[Resolved]  Aroha Technologies, Bangalore — Fraud

Hi All,

This is Rajesh Kumar V.S who started Aroha Technologies and still responsible for running the same. I am writing here in this webpage because, based on my knowledge we never ask money for the job. We asked the fee to train you to become a good software developer in database and DW technologies. I am 110% sure, we never asked the money from any individuals by promising a job.

From last 6 years, we are running this company, we trained over 350 people and placed more than 170 people and trained over 1000 people who are in the corporates. We beleive in Hard work and expect the same from students. If students are not able to cope up with the technology, we wont hire them as employees as our customer demand / expect the people who are good in technology and communication.

Ask yourself, what went wrong. I am 100% sure, we touched many hearts by teaching, and doing the right things and provided a platform of growth to many people.

If you ended up paying money to some one in aroha technologies for a false promise, please do let me know. My email ID is [protected]@aroha.co.in

I will make sure the money what you paid will be returned to you. From day 1 of the company, we never promise a job, we promise about our ability and the way we hire people. If you did not meet that set expectation, sorry to say we wont be able to hire you for sure.

When it comes to Aroha, we are a company which focus on sharing the knowledge of BIDW to people who need them and to people who are looking for jobs. If we ended up wasting any of our resources with out the return, sorry for same from by bottom of the heart.

Please don't belevie and don't join this center. Lakshmi Kuppanna is a money eatting lady. She is always eating money only, with help of Rajesh, Raghu and Aditya. They are collecting money upto 40, 000 from each person. She is providing the receipt as room rent. I thought income tax department is sleeping. Eventhough they are not providing single placement to anyone...

Kya ye placement nahi karate hai...?

I don't know who you are and what expectations you had was not met, But to Answer anyone here as a Former Aroha resource My name Hemachandra Kumar proud old Alumini resource of Aroha technologies. You won't find a company who stand for the values than this company.

There are scores of other resources like who was gifted with Excellent opportunities during our journey with Aroha technologies we learnt a lot had hands on experience through the company worked for IT giants. I am Venmani, one of the pioneers who was trained at Aroha Technologies.

Initially I was with a BPO, quit my job and joined Aroha Technologies to find myself a career in IT.

After my association with Aroha, it has been over 10 years in IT in the field of DB and DW, all of it attributed to Rajesh, who trained me. The best learning experience in my entire career was at Aroha. People ask me how I mastered my SQLs.. The answer that runs in my heart is "Rajesh". He trained me into the basics of db/dw and outside the dw tools and navigation. I was trained on how to approach any dw tool. Now I'm called an ETL/ Solutions Architect and not a people's manager by role.

I can state with fullest confidence that one cannot get a trainer as good as him. I am much certain that Rajesh doesnt deseve any of such ill comments. He is a very knowledgable and reasonable person who preserves his class, and definetely not capable of cheating.

I can understand people looking for job guarantees before joining a course (believe me, I was no different), but focus on gaining knowledge, you will get a job with no assistance and you will find yourself matching the knowledge level of a more experienced, with the knowledge you can gain at Aroha.

Know your innerselves, trust Rahesh as a trainer/ guru (and not as some person giving you back door entry into any organization, which he is not).

Worst experience . First they take money for coaching . They won't train you at all. Even surfing in net U can get 100 times more than that . Actually real manager went to America . He handed over responsibilities to Raghuram and Aditya. They Pass time with beautiful girls. In that company there is a fight between kannadiga and telugites ...Mr Rajesh is professional. But after he left it became worst . Remaining Managers are womenisers . They have time to pass time with beautiful girls, but they don't have time
to clarify doubts and teach or assign tasks .
They look to have control on you . So that u can roam around them and praise them all the time . They will destroy ur confidence if you don't obey them

I was associated with Aroha for more than a year and half and it's been an year working for there client. It is the best company to start your career with.
I was just reading the above comments,
At first Aroha is not a training institute where you get spoon feeding.It is a company where they train people and send them out to there client locations.
They give stipend during your training period too, then why do they take money?
Aditya takes up the technical training and you can not find better mentor than him. He is very sound technically and I have never come out without solution.
He is gem of a person and have never seen a hardworking person like him.He works on projects and completely responsible for training resources too, so he has no time to waste in stupid things.
Which ever technology you ask, he'l guide you. He trained me so well that i would easly compete with 2 years experience person while i was a fresher.
Yeah, There are other mentors in aroha, from years and doesn't know anything.
HR of aroha (Sachin Kulkarni) is responsible for aroha's bad name. He takes money from people and cheat people and the company he is working for. He always have mislead people.
He takes money in other names and they get tagged in the comments. I think Rajesh sir is not aware of it, else he would have taken some action on him.
Am really thank full for Rajesh sir for starting such a company.
And am very lucky that I would working with Aditya.I learnt so much from him. He is my role model

Hope all of you are doing good, i would like to add some point from my previous experience @Aroha Technologies . let me introduce myself i am Robert worked/learnt in Aroha and had an awesome experience. i joined Aroha when Rajesh was on US, my first interaction in this company is with Sachin and then he asked me to connect with Raghuram regarding my technical skills . For all of your reference i have worked with Raghuram and Aditya both and i can say they both are good in their technical skills . Most of the time i worked with Raghuram and i will say you confidently Aroha is a place where you will learn DW skills awesomly well . some people do join this place and expect good salary and luxury life and it's good to expect that, nothing wrong, but it requires effort . Nothing is free in this world . And when it comes to show case your effort Aroha is place which provides you that Platform . It provided me that platform and i am in a good place now working and living life .
FYI i do have 1-2-1 interaction with Rajesh as well while working on Aroha . He do is a strict person adhere to his Timelines which is a good thing for an Entrepreneur . i will not comment more on Rajesh because i have less experience working with him but i do say above allegation on him is completely wrong he didn't took any money from me on the contrary he provided me a job (good job) for which i am thankful .
