Indane/LPG Services — Not delivering their product at right time

The Shubham Gas Service provideing LPG deleivery in Bhiwani district. haryana State. is providing LPG refill on two rules & regulations

1.) They are giving LPG Refill for domestic use once in 30 Days
2.) They are matching the refill no. during delivery of refill....

Is their any rule related to these mentioned in Indane Rules???
because the refill no may not match each time....as that refill could be used anywhere else like marriage parties...or anywhere else....

And for second rule that is Providing one refill in 30 days...whether it is correct or not...
Please guide us regarding these these rules.....

Ananth Gas (Indane) Agency, Bangalore — Pathetic response on phone

You call any numbers given in their address/ directory, they will be either busy or no body picks up. Typical example of frustrating lethargic services. You pray to God to give you luck for them to pick your number after spending hrs trying to catch them and then you can book your gas refill. Wondering if some one is there to regulate these kind of non senses. Given the opportunity, i wish to move out of their services any time.

LPG — adress of indane gas

I am lokesh choudhary tranfered to nagpur this sunday is unable to find the indane gas agency adress so that i can transfer the same to the respected dealer.

Indane Gas — Exceptional Delay in delivering gas cylinder

We are using indane gas with the consumer 33431. Gas agency name is KALPANA GAS AGENCY, opp Kukatpalli Housing Board, Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh. They are having the land phone numbers [protected][protected], 1260 on BSNL.
I booked a cylinder on 27 August 2008 but havent been given the cylinder upto now i.e 16 Sep 2008. I have called their office many times and even visited them twice, personally. Every time they tell me that they are going to deliver the cylinder within 2 hours, but they have failed to do so miserably. They even dont like to answer the customers and they lift the reciever of their phone aside.
I request the concerned the higher (responsible) authorities to help us get the cylinder as it is becoming very difficult for us.

Indane Gas Agency — Delay in Delivery, Difficulty in booking over phone

We have our registrationwith GNS Indane Gas Agency, Shantinagar, Hyderabad. They never deliver the gas cylinder within 10 days as they commit and hence the booking of next cylinder is delayed. The agency can never be contacted over phone as their 2 telephone lines are always busy. If at all we are lucky enough to get them over phone the response we get from the personal in the office is very horrible.
Can anyone address this issue.

Indane Gas — delayed delivery and irritating

my gas agency is POOJA GAS, thazath veetil bldgs, pipe line jn., thrikkakara .p.o, cochin-682021, kerala.
i have only one cylinder, i got the gas on 15th of sept and i booked on 18th sept.from this monday it self when i called there they ask me 'did you call for booking?' i told them i didn't get the gas this month, so they told me they will send it that day itself.but not come.from that day i am calling daily and they will say will send today definitely.when ever i called there they ask me r u callin to book the gas? today i called in the morning they said u will get today, i called in the evening they said the same.whe i called at 4.30 today they said it already send it from there u will get it within half an hour. but i didn't recvd yet.i think they already sell my gas to the black market. so please do th needful

Muktsar gas agencies in MUKTSAR-152026(PUNJAB) are booking refill after 21 days.Please direct this agency to book refill as per laws of the company and the mobile number of owner vijay sechdewa and his partner raman is always switch off. Please take a kind attention about calender refilling and assist them to switch on their mobile no.

Indane cylinder gas — delay & harrasment in supply of gas cylinders

Cantonment Gas Supply of 38A/1, J.N.Tewari Road, kolkata - 700028, is harrasing for supply of gas cylinder every month. A cylinder is booked after the expiry of 21 days from the supply of previous cylinder & it is supplied after a gap of 15/16 days after long reminders. They do not supply booking slip with the delivery boy. The supplier firm have no control over the allotment of cylinders and the actual delivery by the delivary boys. Telephone booking is almost impossible because the telephone line is always remain busy & when available booking number is not provided with the plea that the computer is not working. These features are regular & repetitive in every month.

Indane LPG Gas — not receive extra cylinder

Indane Gas — improper delivery/practical difficulties in contacting the dealers

my gas regn no. 5867-name of agency -andal alagar gas agency tirunagar-
their service is poor - they do not generally respond - on 24 03-09 we made a call we were asked to
book on 28 03 09 (!) on 28 03 09 we booked waiting list no 6209 and were informed delivery will be in a weeks time () till date no delivery ()previously with other dealers we do not have experienced this kind problem() previous supplier karthikeya agencies had satellite office and we had little problem in booking and making () u have changed them and presented us with a poor service as gas supplier further more they are at tirunagar() it seems while allotting area it seems u have taken areal distance and not actual distance() For past few days we waiting for them setting all our other programmes even day before y/day they have delivered to our neighbour and promised to come next day() How may next days we do not know () incidentally this is not the first time for me to make complaint against them in this forum please look into it and redress

Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

Indane Gas Agency — Compeltion of GAS Agencies

I am residing in Adambakkam and I went to Indane GAS agencies(RajaLakshmi something) at Nanganallur Ist Main Road to get the new connection. I told them clearly I have STOVE, Regulator and all I wanted only Cylinder, but they said they will not give Cylinder only. They said if you want new connection you have get everthing from us otherwise no gas connection for you. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.

Indane LPG — weight not as per sale bill

i am a consumer under customer number 06784 with M/s Shah Distributors, kolkata and it is a regular phenmena that the gas supplied is approx. 20% less than the weight. they do not carry any weighing machine nor any testing equipment as per norms. what should I do?

respected sir/ mam , I Siddharth jain consumer of indane gas conn no-6269 named under my father shri rakesh jain address holichowk KHATAULI dis-MUZAFFARNAGAR . here indane's ageny is on faugi satiesh indane gas service KHATAULI. the peoples who looks after this agency are making our fool they don't derliver cylinder on time . they book next cylinder after one month of last cylinder delivery then when the date delivery comes then they make us to come to their office for atleast ten days by giving irrelavent excuses as today cylinder truck has not come, today clinder have been sold out u r late, sometime cylinder's truck has gone to burana <a near by tehsil> many more.they doesnot offer any home delivery .they doesnot have wenders also .sir we really exhusted by gas agency.& sir i look forward u will forward to my complain as fast as possible. thankingyou your's faithfully SIDDHARTH JAIN

Indane Gas — Delivery person not returning change

The delivery person for indane gas in chennai, madipakkam (Prathana gas agency) does not return the correct balance amount. The cost of cylinder is 315Rs but they expect us to pay 325Rs. The customers should not be forced to pay Rs10 extra.

Gas cylinder for consumer No, .1530 of Angad Agency, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi was booked on m19th october 2009, which was personally followed it up with the supplier on 22nd instant personally due to non availability of Phone always busy may be due to improper handling.

But No Cylinder has been delivered by the Angad Agency, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi so far till now. on knowing from the supplier no proper reply was given, even the phone lines are always found busy. it is a harrasement to the customer. My request is that it should be followed up thoroughly and investigations be made as it is improper services to the clients/consumers.

A reply to me by taking action against the supplier be informed to me.
