problems.
