I have visited arfha intl for the cruise job the registered with rs 100 not refundable and then an interview was conducted by an hr who herself was very weak in grammer and they chose me for retail sales on salary of $1400 by only asking me 1 question that was tell me something about yourself. and then they told me for medical check of rs 6250 at their medical center and told me after that you will be required to pay rs 84000 for visa and return airfare. The job will be given after 3 months from the date of payment. be careful before making any payment because after making the payment they will not be there.

yes guys, even i got selected for the retail sales, and they told me to give 40000 rs now how a company can ask 84000rs from one person and 40000 rs from other person for the same reson ...its full ...the company is fraud. they first known as Pandayan Seven Seas and after getting to much complain from the customer they changed there name to arfha intern .

Can u help me bcoz yesterday i went for an interview at arfha int and they have selected me but they are asking me only for medical checkup fro rs6250/- and now i m confuse that should i go for it or not.

yes i agree with the complaint because i work for the royal carribbean in on of their sister company called azamara i had resign and come to india because of some family problem and it has been now 23 days in india i saw this ad before and had a strong doubt this is a fraud as all cruise company ask for some of experience a starting post in cruise line for a fresher wid no expeience will be a cleaner, dishwasher, with a mere salary of 500 dollars i was working in a very good position and i was a waiter with basic salary of 50 $ and with a guest gratitude it would come to 3000$ we r know as tipping staff and not non tipping staff get fix salary and that the hr tells during recuitment.for rccl i had civen a tough inteview with the agency and then with the client who ask me so many thing but in arafha they say that they have the power to select u that is not true because utimate selection depend on the company secondly apollo is a big company and they would never give their recruitment for such agency, secondly if they r for the company they will make ur c.d.c it take a month, thirdly all the company show the video of their company once selected and u apply for the c1d visa only after u recvd u appointmemt letter they smell fishy as i ask them of company imfo they say xyz my nos is[protected]

hey frnds i hav been selected for the post of ac technician...and few of my frnds to hav been selected for regent cruise liner ...plz dont believe wat other ppl say coz they may hav rejected due to small reasons which they never disclose ...i hav been interviewed by authority of shipping corpaortion of india ...and i will sailling from 2nd nov...rakesh

hi i agree to u mr rakesh even i got selected by arfha as per the submission of my document. i got the positive response from msc .I allready received their offer letter from them .Grapes are sour when u dont get it. the same thing is with them who complaines.

I have seen the arfha international add in newspaper.i have done diploma in electrical engineering and currently working for siemens as mantenance engineer for 9 months.i have called at the no. given in the newspaper and asked them whether there vacancy for maintenance engineer in the ship.they told me yes there is vacancy and with 9 months experience i'll have to work as assistant maintenance engineer.yesterday i went to arfha international for interview and i have got selected for a ship called oceanic and they offered me $1500/month.and at the end they told me that i have to work as a assistant electrician which i don wanted.then they asked me to do medical checkup which costs Rs.6250 and to be done immediately within the next day.they told me to pay Rs.40000 for visa prosseing and cdc and insurence will be offered by the company and after three months i be going on board.
I just wanted to convey that these companies are fraud and everyone should be beware of them.

in response to my comment i just want to say that was my view point because ultimate it is hard earn money u invest and it is the people who have to gain trust sometime word of other people can cause panic but i can only say investigate and my request to arafha international please gains people trust in such a way u satisfy them with ur answer

Hi all i had given interview in arfha intl end of september, me aswell got selected for caption $2200 in 1st interview, at 1st instance i knew they were big time fake n fraud...
the staff was with out etiquette they didnt know how to speak after that there were no pictures or presentation of cruiseliners, no where in there office i saw a single pic of cruise, they dont know who was the owner, they didnt even allowed to talk to any applicant, staff eating gutkha, i enquired a lot many question n they hesitated to give info...to be honest it was [censored]in some illiterate people from country side as informed by staff (aurangabad) teaching mumbaikars. guys dont go on what the company is offering you coz end of the day you ll be no where. i agree to you VINAY SINGH u been in royal cruise so u got a strong background..i have been in london 5yrs working at the heathrow airport not sayin its a big thing but i am not tha stupid tha cant judge people, but still these people think that they are smarter than any one in this world.

Guyz this is wha i found on google just type "pandayan seven seas complain"
previously ARFHA INTERNATIONAL used to operate on this name tha is "PANDAYAN SEVEN SEAS"

What they do is they give you different dates to come for the CDC and they will show you the list of candidates in which your name wud not b there and the person whose name is there in the list that person you will never see in his office.

What sevenseas does is takes the money uses it for 6 to 8 months and refunds you with 3000 less... so within that time he had earned interest for 6 to 8 months + 3000 from each candidate also has earned in form 100/- rs. also earned in medical...

wht do you think the doctor must b taking the whole 2250/- no he must b taking hardly 1000 the rest is gone to sevenseas...just calculate 100 form + some xyz amount from medical + 3000 and also 20000/- from 1 person think 100 people paying tht money it comes to 20, 00, 000 lakhs he uses this money and this is the way they make money.

Also i have heard tht he is some president of Bhim Sena (Adhyaksh) so he must b having some power i think or some back up support with him... isliye toh bina dare aisa business kar raha hai. neways

its a fraud company .please do not pay any money to them regent cruise hace another agents in india

This kind of organisation must be strictly dealt with and the culprits must be put behind bars.
Poor people slog for jobs and this kind of people try to cheat and make money from poor people.

arfha international is really a fraud company don't trust on them it's office is located in sanpada navi mumbai.Also they take the interview money, there is no any company who takes the interview money.it is a beggar company.i had paid only interiview money RS 100/- & inside i had visit and came to know about all things which are mentioned in above complaints.Above the complaint's which had given are true.rakesh mehra, asif, nitin jadhav & rinku no one will give this type of complaints or negative experience if company is giving right jobs.fact thing to be cleared i[censored] r fooling to other u r fooling to yourself.
