[Resolved] Amulyam. In — Unable to Recharge

I am a user of Amulyam.com, and i had Recharged my Mobile [protected] last year on 11th Oct 10 for Rs 10.Now again i had Accumulated a Balance of Rs 14.75 in my wallet, but whenever i am trying to recharge my Vodafone mobile no [protected],the "Kolkata" Circle is not showing in "Choose Circle" drop down menu, I am trying to Recharge for the last 2 Months.Please refer to the attached screenshot.I had reported the same several times in the website (www.amulyam.com) via "Contact Us" Link, and by Email,but haven't got any reply.
Please let me know when the same will be Resolved,and how can i change my mobile no. in your website, as i had a Tata Docomo no also, and surprisingly other All Mobile service Provider's "Kolkata" circle is showing.

When I am doing recharge it is showing your account has been blocked why???????

Fraud by amulyam
i have accumulated Rs 35 and recharged my mobile.Message was received in mobile that your recharge is successful but in actual no recharge took place.I tried to contact several times amulyam by email and their contact us form but no replay is coming.This is a completely fraud site.
