[Resolved]  APCO INFRATECH LTD — POOR FACILITY FOR WORKER AND WORK QUALITY SALARY PAYMENT SYSTEM IS VERY POOR

All is well at Bahraich - Sitapur project as should be . The allegation made by disgruntled someone using another person's ID by stealth is false and mischievous intending to tarnish image of the Company and of its well meaning Employees .

Comment given for Apco Infratech is true. This is fraud company not giving salary to their staff. HR peoples are also involve in this. They are playing with people career. They appoint people by missguiding them. And hold their salaries so that staff can't leave the job. By using this attitute how a organistion will be sucess. Living standard at their site is too poor. They want to become big Construction company but by this narrow mind how they become sucess. Both management and HR people are lier. But they should keep in mind that this not small work of PMGSY in which they become sucess. Without workers they can't complete their project they will be loser in their current NH Projects

Apco infratech is very fast growing and good company to work.The people who are making allegations are non performers.The paying scale of company to its staff is above than all the companies in that industry.

The company is in transition phase & inducting good professionals...Now the full time COO Mr. S. Narasimhan is heading the operations...While writing any comment...people should think that whether they are reporting facts or having vested interest.

People who know Mr. Narsimhan can vouch for fact that - he doesn't tollerate any nonsense/under performance... So all Thieves(Chor), under performers, technical incompitent persons are thrown out...They will be writing all these non sense out of frustration.

All performers in APCO are payed well above industry norms & company respect/encourages utmost professionalism.

Yes - Promoters are not qulified engineers but have the vision & positive & human attitude towards all employees/stake holders.

Company is on fast track & will be one of the best place to work for "intellectuals" in time to come...Watch out.

It is true-apco is a first growing co & It is so true apco holds salary of their staff, MY friend who didnot get his last month salary after resignation . All director is non technical- but now ceo is respectable person he is very good, but how many day he stay in APCO! Earlier picture says that Qualified, good person only stay maxium 1 yr, why? my suggestion-pl try other .

they eating lot's of employees arrears /gratuity/salary etc.

i am not exposing there names, In Delhi border to Dasna Expressway pkg.II something 45 no. employees left in last 4 months.

and also Meerut to buland sahar project also...many employees left due to company HR policy/ misbehavior done by Lucknow HR.

Lots of NICMAR newly employees also ready to move somewhere else.
