[Resolved]  Anil Packers & Movers — Compensation

This for your information that I have booked services of Anil Movers & Packer on 18th June 2022 for shifting my house hold goods from Kaushambi, Ghaziabad to Nirmal Enclave Apartment, 86A, Tollygunj road, Kolkata -33, and I myself has asked for insurance but Mr. Prem Prakash Singh has promised that it's we deliver goods with utmost care and safety so it's not mandatory to do insurance.

We genuinely trusted him and our goods were loaded in empty truck nicely and safely and we have ensured it at the time of loding.
Then we came back to Kolkata and we received a call from truck driver for delivery of goods on 28th June 2022.
We have got no call from the branch office about delivery of goods, then just to confirm that call receive from driver we called at your Kolkata branch office. Then we were assured that on Saturday night our goods will be delivered we reached at Nirmal Enclave Apartment at night, truck reached but labours of your company didn't came ..we stayed there till 2 am and came back.

We were told to come at 7 am Sunday morning for unloading.
We reached there Sunday morning for unloading but we're shocked to see how our goods were loaded in truck.

1. My 55 inch LED TV was kept beside scooty and the handle has pierced the TV and cracked the screen.
2. Multiple dents in my scooty and slight damage in the body.
3. Front door of the Refrigerator is totally damaged with intense scratches picture attached.
4. We were told only household goods will be shared in the truck but some, ovens, machines of other companies was found at the time o[censored]nloading. The truck itself was overloaded.

We had constant telephonic conversation with Mr. Prem Prakash Singh and Mr. Shyamal Majumdar officials of your Company...They assured us for next 3 days your TV will be repaired and the expenses will be beared by them.
I took quotation from the company Redmi as TV is 7 months old and so they said repair of TV will cost around Rs.24000/-. When I called them and told about the cost of repairing they just asked for some more time...and ultimately now I am told that only 50 % of repairing cost will given to us for repairing TV.
I just feel so much disappointed, not trustworthy Company of yours, so much harrasment caused to us for goods unloading.

Anil Movers and Packers is service based company and its duty and whole responsibility of your company that the way you picked my goods from Ghaziabad needs to be delivered in the same way at the Delivery location.

I just requested you to settle the full claim of repairing damaged TV in next 2 days.
