Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I have taken a loan from bank in year 2008 (Loan Account No. [protected]) and with the announcement of interest subsidiary announcement in year 2009, i found myself appropriate for that subsidiary interest.
I have submitted all the details asked by bank but because of mistake of bank official they have done some mistake and there is a problem in the Interest subsidiary (Of total amount Rs. 10314/-). I have informed bank and given them the written application more then five times. Instead of taking action against the complain they lost it all the times. So, Finally i gave my last application last week and had taken the receiving from bank official.
I have already illustrated my problems to almost all the bank officials including Branch Manager. He told me that he will call me after resolving it. When i did not get call then i called him and asked him about my status of complain. instead of talking to me fairly, he talked to me in a abrubtly manner and angrily. I asked him politely that i am complaining since last two year and still no action been taken and finally you are talking in this manner. It does not reflect the good service of bank. He asked me to start repayment then i told him that i have just completed my course in July and will get my degree in December and my Joining is scheduled by mid 2013. He then said that do not pay the complaint amount and pay the rest. I told that i want to resolve my complain before i join because later on i will not get time. He warned me not to bring this complain again to him and disconnected my phone.
I am placed in HCL AXON for SAP domain. I am in all mood to pay my loan amount but i want that my problem should get resolved. As Branch Manager has refused to resolve it so i am seeking help from your side.
So, I therefore request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I will obliged to you for this forever.

well absoulty correct, Bindapur branch reaaly su****s. they never entertain people in a good manner. everyday i advise at least 2 or 3 people not to open account with AB at all.

I, am servicing in The Tribune Chandigarh and I have a account in Allahabad Bank Tribune Extension Chandigarh. My saving bank account No, [protected] and ATM Card No. [protected] Valid 10/15. You have a New Installed ATM in Tribune Office and Sector 34, Chandigarh. I use the ATM Card both side but doesn't work. Message appear that please insert the card again and again. I write two times complaint to The Manager Allahabad Bank Tribune Extension Chandigarh. He said me that your complaint is forward to the head office Bombay. Please send me a new card and solve my problem immediately.
