I purchased a trolley beg from big bazaar on 13/8/2009. When I used that beg, we found problem in beg, problem was in wheels, which is not proper and balanced. On 17th Aug 2009, when I complain to big bazaar, nobody was there to listen complain. All representatives were started to convincing me this product is ok. And also said you can go to consumer court for justice. We don’t care to them also. We get surprise to listen his confidence.

Now I am looking for justice.

I too have experence the same problem. I too purchase the suitcase from Indian Air Force Canteen and now they said take the sutcase to the Delhi for repair.

i have locked my bag in the last moment of the trip and i have forgot what the password that i have locked can you help me out with this please i am buying my clothes from stores daily...its a 3 digit combination one its one of the bag from navy 3 pack one

I'm from Bangalore; I had purchaced two bags (American Tourister) from Big Bazaar at Banashankari, and the both the bags had its stiching come out near the handels on the very first trip, the bag was hardly even carried in hand as it had wheels. The only 8 times it was lifted was to put the bags on scales to check the weight, in and out of the car at airports and by the Airway personel during transit.

The people at Big Bazaar tell that they cannont do anything and have to take the bag to service center in Kormangala, and since both the handels were almost torwn, I had to lift the bags from the sides, which has caused a tear in the sides. Now they say it cant be repaired under warant as it is a physical damage.

Can anyone suggest what steps can be taken.

hi i m from gorakhpur (u.p) . i have purchased a american tourister bag from c.s.d canteen in the month of july 2010 but after a week it start creating problem in main zip during closing .i have purchased the american tourister bag with thinking in mind that it is better than other because it is costlier than other but after this experience i feel that it have no quaility more than ordinary bags.this time i m in delhi .
pl suggest what to do are u going to provide me any servicing facility or not.

i purchased one luggage bag from cobra canteen jabalpur, it cost was 900 INR ofter one month one trip that american tourister bag was getting spoil as its handel was broken i am going to canteen for repairing it had 3 year international gurrenty but there that people are telling we can not repair and it will requre 3 months for reparing this is very bad impression which i have for american tourister kindly can help me it this regards.

I bought American Tourister bag from Walmart USA, with in one trip the trolley broke and the wheel is also almost gone. The quality is very bad. I gave it for service at Twenty 4 Luggages at Jayanagar. They don't even bother to tell you, how long it will take. When I called them, they told me to call the service engineer. Am I suppose to call their service engineer. Service Engineer then tells me that its the shop fellows responsibility and not his. I raised a complaint on American Tourister Website, but no response from them also. I would advice people to not buy any product of American Tourister. Pathetic service, pathetic quality.

I have purchased an AT Laptop Bagpack model Achiver from M/s .Jyoti Furniture (AT Dealer North Kolkata) on 7th Nov 2011 but after very normal usage it start crack on the manufacturing wrinkles on lower portion of this bag . Soon I contact with the dealer on 23rd Dec11 Service job no:17217 for replace/ repairing for this bag but they still pending this matter, , I have also complain on Ameican Tourister Feedback Page more than Twice but no one replied yet..You can get very best qlty Bagpack on Rs 1200/- & I have cheated by them, , so dont buy any such Bagpack from American Tourister Indian origin products .

I bought a trolley bag in july 2013 in Andhrapradesh and in the same month its handle had been damaged.I could nt use it since july itself.presently Im in roorkee, uttarakhand.Do I need to carry my bag to Dehradun or is there any other way? thanks in advance
