Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased the following units from HR Infotech, No.9, Sapthagiri Towers, 3rd Main, Chikka Adugodi, Bangalore-560029 on 21/06/2013 .(Invoice No.114)
1. APC 850 VA UPS SINE WAVE Product Serial No.14D901B1018720
2. Exide 100AH Battery Invared 350+, Product serial No.00931
We are using above units for our home application in Hassan. The devices we are using are as follows.
1. 15W Flurosent bulb-1 No.
2. W Flurosent bulb-1 No.
3. TV – 1 No.
4. Computer – 1 No.
after charging (Full), we are getting back up for 2 hours & 17 Minutes.
We have complained about this with our purchaser. They told us to go for APC support only. We have complained & the service people are informed us APC Inverter is worst & told us to go for Luminous 875 VA (We have purchased this for my friend house, which we are getting 16-20 hours backup).
When we informed the same thing to Mr.Raghavendra of HR Infotech, he has informed he cant take this product back, because the complaint is already lodged in APC. if we want to buy back & to get the new unit again we have to pay 3500/-. This is already second time we purchased in buy back condition. First time we lost 2500/-.
Can anyone help us to solve this issue. Can we get good support from APC.? How we can escape from like HR Infotech.? If I want to find out the problem, whom can I contact. Can we go / Suggest for Luminous instead APC?

Apc Ups — not working even after charging for three days warranty period is still there
ups is not working even after charging for three days it makes a beep sound when swiched on.the waranty period is still remaining so plz give a new one or send someone to repair it.thankyou!!!!!!!!!!
