[Resolved]  Asst Engg In ONGC — extra interest billing on credit card due

dear sir

this is bsvprasadra rao(sbi credit card no :[protected], rajamundary, east odavari, A.P)is one of your customer in u r organization.

I was credited 5000 RS/- on[protected], but he was colleted on 27-06-08.this amount wouldn't be credit in my july monthy account statement, this amount was be credited on[protected] in
my account after my correspondings to bank unit.

this is u r's delay, but not mine, but you putting extra penality amount on credit amount for last six months.please reduce/adjust the penality amount in next month statement.

please kindly accept my requistation.I am waiting for quick postive response.
