How stupid is the company's behaviour of claiming no details, but welcomed me through a message from reliance.
Above all these, there are people in customer care named alok and ashish who are not concerned about the customer pain, but kept on talking like a .
One (Daggar) by name kameshwari, who dont understand english but kept on repeating the same thing again and again like a prostitute.
Despite of all these things i logged a complaint with customer care and this was closed without taking the consent of the customer.
If i would get a chance to write to ambani's, i would straight away smear there faces with my .
These bloody are here to cheat customers and making money,
We should teach them a lesson for this,
Pls help me in providing the ways to taking this issue with the higher management.
