[Resolved]  Anchor India/ROMA — Four ROMA Switches SPOILT

Dear Sir,
On whose advice have you installed ROMA switches if you would had taken technical advice then you would have known it these switches are not the best in the market. You can simply visit Lohar Chawl shop no 95 named E A Poonawala and find out whats new in these switches

Roma service is the worst

sir we are a dealor of anchor panasonic we have send replacement of fans tube rods pc urea switches bells chokes wall fan etc this replacement we have send in 2008 ve have recived no refund

PLzzz dont buy ROMA switches . it as got lots of problem, it may look good for u, but after a year u will get to know how bad it is, in my home all the switches which we regularly use, all gone !!! plzzzz dont buy roma switches !!!

I have also very bad experience of ROMA ANCHOR ELECTRONIC fan regulators, out of five regulators purchased during Oct. 2011, two have gone bad within fifteen days, the dealer refuses to entertain any complaint, this speaks very badly about a reputed brand like ANCHOR

i have a worst experience with Roma Switches there are accross 300 switches and other stuff of it... During the time of purchase i was being assured a warranty of 4years but switches didnt even last for a year and started giving a pain every other day some or the other switch would get lose or in operable. The mechanism of these switches really suck and on top of that there is no sort of service after sales. I many time registered a complain with the company but i was as always unheard...

Same here. The Roma switch and also the regulator stopped working within two weeks of purchase.

I am service as a JE in MES of GE NB Vizge .I have also very bad service of ROMA ANCHOR ELECTRONIC fan regulators, 150 no purchased and fitted during last financial year 2011-12, fixing after two or three month stapes of fan regulator running one stapes, the dealer refuses to entertain any complaint, this speaks very badly about a reputed brand like ANCHOR.Please be take necessary action and direction to parches original ROMA ELECTRONIC Fan Regulator from which one dealer.
