I am SUSHANT.P.NAIK from Navi Mumbai Maharashtre, not proudly owner of product 18.5 inch LCD Display, since i have brought this product i am having regular problems, some 6 months ago i have faced big problem that my LCD has stopped work so according to shop owner i contact AOC service center and lunched a complain after this, AOC service provider from mumbai ''Kaizan'' person Mrs Gauri call me and tell me that she is sending her service person to my home when he come to me i found that he is so careless to words my LCD and he scratched all over of my LCD which is not expectable for me because i have still not removed plastic cover of LCD so it will look new till long time, after his unsatisfied work he went not solving my problems then my temper go high and i called AOC head office and demand that your service person dammaged my LCDs outer body and i want new replacement against it again Mrs Gauri send another person Umesh to my home two times who also a careless towards my LCD and bring some parts which is not for my LCD models on his second visit he took my LCD with him to solve this problem in his service center and then call me and tell me that no issue found in my LCD and they send me my LCD with all transit damage, after i strongly demand i want new LCD and i do not want to receive my old damaged LCD, so they send another guy it is third person from KAIZAN and 4th visit of AOC service person to me then i really get angry and told your person that i want replacement of my damaged LCD, then AOC person from Banglore told me that AOC is ready to give me replacement of LCD, after 1week Kaizan send Umesh with LCD which is even have bad condition then my original LCD,
It is really heart breaking for me that all AOC persons are liars it take 1month to solve my problems and even these persons misbehave with me calling me arrogant customer, it is not excepable for me but i stopped calling AOC because i got old LCD which i did not like but it start my all office work again,
but the problems are still there now LCD is having problems of big black dots and some looks like fungus type which is not looking good please check the attached file it will show all dots and black hazy marks inside LCD, i am waiting for your replay,
