THEY ASSURED IN WRITTING TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE CRM ALONGWITH THEIR 100 LISCENCES OF BUSINESS SOLUTION SUITABLE TO US WITHOUT ANY COSTS OTHER THAN THE PRICE OF THE SOLUTION. THEY TOOK ADVANCE AFTERWARDS STARTED CLAIMING ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR ADDITIONAL HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THE CRM AS REQUIRED. AND THE PRODUCT WITHOUT CRM WAS OF NO USE TO US. WHILE THEY WERE PREPARING CRM THEY HAD ACTIVATED ONLY 20 LISCENCES HOWEVER NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING AMC OF 100 LISCENCES. now they deactivated those twenty liscences also because we have not paid amc for 100 liscences. they are not responding to any of our requests. the staff that negotiated with us is no more with them.
