It's a 2004-05 project and it was expected to finished by 2007-08. Still no hope to get it over. Every time we approached to AEZ, they gave us excuses and false commitments. Can anyone let us know what legal action as it is now high time.

Please let me know if someone is selling their unit at ALOHA, what is the status of construction and when will the OC be given to ALOHA. I am at Lagend that is next to ALOHA but the quality of construction is extremely poor. The builder is trying to sell the common are and facilities like club house, parking, nursery school land, shops .. and fleece the owners..

This project is not as per the sanctioning drawing and as per the government approvals project is not even receive completion certificate and Occupancy Certificate. Its very strange how Workmen Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Stated for successfully deliver. This company offer registry without any Completion Certificate, can anyone tell me without receiving CC how builder offer registry.
As per my understanding all the construction is useless and illegal without completion certificate as well as they changes drawing as per initial offer. They even cheated customer by charges wrong and unethical amount as per payment plan. Builder cheated customer in different ways and innocent customer comes under pressure for making payment which is not genuine. As per payment plan builder have to provide penal interest to customer in delay construction but they failed to provide the same in turn they demand interest from customer for delay in making payment. If customer fight against them then they cancel the customer unit by taking false ground.
Builder raise false demand as per payment plan just to raise fund from customer and legally trying to create bind customer in normal practices. There was no construction and builder raise demand that construction started so many of customer denied to make payment and later builder charge interest on that same demand letter also stated because of your non payment our project delayed. What rubbish ?
Due to illegal construction in other project situated at AEZ Mall Vaishali Ghz. closed after 3-4 years and till now closed down. After selling units to customer who all will face problem later friends if documentation are incomplete. As per my understanding one should check all the legal aspects then invest in this project as there are so many areas where builder documents are incomplete which may harm customer later.
Please share your views on negative areas which was illegal done by this builder. As I have shared mine...
