I owned Bharat Gas consumer LPG connection with following details:
Consumer number- 18135
Distributer- Ani Gas, chirakkal, Kannur
The above distributer Kannur is not delivering LPG Gas cylinder even after successful booking before 1 month. The agency is not responding to customer calls properly and making delay for the delivery of cylinder on a regular basis for the last few months. Also please note that while we calling from there we are getting arrogant reply from there.
I had two LPG cylinders, and once I got one the next day I have to book for the next one. Yesterday I got one cylinder, thats why i called today for second booking. But unfortunately I got bad reply from there, I am only eligible for booking second cylinder after three weeks. If i booked after three weeks, then i will get the second cylinder after one month from the booking.
It is realized that many customer like me are also facing the same problem with Ani Gas, as they are putting many common people like me in trouble by not delivering the services on time.
I am suspected that they are providing LPG gas for hotels in black price.I am not sure about this but am only suspecting with public comments.
I request your honour to take necessary action to address the above compliant on priority and please investigate on above complaints.
Seeking your kind attention on above matter to resolve the problems of common people.
