[Resolved]  aljawal mobile — deduction of money 5 s.r

I have the same problem...It take out SR 5 after each recharge...I have complained it to Al Jawal 4 times but, no action...They are telling it not problem from their site...

I have already lost about 25 riyal in this rubbish service..But, I can't change my sim too for the importance and popularity of mobile no.

send sms to : 802600 and type 'STOP WALLPAPER'
THEN SEND after sending you will be notified that your subscribtion has been cancelled, and 5SR will be deducted (damn you)... but you will be free from this (headache) subscription
Beware of scams like these!!

I could not send sms from my mobile. When I am sending sms then I received message Unable to send. Pl guide me.

many time I complained to STC but they are not taking any action So now i am planing to cancel their mobile no. If any body knows to inactivate this message please send a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

I want to complain that for the last four months my prepaid amount
deducted SAR 5 per message link recieved from my mobile balance (No:[protected])

First the amount deducted from my balance and recieved the below download link

Which cant open and I never want to use this.

That's why I requested to stop sending the above download message on my mobile to stop deduction SAR5 per message.
I already regeistered online complain more then 10 times but no action taken.

this is truly a very crooked way of earning money. Continuously deducting 5 rials from your balance without any benefit is just simply crooked. STC should do something about this. why are they letting this to happen? and when you send message to unsubscribe, they again will deduct 5 rials from you balance. double whammy!

I think stop using Al Jawal because they are not taking care of customer complain, they taking it easily.
switch to mobily best service and call all your friends etc. and giver your new mobily number, one time cost only.

I also agree with the last suggestion, because aljawal is exploting the customers by charging 5 riyals from many customers its really too much and big cheating I kindly request every one to boycot this bull service as they don't have the back bone to stop or unsubscirbe this service moreover i am getting all these messages in arabic i get mad when i see these messages and before the sms 5 riyals are deducted,
when i went to the customer service those people 99.9% don't know english and they will pass the ball here and there oh my god useless service ...

call 902 and they will help you to resolve all your problems

every time there my balance is deducted with 5 sr. i do not know for what reason. Will sawa stop this immediately. If not I will cancel sawa and go to mobily or zain.
