Dear All,

I would like to register a complaint against AMC cookware. There are many issues with the product and they are as follows-

Product related-
a) Nothing they promised cooks in these pots. During the demo they cooked chicken and some vegetables. But after my mother bought it, nothing seems to cook in it. The pulses stay uncooked for 30 mins when they have promised 7-8 mins. Even in our normal pressure cooker it takes only 20 mins to cook pulses. It is total SCAM. It took us 45 mins of effort and we then ended up cooking in a pressure cooker.
b) They promised that the cake will bake in 16 mins but it takes 35 mins. Even in our normal vessel the cake bakes in 30 mins.
c) In all, nothing cooks in it in lesser time as they promised. We are wasting gas and time both in it.

After sales-
a) We are yet to get a full demo as in how to cook as simple as dal in it. The water keeps oozing out of it. And it takes really long time to cook. It has been 2 weeks since we have bought the product, the agents don't care to come over. My parents wait everyday for them

In all, they have duped my parents and the product is really bad. I did not get a chance to read the bad reviews or I could have avoided this. Please do not buy this product. Waterless cooking is a SCAM. The product is too bad to spend Rs. 50,000 on. Beware.
