[Resolved]  Arrow global agro-tech Ltd. — Disappeared from working address.

i am Dinesh Patil, i had invested 1000Rs since 26 DEC 1996 in Bond Gift Plan 96 scheme in Arrow Agrotech Ltd.
on date[protected] i supposed to get 1lakh rupees for this investment. But when i have received check of that amount, it was bounced check. So whats actually planing of this company????...Are they played a fraud game with me. please provide details so i can contact them...to contact me : [protected]

The only way to get your money back legally, is to file an criminal charge, FIR with the Andheri Police station for fraud, cheating and breach of trust against the MD of the company Mr. Uday Goyal.Submit any 1 document copy executed between you and the company like a reciept, certificate or an agreement and let the Police locate him and inform you and recover your invested money in cash from the company account as he is the man behind the scheme and holding your money, locate and pay all the investors by new checks by courier or mail.
There is a possibilty of 5-7 year imprisonment term for this big scam or fraud.

I have invested Rs.50, 000/- in the year 08/04/1996 whereas still no returns been received therefore govt should seal their properties of the fraud directores & should make a payment for the securities brought with our hard earned money on sale of their properties .

So it would be grat step to make a indian law much more effective & assured in our great country .

I hope that you will be kind enough to guide me in this matter. As per SEBI suggestion, I had posted a letter to Shri Hosbet Suresh, Administration of M/s. Arrow Global Agrotech Ltd., on 5th September 2005 in connection with my above referred bonds this letter was acknowledged by his office the same for both letter, but I have not received any reply from him till now. Kindly advice me about the status of the matter.

I am very sorry to point out that the above matter is pending in your office since last about 5 to6 years but depositors have not been adviced about the progress /finalization of the matter. On the other side SEBI has again adviced me to approach you in the matter . However a copy of SEBI & my letter is enough here with for ready referance .

Kindly advice about status / finalization of the matter immediately. Also advice your email address to make quick correspondence. My father is under heart treatment in hospital. please do needful urgent. & reply me
