A flat for rs 1200000 in Hyderabad is very cheap. I[censored] r not able to pay why you got into this scheme, U have to think all possibilities like if the bank loan is not given, before getting into this scheme. This project is better than MAYTAS and other fake companies who take money and wont give the flat, I request all not to obstruct the progress of work,

I am suresh from (Ongole Prakasam District) working as an media designer, I have brought one split A/c from Digital Square that is (1.5 ton, Samsung Bio sleep, 3 star rating)its worked first month very well after month on words that cool was decrease, recently in the 4th month add some gas in to compressor through the service center has charged Rs500/- from me for gas, why the people are charged from me,
Not use that also. now not coming properly cooling Samsung service center people are not working properly why Samsung is giving bad servicing to customers.
As a customer i had more suffered with your Service Center & Your Samsung split A/C
My Problems:
· 1 hour more taking for give the cooling now
( in the first month gave fast cooling its 100% good)
· Having worst servicing center In ONGOLE
(main problem is no knowledge of air-conditions)

i have been alloted 717 sft flat at bandlaguda project under andhra pradesh
rajiv swagruha corporation, domalguda and i have paid the initial allotment money for an amount of Rs 3, 75, 000.due to some financial and domestic problems i am not in a position to pay the remaining amount.so i applied the cancellation of allotment 8 months ago to the authorities but the authorities are not responding till now.so i kindly request you to check into the matter.

I would like to bring to the notice of common middle class people of Andhra Pradesh that please do not buy flats of A.P.RAJIV SWAGRUHA CORPN. as outside they are saying that this is a affordable houses for middle class people. But in fact initially they telling so, but later on it is only for high class people. For eg. ARAMBHA Project, Chandanagar was started in Feb'2007 and till now i.e. as on 19.12.2009 no water, electricity, drainage works are provided. Morever, internal finishing work is not up to the mark. The A.P.R.S.C.L authorities are artifically creating a market by saying that these flats are more cheaper than market rates. The benefeciaries of the ARAMBHA Project are paying huge interest on total fixed cost from the day they have purchased application form. If we add the total interest it comes to around Rs.3.5 Lakhs only. Now, these people are selling to outsiders at Rs.14 Lakhs by giving them a choice flats. These are the main discrimation between the middle class peole and high class peole. We think that the main object of APRSCL is that telling one thing and doing other thing and misleading the middle class at a large. Hence, we request all the people to not buy RAJIV SWAGRUHA flats.

It was impossible to give the such amount, even Bank of Baroda and other banks also rejected to finance the same Flat.
So finally I requested to cancel and refund the registration money on[protected], even today April 24, 2010, I am fighting /running to get back my registratation amount refund.
Officials are saying government have NO money to refund. Its mean government is running on this type of money only!
I dont know I will get back my money or not... even it is government plan for middle man community

this is p.v.chary have paid amount 922000/- which i got loan from SBI as per my monthly income basis. i could not pay more of that because this self financing scheme in the sense monthly aquiring salary i.e.15000/- . so when u r going to give possesion of houses, other wise will cotonue the fight to gether but no use of it. at present private builder also putting 1300/- sft. But this Rajiv Swagruha corporation (government sector - organisation) cheeting the people its not correct.

As per my knowledge APRSC is one of the falls corporation which is under Govt controle who the thousands of employees are living on public investments like as above complaints. So the only the salvation is consumers court, all the victims are must to apply for their refunds in consumers form.
Don't loss money and time to attend this bloody offices. This is my humble advice please move to

The plan was played very smartly, so you can not get compensation except 90% the amount you paid or after deduction 10% of flat cost from the amount you paid.
The plan was that:
Govt given land for development to Private players, might be for cheaper option.
The private players are free to show any cost for the construction..., maximum extent.
i.e,
our flat costs 12.20L. then Govt is paying around 12L to them. So they can say that no profit.
Where as the the contractor constructs it in 4L for 2BHK. :-). rest is his profit. But he shows he had put 11L or 12L for construction which they can manage by any auditor.

TO MY SURPRISE I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE DEPARTMENT INFORMING ME TO PAY THE BALANCE AMOUNT OR ELSE THE AMOUNT PAID BY ME WILL BE FORFEITED. WHEN I TELEPHONED THE GM PROJECTS HE HAS INFORMED THAT THE AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS10% OFTHE PROJECT COST WILL BE DEDUCTED WHILE REFUNDING THE AMOUNT. CAN SOME BODY HELP ME THE DATE OF PAPER PUBLICATION SO THAT I WANT TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER FORUM AND FIGHT CASE AGAINST THE CORPORATION. The Congress Govt providing the home for the poor people.This housing project has been named as 'RAJEEV SWAGRUHA" located at Chanda Nagar office & Domalguda Office and we are very pride during the process of allotment, you have declared that the flat will be sold to the allottee 25% less than market price and the tentative cost of double bed room flat (685 sft.) The rate originally quoted by the APRSC ltd was Rs. 10, 30, 000/-(Rupees ten lakhs thirty thousand and for single bed room flat (485 sft.) was Rs.7, 00, 0000/-

As a middle class family, how can one make payment for entire Rs10, 30, 000/-(Rupees ten lakhs thirty thousand ... in 8 months.., i paid Rs.2, 57, 500 Two Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand five hundred Rupess for the first EMI. and i applied for home loan at SBH & approved. further as per shedule the project has to be completed in nov.2008, but the flats are not yet been completed & infrastructure facilities like roads, school buildings, commercial complex, park etc. are not yet commenced. we are doubtful about the handing over of flats.
The above tentative cost of 685 sft. flat, which is paid in four installments makes to around Rs. 16.0lacks & 11.0 lacks for 485 sft. ( including interest) at the time of hand over the flats. this cost is duble compared to the market rate. it is pertienet to mention that the cost of the flat of Rs.16.0, lacks for a middle class person. at present cost of flats are reduced to 40% due to slump in real estate & construction sector and recently ceentral Govt. also announced packages for middle class housing.
In view of the delay in giving the possession, nearly 1140 middle class people those who have paid a huge amount of Rs.10, 30, 000 & 7, 00, 000/- were facing severe hardship since neither they are getting the possession but staying outside and paying rent and also paying heavy interest on the bank loan there by incurring double punishment without any fault.
Many times request Mrs. Shalini Mishra IAS & GM of this Project is Mr. Shanker, hand over flats or refund money but She is giving a reply... Hamare paas Paise abhi nahi hai... Sir, I'm Bharath. I was applied for this same Rajiv Gruhakalpa Scheme at Sangareddy. 3000rs Paid for this application. But i did not get any conformation from your side. Please give me a suggestion how to approach for the same or how to get return cash 3000rs.
