This website is run by the private business man Mark Shultz in the city of Riga (Lathvia, Eastern Europe). He operates this website to place ads but not to help you.

There is a reason why you don't find his name, address or any contact detail on this website: Your data are not safe! So please do not mention any details of your contracts or any reference no. that you have received from an airline, bank, insurance company or car dealer. Be also carefull when it comes to personal data like address or phone nos.

None of the complaints published here are read by any executives of the companies your are complaining about. Please contact the companies directly, a lawyer or a governmental institution to get your problem solved.
