The Positive reply is such a eye wash. This company arksys pvt ltd wont give the salary at all. They will keep on saying i'll give today or tomorrow. But never they'll give. More over asking for salary is such a sin thing in that office. After then they'll drag your salary as for as possible. In my opinion, that company is not handled good. Worst management, also there is no projects in there hand. Its really a worst organisation. Please don't spoil your life by joining. Its my humble request.
This positive reply is eye wash. This Company(Arksys pvt ltd) is not providing proper salary for the employees. If asked for salary thats it, they 'll even drag the salary.The management is a worst one. None of them in the management was experienced. They don't have a single project in their hand, then how come the employees believe the company. More over many employees in this company have joined through backdoor. They got around 1 lakh from each of them. The company strength is around 80-85. Many ppl joined through EDWARD BUSINESS SOLUTIONS charles(he only done this back door business). All the 85 employees life is a big?? . They wont WONT WonT wOnT give proper salary. Don't risk your life by joining here. Its my humble request.
worst company i've ever seen..
they are definitely cheating their employees. They are not giving salary at all. Even the persons who r coming from hostels, if they asked for their hostel fees they are asking to arranged on their ownself.
they don't have projects also. They r not taking a single step to bring project into the company. They are good for nothing. worst management people, doesn't know about a IT concern.
In this company MD is the worst business man... He don't know how to get projects.. They don't have projects at all... They run the company through the money got from backdoor...Al the employees are waiting for their salary for long time... Don't join to this company... Save ur and also ur friends life...
