I bought one TATA ACE in ABT Car sellers.They are gave one steppny and put four tyres.I am doing soap agencies in one trade mark company.one day our back
tyre was puncture.We take the steppny and replace it,but the steppny don't have a air. We check the valcanaiser he told the steppny tube was puncture in mouth nipple. I said that complaint to ABT car show room incharger Mr.saravanan.He said to me and send the appollo ryre company and after give replace the tube.
After two weeks Mr Saravanan said to me the company was rejucted our request and return the tyre.
We not use the tyre but the company not replaced that tyre.
Purchase date of vehicle: 30/11/2009
tyre puncture date:22/02/2010
stepny check and open date:22/02/2010
ABT contact date:24/02/2010
ABT return the same tyre date:12/03/2010
I not use the tyre.First time open the tyre it was puncture.but the tyre company not give a response.i need a new one tube other wise i go to consumer court.
