SUBJECT : TOLL NAKA ON NAGAR ROAD (FROM PUNE TO RANJANGAON); LOCATION - KOREGAON
I am daily traveling to Ranjangaon from Pune. I always ask for a return toll daily which costs me Rs 56. I usually tender Rs 60 0r Rs 110 so as to ease the return change.
Your toll booth persons always give a chocolate instead of change. And if I deny to take those they try to fight it out. Is Ashoka Infrastructure also doing business of selling chocolates on the toll? Do you approve this act of giving chocolates in place of proper change. Do you ever have audits at the toll?
I am getting frustrated by the attitude shown by your persons on the toll.
An strict action is anticipated.
