To Amtek stakeholder,
I would like to introduce myself as Usha Gupta (W/O Late Sh. Gauri Shankar Goel). Below is the concern I would like to bring to your notice and would appreciate quick action on the same.
My husband (Late Sh. Gauri Shankar Goel) owned a land (26 Marla in total i.e. approx 700 sq yards) in Mohammadpur which partially (14 Marla) he sold to some person, who in turn sold the same off to Amtek. The remaining land (12 marla, 330 sq yards) is still in mine and my daughter’s name and this mail of mine would mostly revolve around that.
I am an old widow lady and trying to sort this land dispute which according to me is covered by your esteemed organization (Plant 3 Mohammadpur, Jharsa. Next to Axis Bank ATM) by mistake when Amtek initially purchased the property (pics attached). 14 Marla of entire land was sold by my husband to a person which finally Amtek purchased. However the remaining land (12 Marla, 330 sq yards) which is still in my name is my area of concern because according to the documents and also my past visits to the land previously with my husband, I am sure that my land is inside Amtek’s boundary.
I would request you to spare sometime to meet me and I would come with my family and explain the same as I don’t want to go to the media or court because this land is mine on which Amtek is situated and I believe that Amtek as an organization would never do such thing intentionally and also somebody would handle this maturely at your end. But that would also not mean that I would like to delay things forever and ever. I need what is mine so that I can utilize the funds which I will get eventually for my daughter’s wedding.
We are hoping that Amtek senior management is not driving this matter against me and my family and hence trying to reach you for a resolution.
Awaiting for a favorable response.
Regards
Usha Gupta
