[Resolved]  ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT. LTD. — SERVICE ISSUE

I have been using HRO services from Ascent from a long time, still not a single complain.

iam an x employee of this company.i don't want to say my name.but, please just listen my words.this company will recruit freshers and they will get 1 and half year agreement from fresher.in that first 6 months is training.especially here they are recruiting mba people for just doing data entry.first month less work and after that they will assign lot of works and they will give lot of force to complete it and they will scold like donkeys, monkeys, gays, etc..., everytime they will say we have to submit works very urjently this month is last later u will be happy like that.but, not at all. if we ask to HR also those people also gives some more problems.i was working daily from 9a.m to 10p.m daily even saturday also from 9a.m to 7p.m.but, they will say like 9.30a.m to 6.30p.m only and sat, sunday is holiday.they will behave very rudely and here who is working hard and good for them no value.just who is acting in the works for them they will give rewards and recognitions, promotions also.they will always give lot of work torture and so many internal issues are there.see just with in 2 and half month 42 people resigned their jobs.total employees here just 250 in that this much people resigned and u people can estimate what's happening inside the office.but, outside office looks very nice.but, finally i can say 1 word this is too worrest company.

I am a ex employee of the company. I am having worse work experience in this company. They are behaving inhuman and doing mental harassment to the employee. They dose not know to appreciate employee's hard working. For one mistake also they are putting employee in performance improvement plan & they are terminate the employee without notice. Be careful my friend. If you get any job offer from ascent. Do not accept otherwise you will be trouble. Better not to join such company.

I have service issue with ascent. They are not providing accurate services and not giving deliverable as promised. Better search for other payroll consultant.

I am nithin from KEC. I have outsourced our payroll to this donkey company. They are not providing any data correctly and always they are providing deliverable late and with lots of error. I am not at all satisfied. Please do not use ascent service. They are make people fool and you will repent after taking there services.
