[Resolved] Arn Globus Residency, Studio Aptt. — Refund of Investment

I booked one studio apartment with ARN - Globus Residency, Plot No. 10, Greater Noida @3100/- for 410 Sqft. in Nov - 2009. I paid 30% amount of sale value of Rs.1271000/-.
At the time of booking they said possession date is OCT - 2011 .
I went to the Plot last month, There was nothing except a broken board of ARN.I called on number given in their website.
All the time their employee get change. Now they said fill the Refund form & submit all original payment reciept.
Like me more than 200 persons from different areas are suffering. Most of them has written their complaint on net under consumer forum site.
Pls. help us in this regards.

Yes,
It's big time fraud and they have already accepted it.
If you will go and meet Mr. Arvind or O.P. Sharma, They will clearly say taht they are are not going to continue with project.
I jave also invested 10 Lacs INR on it. Now they are saying they will only return 7 Lacs out of 10 Lacs which was paid by Cheque.

I had also booked in ARN's Globus Residency project in 2009. The project is now closed. The co. has given post dated cheques dated August, 2012. The cheques have bounced. Co. is not responding.
Request that all o[censored]s sufferers of this co. join together. All concerned may pl post their name and mobile no. on this site.
