[Resolved]  Arena Multimedia, Kolkata — Cheating

Hi,

I participated in All India Designing Competition for graphic designers during December 2010. and stood first int hat. But regretted a lot after knowing that I was ditched by the Committee, Arena Multimedia, park street, Kolkata and jointly by All India Designing Committee [ A unit of Aptech].

The committee announced the price money and the reimbursement amount for conveyence (from hyderabad till jaipur where the final event was supposed to be conducted) and stay at hotel which amount thousands. They repeatedly sent the mails not to worry and all the claim amounts will be disbursed, but it has been months till now and none of the officers are repying to my mails, I was forced to take up loan and suffered a lot because of this committee and their cheating. They even assured job for me, due to which i left my business and jobs too, but finally i was left unattended by all officers and am suffering a great loss since 7 months.

During December, they gave me some cheques also, which was completely fake, even to issue such cheques, they demanded bribe of Rs.5,000 and I paid that too. But I have been ditched brutally till now and no one to hear my cry.

One of the students has already complained to the media and the local news paper has publised all the insititute and that student was given all the claims and good jobs. but i have been left with no options, i am still paying the interest of the loan which was made to recover from the loss done by this committee. I have been thrown out of the family also for the same. Please help me out and guide me what to do.
