[Resolved]  Arena Animation Pitampura — Not Doing My Transfer

we are a B.Sc. student of arena animation pitampura. Our family is transfering to bombey. Thats why we want to complete my degree from bombey. But center head of arena pitampura has not giving us transfer certificate.plzz help me in this matter.
