Not able to connect with customer care
my number is [protected]... im using this number from past one years but now from few months im unable to connect with the customer care ie., 111. I have given a complaint about this many times by calling from my friends vodafone cell.. but til now no proper response for my request or compliant...

I frequently travel from rajmundray to raichur once in a month.The bus is a super express
and it is completely locked .It does not even run 30/Kms per hour.Which is very uncomfortably to
travel in such buses for nearly 20 hrs.
So I kindly request to change the bus to a SUPER LUXURY.So it
would be comfortably for the passengers to travel for a long distance from rajmundry to raichur.

I have booked tickets through apsrtc online booking.
and i have cancelled 2 tickets. After cancellation one popup window showing like "Money will be refunded with in one month", One month completed but i have not received any. I have booked the ticket using NET BANKING.
And i am searching for the customer care number but there is no customer care number on the web.
Can anyone have customer care number please provide the same.

Recently APS RTC has introduced Customer Care Service. I read in a magazine. If anybody knew the customer care support. Then please let my know for Hydereabad Region.. in A.P

I am unable to know variation in issuing of ticket from stage to stage after fare increased by APSRTC. Some condactore charge Rs.8/- & some charge Rs.9/- this is from poorana pul to shivram pally. Li that several time I observed.
I request you to make uniform charges to all the places so customer will not suffer.

Cancelled on the same day. but i have got any confirmation message from APSRTC till to date . how may days the refund amount will be credited to my account please.
