[Resolved]  Anjani Courier Service — Negligent manner & delay of courier

it was regarding a parcel which i send 4Thane address . i[censored]r service is not available then why u charge ur customer & commit that we anjani definitely courier ur parcel in thane. from last 5days that parcel goes to Thane- Pune-Latur. is this a way to treat ur customer? denying that we r sorry by mistake ur parcel goes to pune.Is this a right way? every time local courier person Mr.umate frm latur assures me,that he will definately send this courier.but he fails to do so. i will go to consumer forum for mental harassment,my phone calling charges,company & employer"s negligent manner & misplacement & delay. my old docket no:57466589 my new docket no;57467230
