I am Sandeep Dileep Deshmukh from Nashik, Maharashtra. I was working in Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. in the period of June 17 2009 To March 29 2010, as store keeper in power department. So, after leaving Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. I was requested to their HR department to release my PF but from Last 2 yr. they are giving only reason and PF account number is also not given by them. In this 2 yr. I was third time submitted required document like, photographs, bank statements but still they are not submitted my PF settelement form in PF office. my details are mention below:

I am MANISH NAYAK from MADHYA PRADESH I was working in Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. in the period of OCT. 01 2015 To SEP. 20 2016, as ENGINEER in power department. So, after leaving Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. I was requested to their HR department to release my PF but from Last 8 month . i have submitted required document like, photographs, bank statements but still they are not submitted my PF settelement form in PF office. my details are mention below:
