Yes, even I am facing the same problem. I applied for convocation in the second week of April 2008. I requested to get it by post, but till now I have not received anything.As i reside n work in pune, it is not possible for me to come to mumbai during working days . arich infotec have arranged campus for CTS. after selection they are asking me take training with submitting 30k.what should I do?? they really place in CTS after training? plz help me
hi, myself also cleared the interview and asked to pay the training fee. after training for 45 days they will appoint me in CTS. is this true? did u attended the training program?

ya .its true i think so...one of my friend got selected and undergone trianing...but in chennai.
Yes I got training from Arich and got placed in Cognizant. They have placed more than 700 candidates at Cognizant. Now they are recruiting 2012 passed out candidates. you can refer if you know someone.
Whatever mentioned above is totaly wrong. Arich has Placed 800+ candidate in Cognizant. We are sure they have arranged interview calls in Capgemini Mumbai, Lionbridge, Principal, ADP, Imphasis, Barclays, CSC, HCL, IBM, HSBC & many more. They have proven records those are placed in above MNC's.
Sorry to say but keep patience until opportunities come. Atleast they are providing interview calls, no others are doing same rather other institutes candidates are well known with their placement.

Magneto Training Academy is same kind of institute in Pune. They commits you to take 6 months i phone courses and will give job Guaranty. Course Fee; 60000, this is purely money making institute and they nighther provide quality training and nighther provide Guaranty Jobs, however they will torturer you for money once you take admission.
What i suggest is, If institutes are taking money from you by saying job Guaranty then it purely money making thing and will not provide you jobs. Getting job is depends on your capability only.

There exists precise confusion regarding placements. Arich is having its bread and butter with cts and hcl tainees on the basis of campus interview selected candidates who gets selected and clears the interview panel in arich. Actually arich is just a vendor for those MNC's. But what on many people thought is arich is providing the job opportunity. In addition with this those who got selected to cts throu this training are not even having thought or consideration for paid course students that is we for certain. Most of them don know about this and simply tells that they have placed placed and placing still. Please do know the whole process of the institute and post. Dont hurt others just by saying in lay man terms that many are getting placed and still palcing 100's of people. That is totally different. Try analysing the whole thing and then post whatever you are about to
Does anybody know what is the probability of getting the job in hand after the training in Arich (of-course its a paid training) ?
This Consultancy will only train you in the Networking basics and will also provide training in communication they might say to you that you will be placed as networking engineer but you will only be put in the Service desk or BPO @ CTS Two months of training and 30K spent for service desk ...HAHAHA
After training you have to attend another 3 rounds of test and Interviews @ CTS the ratio of those who get trained to those who pass will be around 40:3 even during the first month of the work you will again have one more test you have to clear that too .
