I'm NIKHIL FROM PUNE. 2 guys came at my home and started telling us that they are student and doing some research work for reliance.they told me about reliance big tv offer scheme...suddenly after giving about their product...suddenly started selling their product...after lot of persuasion I decided to go with the offer...but they told me to make check in the name of APPCO...i smelt a rat their...after that i asked them why in the name of APPCO.they said that it is very big company and having big clients all over the world...i believed them and gave them the check...after that i immediatly checked APPCO's review and to my surprise it fraud cmpny which has done fraud all over the world...I suddenly called the guy & told them i dont want their product...I cancelled check through phone banking...
after some time they came at my home and started threatning me...then after that they tore the check and left...

THE APPCO HERE IS ONLY THE MIDDLEMAN LOOTING POOR PEOPLE...ACTUAL CULPRIT IS RELIANCE INFOCOMM...PLEASE DONT BUY ANY OF THE RELIANCE PRODUCT...ALL THE PRODUCT ARE CHEAP AND FAKE...

so many days about rumors about reliance products now i experienced by purchasing the reliance digital tv. i suggest not to go for any reliance product

I too had a bad experience with Appco two marketing person came to my house stating that they were executives for Appco they Promised me in 2980/- 2 connections and at the time of installation i should pay the engineer 200/- i got the installation after 8 days but the channels which were proised were not present so called them back and asked the reason for it they told me that i will have to pay more if i need the extra channels and also some of the channels were not available with BIG tV.And the marketing person were not aware of it. So i told them to cancel my Services and pay me back but now they say that teh services cant be cancelled and if you dont want to use it you just need to unuse it till 30 days then the engineers will come, unintall the Dish and i want be paid anything for it

i guess there are pros n cons with every product, people need to b patient, m very much happy with their services and i have searched they sell approx a lac big tv connections annually, so few complaints against them does not make them a fraud company

Except few I think your concepts are not clear. because appco is marketing company which is taking care of product promotion by giving discounted offers to their customers. All the complaints regarding late setup and not response of their service are happened just because of giving wrong address or half address. If you'll confirm the address which you have gave to the executive. He will further send those details to the reliance office and they will again verify by calling the customers, if the number is right. Only then according to their area pin code they will make work order and send their engineer for the installation at the given address. So i[censored]'ll give right address and contact number, only then the product will be installed with in 5 working days. And those who has the complaints of not responding to their calls is just because these sales executives move one place to another for a week in a month for the marketing the product. but i[censored]'ll call them after 10 days they will definitely pick up your call and responds correctly or it might be possible that executive left the job. So from the websites you can call to the appco customer care number from their official site.

APPCO Marketing India Pvt Ltd is one of the worst marketing company for Reliance Big TV. I do not know how Reliance one of the big Indian reputed company is doing business with such a worst marketing agency. Neither the Reliance heads are headless or there must be some known reference through which the business is given.

APPCO marketing should be ashamed of giving such a worst and bad service that a customer expects in his/her life time.

Never rely on the words of marketing/ salesman / saleswoman from this worst marketing agency. They are all big cheaters. They should open a separate agency called BEST lie agency. They never stick to their words or give proper info or respond to our phone calls.

I’m an x employee of Appco Marketing was in to Telecom division (Airtel) worked for 3 years, when I joined this co. I was been told that I’ will not get any salary it is 100% commission base job by Mr. Bharat Shah[protected]/503 (Big Mother [censored] ) Because of his forced I left my studies behind. I joined there oz of financial problem I was been asking for my appointment letter every after 15 days but I dint received it. They just train the executives how to full the customers? How to rob them? How to change the no. every after 15 days. When I left the job I was having my Rs. 9700/- pending with the Company Which Bharat Shah is refusing to pay, he is no. 1 beggar in the world he can sell his wife also for the Money.

I have recently purchased this connection from Appco and after my cheque got cleared no one is responding and concerned to install the conecction.
sales executive Diya who came here for selling this connection is not botherd to attend my phone col and
i am worried how releince is routing sates through Appco marketing
All phone no.s of their Pune office are always engaged or made engaged to avoid colls.

MR Ambani has to look into this othervise people will never buy reliance Digital TV.
I think he himself is also not using reliance Digital TV.

Please do not buy any more.

i satyanarayana, a residant in hyderabad.i had paid money 2590 on 29th of july, i have not got any installation yet even nearly 3 months.i have been calling the services seeking for help but the i coulnt get any reply from them.reliance big tv is the worst services.

I also have same experience. It's more than 3 months, I also have not received my money back. Totally fraud company & fraud excutives. yese logo ko to jail main dalana chahiye.

when i used the cable. i have faced somany problems with cable operators. they didnt respond everytime. but at that moment. one appco executive came and give connection. i am satisfying the services with appco. really Reliance big tv is a good product. good clarity, good sound system. especially new movies subscription, its a good thing. thanks to reliance big tv.

Appco Marketing Pvt Ltd appears to be fraud.A madam named Kaveri Ambani approached me on 14/12 /2012 with a proposal for reliance digital Tv and offered me to be best service of Reliance Big TV . I purchased a connection with three lines. I had given a cheque of Rs.4470/- but it is surprised that after installation no body turned up to give any services nither from Reliance nor from Appco

Sir. a sales executive named javahar Mobile No. [protected] from Appco Marketing (India) pvt Ltd, Chennai, visited at my premises.he booked a Reliance Digital SD connection, i paid a Axis Bank cheque [Cheque No. 158613 dt. 09.12.12, amount 1590/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred and ninety only)] which was cleared on 11.12.12. He has promised that after clearing the cheque within two working-days our engineer will come to your premises and installed the connection, but no persons where came my primises till 14.12.12 i call the appco office (Tel. No.[protected] they told next day 15.12.12 you got the connection, on 15.12.12 morning a technician came my house and install a dish with set top box. He (mobile No. [protected]) told me this connection was activated one hour later. but till i can't have the DTH activation. I call their office and the sales executive many times the above man is not responding me for get the connection. please take my request if this is a fraud then please return my amount for which i will be thankful to you.

Even I am also facing the same problem like much delay for installation of tatasky+full HD connection. On[protected] an executive from TATASKY named Mr. D. Srikanth, ( ID No. HYTD[protected], Mobile No. [protected] Hyderabad) came to my office and introduced himself as given the details in brackets after his name mentioned above and also said that TATASKY campaign is came to my office and they are offering VIP packages for low rates with immediate installations. He has taken a cheque for RS. 1890/- (cleared on[protected] and given a receipt on "appco groupindia" (appco marketing India ltd and the cheque was taken in favour of "UNISYN ENTERPRISES" who is a authorized delear of TATASKY.The connection ed I opted is TATASKY with standard setup Box. And he promised me the connection will be done within 7 working days instead of this they have taken 15 days without proving me connection. After 15 days, I called the executive for enquiring delay he said some unworthy reasons and asked to excuse him. After this I have changed my mind since I bought a smart LED 3D TV for this connection, I have modified my booking as TATASKY Full HD with recording facility (HD PVR BOX) for which I have issued one more cheque on[protected] of Rs. 4540/- (Cleared on[protected]. This modified booking was promised me to be done within 3-5 days but after 7 days also they are not attended. On enquiring with the customer care Centre they are telling me that only standard box is reflecting in booking and the high end box is not updated and I need to contact the appco group for updation of my booking. Now near about 1 month has over this appco people are not at all responding my repeated and frustrated calls and they are not even to listen of case and not to provide their local office address. In this regard I have rang up to their Mumbai Appco office but they are also ignored my case. HENCE THIS APPCO GROUP IS WASTE AND HOPLESS ESTABLISMEND AND I REQUEST EVERY ONE NOT TO APPROACH THIS MARKETING COMPANY AND BETTER TO APPROACH YOUR LOCAL KNOWN DEALER OR DIRECTLY TATASKY.
