[Resolved]  Amaron Battery — No response towards complaints.

One month before I have registered complaint that my battery is not working, but there is no response. Even I had made several call each & every time I was told to wait.
It has been now very frustating to wait because I went to dealer (Ghaziabad, GT Road, near Pawan Cinema)many times but response was same.

I think I should go to consumer court & fir a case.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased one Amron battery for inverter for my house use from one of your dealer M/S .S.V.S.BATTERIES, Municiple complex, Vaniyambadi. CELL:[protected] After 21 months of its operation, i was facing back up problem with the battery .Battery was not even able to give back up of 15 mins on single tubelight .For this i have launched complain to M/s SVS Batteries, Vaniyambadi, they have visited and found faults in the battery .They recommended me to contact to Amaron ([protected]), then person from this no. Named as Senthil Kumar visited my house on 13/2/2012 nand found problem in the battery .He has assured me that batery will be replaced with in two or three days .Now more than 2 days have been passed and i am struggling for the warranty replacement of my battery.
Now Mr. Senthil, Vaniyambadi has told me to claim warranty from Dealer, with all of his excuses .
Kindly suggest me what should i do now ? I am rolling between you and your dealer .

Need your help to sort out this case, as i have suffered a lot beacause of your bad service strutcture

I think, better way is to throw Amaron Battery from your house and put Exide .A well known trusty name.

I also encountered a similar response.This is w r t an Inverter Battery Amaron Current, S No AAH8830L101680, bought on 2 Oct 2011 from their local dealer M/s Ace Enterprise, Faridabad.

On 7 June I called their call centre to report for melt down of the electrodes of the battery and upon their request contacted Mr. Virendra ( M- [protected]). Mr. Virendra response had been very indifferent & abusive and categorically said that “he is not my servant who will come down for service & report to whosoever you want”. I have just asked for a visit & replacement of battery. He said it is because of loose wire connection & does not come under warranty.
I have read the warranty clause and there is no such reference as told by Mr Virendra.

I have user EXIDE Battery for last 10 years and never faced any complaints like this.

Till today 14 June, there is no written response & only verbal communication that it does not come under warranty replacement.
AMARON BATTERY FEEDBACK
AMARON PRODUCTS AND SERVICE ARE REALLY VERY BAD.
TIME TO SELL AMARA RAJA STOCKS AND BUY EXIDE

I am still running around from dealer to dealer. This is really sad customer support.
This is the last try before I throw away Amaron and go back to good old Exide...

Amaron Battery — Invertor battery not working

i purchased one invertor with battery on Apr-2013 at this time it is not working and i complaint to Amaron company they are not responsible properly and they told that bring the battery to the company (Company distance from my location 150 k.m.)
